I stayed at Yelo Promenade Hotel by Marriott in Nice, France, for three days, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — steps away from the beach with a beautiful sea view from the room. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff and front desk team were extremely warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, a great stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!

Amazing hotel. Seamless self-check in process. Clean rooms. Great view and great location near public transport and by the Promenade. They also had lockers to store luggage after check-out (free of charge). Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Do not pay before seeing the room. On December 31st we were given a freezing cold room with heating not working at all. No room change was possible as the hotel was fully booked. They provided a small portable heater taken from another room with the same issue, which did not help at all. We spent the night cold. A refund was promised but never processed, and the property stopped responding to emails and calls. Highly unprofessional. Avoid.

HORRIBLE experience. The hotel looks nothing like the photos online — everything is a pale copy. Rooms are tiny, humid, and have only sheer curtains, so it’s impossible to sleep with all the light. It’s extremely noisy too. The coffee machine is disgusting, and the locker room is filthy. None of the elevators were working, so I had to carry my luggage to the 5th floor myself. Overall, terrible service and completely misleading presentation. Would never stay here again.

Very nice location, accessible, and the sea view is spectacular! Staffs are friendly and very helpful! The room is small but has spaxe to move around. They do housekeeping daily but looks like the floors aren’t cleaned or swept, and I think our sheets were never changed. However, our sherts stayed clean anyways. We stayed there for 7 days and it surely completed my French Riviera dream! I will stay there again for sure! Note: tram is a 2 min walk and the hotel is right across the public beach! No need for a beach club! While the elevator is super duper slow, I highly recommend this hotel for all other reasons!

This is a really great place to stay in Nice. The city has more than enough to do, and this hotel is in a fantastic location. Getting into old nice is a quick tram or bike ride, and you are across the street from the beach. The rooms are new, clean, and have A/C.

I loved staying here. It's perfect if you're pretty independent and don't need constant service. Several public transportation options are right at each corner. Balcony had a beautiful ocean view and was very relaxing to hang out on. Bathroom had beautiful black fixtures and a handheld shower head. Not a lot of counter space though so I'm glad I brought a hanging organizer. Keep in mind that there's no one at the desk until 2pm so that's what I mean about needing constant service. The AC also seemed confusing to work but thankfully we didn't need it. Didn't use the parking nor luggage storage so can't really say much about that. Definitely would stay here again.

I have made a reservation through booking.com from Nov,16 until Nov,22 2025. My booking was cancelled by the hotel! I still did not receive the refund, booking is claiming that the refund is somehow blocked, and there is no way to contact this hotel!

We had a great view of the ocean. That would get a 4 star, the hotel would get a 1 star for appearance, comfort, amenities. The hotel was in a safe location , however the hotel seemed sketch, our room had no safe, the door handle was not completely intact. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. In the hallway was a roach. I would say it reminded me of a sketchy Motel in the states.
