"Full flavor is on offer at this downtown open-air spot, helmed by a Dutch expat. You’ll find a host of local ingredients on the menu, many of which are plucked straight from the sea and cooked on the wood-fired grill. While unusual in the Caribbean, the restaurant also offers hearty vegetarian dishes, from fattoush (a flat bread topped with greens and tzatziki sauce) and quinoa-stuffed zucchini to vegetables in a spicy Creole sauce, as well as several gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. For dessert, get the delightful coconut mousse."

Reservation needed. Chic restaurant with outdoor seating available. We had a late reservation and were promptly seated. Food was hands down delicious, and Sarah who waited our table was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu. Blackened Triple Tail was delicious too.

The very last night we kept the best to try! The vegan bbq was amazing! It was a heavy dinner! The vegan truffle mac & cheese was amazing as a part of the platter!! The garlic bread, OMG!!! Soooo good, I ordered another, first one is on the house! The soup was amazing too! Check out their website to make reservations!

The atmosphere here was great, it felt very local and classy. The food was nothing short of amazing. The ribeye steak was great but the highlight of our meal was the truffle Mac and cheese. The picture sums it all up, we didn’t even have time to get a picture before we started to dig in.

Wow...I'm not sure where to start. My wife and I love to eat and adventure with food. We are on our honeymoon in Aruba, and based on a combination of online and local recommendations we found ourselves at Yemanja. The place itself itself is quaint and has a relaxing atmosphere with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. The service and food were on another level though! It was obvious that our server not only knew the food, but truly loved it and believed in the place. Every dish we tried was delightful and packed with flavor. I highly recommend the tuna tartare and the Blackened Triple Tail was the best piece of fish I have ever eaten. If you are a foodie in Aruba, make this place a top priority.

One of our favorite meals of the trip! Appetizers were fantastic and the mains were too! Perfect outdoor atmosphere and the service was fantastic, a little slow with the entrees coming out but didn’t ruin the experience. Would definitely recommend and make sure to get a reservation

Great atmosphere amazing food, friendly staff. We had to wait a bit longer than expected but the manager took care of it by taking care of us with some complimentary drinks. We appreciated it and would come back 1000% it was hot no doubt and the potions are large tbh a lot of us had left overs

Yemanja was an amazing restaurants. From the beginning till the end the service was subliminal. The food was super delicious. The Thai Curry Pumpkin soup was superb, the spicy kick and the crunchyness of nuts amazing. The cocktail was refreshing. The main courses the meats were soft and side dishes were great.

My wife and I ate at Yemanja on our last night in Aruba. The food and presentation were amazing! My wife had the French onion soup. We shared the lamb dumplings. I had the beef filet kabobs. I would absolutely eat there again. FYI, it is on the pricey side, but it was worth splurging. Unfortunately, my wife took the pictures of everything but the dessert, so that is the only picture I have to share. Also, make reservations if you can, tjis place is busy. Luckily, we were able to eat at the bar.
