YeoMama Batik

Came here to check out this store which caught my attention as they specialised in batik. I was welcomed in by the SA as the door was locked from the inside. I found so many beautiful clothes and accessories, all batik made and very much inspired by themes (CNY batik styles dresses and tops) or the modern style batik with inspirational Chinese influences (Mandarin collared men’s tops). Not so much of the Peranakan style which i was hoping to see here, like the traditional sarong skirts or kebayas. I would say this store is considered to be priced on the mid to high range, but having said that, their designs and styles are refreshing, different and even outstanding. There were selections for kids, and for those who need bigger sizes, i was surprised to see that up to 4XL was available for men batik tops. Definitely worth a visit and checking out the apparels. Minus 1 star probably due to the price range.

This is a nice and unique store with great batik. Staff are nice and helpful. Prices are mostly midrange, kids shirts maybe $50-$90 and womens' dresses $200-$290 or so. It may be a bit tough to find (it's on the north side of the industrial park, facing outward).

Totally let down by the experience. I came all the way to the store ready to purchase, but the staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. Even after I explained I was looking for an outfit for a wedding event—having seen the Yeomama collaboration with a wedding boutique—there was no effort to recommend or guide me. The entire visit was a disappointment, and honestly, I won’t be returning, even if I were ready to spend on customisation. I would have given no stars for review. Had to open the door which was locked from the inside for customers waiting in the hot weather as both staff on duty was no where to be seen.

Shoutout to Cass for her great service! Dropped by as I needed to help my mom get a gift for her good friend and couldn't quite decide on a size. Cass was extremely helpful. Asking all the right questions, pictures, etc. She was amazing throughout and it made my decision making so much easier! Great service is so rare these days! I loved how she opened the door and welcomed me in, she didn't hover over me and gave me space and told me to let her know if i needed something in a particular size, she was engaging throughout when i asked questions.. she took out a new piece of clothing for me when i didn't request for it. It’s really the little things that matter! Thanks, Cass! You're definitely a great spokesperson for the brand! 💜

Kudos to them for honoring a piece that was priced wrongly. If you like prints and colors do check them out and support local brand! Visited their showroom on the first day of sale and staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

First time visit the shop and Lina greeted us right away and assist me to the design that i wanted. Thank you for the recommendation, Yeomama design is very unique

This is our first visit to YeoMama. There are plenty of nice batik designs and I manage to get a piece I like! Highly recommend! 👍🏻
