What a lucky find! While strolling through Freiburg, we stumbled upon Taqueria Yepa Yepa and as taco lovers, we simply couldn’t resist. And wow...what an incredible culinary experience! Ordering is quick and easy via a self-service kiosk with clear explanations of every dish. Payment is contactless and smooth. Just a few minutes later, the beeper goes off: food’s ready! From the very first bite, we were hooked: authentic Mexican cuisine, homemade from scratch. The flavors are vibrant, fresh, and bursting with character - like a beautiful symphony of taste. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!

YepaYepa has the best mexican food I've had so far and that for a very reasonable price. The food is easy to order and the personnel is very friendly. The only downside is the location, it deserves a spot in the flourishing city center, I think it would do very well.

Tacos were good and the staff were clearly working hard…but it took 45 minutes plus for our food with no communication. Process was clearly completely broken for what is ostensibly fast food. They need to stop taking orders at a pace where the kitchen clearly can’t keep up, not fair on the customer or the staff

The tacos are delicious, full of flavor! This is a MUST go place if you are in the city. The shrimp taco is my favorite! They say it is open until 10pm but I walked in at 9:30 and the kitchen was closed. So not sure about the opening hours.

The prawn taco was amazing, as were the carnitas and Birria. I don’t doubt these are the best tacos in Freiburg. Nice ordering system on the machine- however the fish tacos were “unavailable” when I ordered on the machine and then 10 minutes later someone else received fish tacos and I went back on the machine and they were available! But I had already eaten so I was a bit disappointed. There is very limited seating so be warned you may have to stand outside. Also the prices are a bit high around €4-5 per taco. I would definitely go back, but for a special treat.

Literally the best Mexican food I have eaten in Germany, in any city so far. Original taste directly from Mexico, with fresh ingredients and carefully prepared sauces. Very friendly and efficient service, available in English, Spanish and German. Payment accepted with cash or cards. Indoor and outdoor sitting, though very limited. You order inside and they will give you a vibrating item that will let you know when you can pick up your items inside. Once you are done, take your dishes and place them in the dirty dishes section for the staff to take care of it and allow others to sit down faster. Very nice place, will definitely come back!

really nice everything, but for 5 stars i would want more veggie :) thqnks anyway, we enjoyed the time, the mood among guests was good and happy, we had guave lemonade amd cucumber home made. foodwise all veggies and 2 with meat. i considered the one with mushroom and the one pumpkin very delicious and this 2 flat pieces. the tacos were necessary with additional cheese :D all in all a really nice experience.
