Yeouido Hangang Park

Yeouido Hangang Park is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful riverside scenery. The wide open spaces, well-maintained paths, and fresh breeze make it a perfect spot for walking, cycling, or simply sitting down and enjoying the view. The atmosphere is calm yet lively, especially during sunset when the sky becomes really beautiful. It’s a great place to hang out with friends or family while taking a peaceful break from the busy city.

Wide open space, a large park beside the Han river that has its own bicycle lanes for slow and fast riders. Great for runners and walk-marathoners alike. The views are fine between the Seongsan and Hangang Railroad bridges. You can see in the distance the Namsan tower behind the cityscape. Tip: go here during the early morning and exercise; go when there are decors, or events especially with light shows.

I like that it's a strip of Riverside. Overlooking the other part of Seoul. Cooling breeze with chairs for public to sit and enjoy. .. I saw many people picnic there as well. There are some floating shops there... CU Ramyeun library.... Can eat superb noodles Riverside!

Yeouido sits by the Han River and is one of three public parks that makes up Hangang Park. This park is accessible by the Seoul Metro and serves as the place where you can ride on a river boat for a cruise. During winter, a snow sled area gets set up from mid December to February

I visited Yeouido Hangang Park at night, and surprisingly it didn’t feel as “Instagrammable” as I had expected. The area was quite quiet during my visit, possibly because of the cold weather, so the atmosphere felt a bit empty. Still, the riverside view at night has its own charm, but overall it may be better to visit during warmer seasons or earlier in the day when the park is livelier.

There's a floating dock with convenient store selling instant ramen and cook by yourself then you can eat along side the shore. The best time to come here is for the sunset and night view by Hangang River. It's perfect for couple to come! I would not say it's a must visit place if your trip to Seoul is shorter than 4 days. There are other better places to go.

So nice. I highly recommend to go there. We were lucky to be able to be there when the concert Hello Day was held there.

Great place for picnic and bicycle riding.. there’s a lot of carpet and lamp rentals around. There’s also a cool floating CU and Starbuck.
