Stayed here a few nights with friends while staying in Nice. Got a Spacious Queen Bed Room—the room is fairly small, but it’s nice and clean, bed and pillows were comfy. The shower is behind the bed’s head area with see through glass walls with no curtains. There are two separate sink areas on both sides of the shower, which is great so my friend and I have separate personal areas. You can open the windows to a fixed railing to see the street. Our thermo stat wasn’t working well so the room felt too warm, the air conditioning wasn’t great—we flagged this with concierge and eventually it was fixed and we could really feel the A/C then. The room walls are fairly thin, we can hear a lot of the noise in the hall and outside (stayed on the fourth floor).
Service was good, concierge was friendly and helpful. In the little lobby waiting area, wasn’t a fan of the smell there, displeasurable fragrant that we didn’t like. Also, the hotel is small and there is only one tiny elevator—there are stairs too but they are uneven so if you’re not careful you could trip, and the hallways are very dim lit. Location here is great, close to the train station, a supermarket across the street, and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
