Yerevan Place

It is in a great location. The rooms were clean. The staff was polite. The breakfast was very, very good and complete compared to 4-star hotels. I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel and I will choose this hotel again if I visit Yerevan again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and everything from the rooms to the service was impressive. However, the only downside I experienced was with the luggage service. On the day of checkout, I called in advance and asked for assistance with the luggage, but no one came to help. Eventually, we had to carry the bags ourselves because the staff said we should handle it, even though other guests were being helped later. That was a bit disappointing, especially given how great everything else was. Still, despite this issue, I would recommend the hotel for its quality, comfort, and overall atmosphere.

This is a wonderful hotel! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved chatting with the staff at the bar and restaurant. Conveniently located, clean rooms, nice bathrooms and mini bar amenities. Definitely recommend it here! We were worried how easy our trip would be since we speak English but everyone was so helpful. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable

We actually stayed THREE nights - 2 booked by our travel agent (3 & 4 Oct ) and once tour over, we stayed an extra night (5 Oct) .|1) location excellent.|2) staff very helpful; especially thise working at Reception. |3) breakfast was very good.||the negatives are:|1) Room lights not adequate enough. Definitely need more lighting in the room.|2) Bathroom door is made of sliding glass !! Stupid idea as there is no lock, there is a small gap as it does not shut fully. Most important, at night, if toilet is used, the light and toilet flushing disturbs the other person.|3) ALL toilet noises are heard in the bedroom !!|4) Table lamp is for decoration. Very low wattage. No useable light.|5) laundry list - the text requires a magnifying gflass - very faint and font size absurdly small.|6) laundry does not fold the clothes, despite request.|7) Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. With a light above you on the pot, it makes it stuffy and hot.|8) Toilet seat is cramped - between sink and glass partition of shower.|9) NO adapter available on loan. I had to go and pourchase one!|10) bellboy starts duty at 10.00 am, Nobody to help. BUT Anna, the receptionist very kindly sent someone to help us.

We stayed 5 nights at Yerevan Place Hotel in October 2025. The weather was warm and the room stuffy despite running the AC at low temperatures. Complaint at Reception was responded by the hotel as “it is autumn and hence cooling of AC was centrally switched off.|There was a pillar(column) in the middle of the room (most inconvenient).|Location, service and food were good. |We won’t stay here again because of lack of AC.

Central location in the city centre. |Overall the hotel was satisfactory with decent sized rooms and clean bathrooms. But there are no amenities like shower caps and body lotions or vanity kits. |Service was not good, for eg I asked the receptionist for a shower cap, she said ok, but it didn’t come. I reminded her the next day, still nothing. Never came. Asked for body lotion, receptionist said not available but my sister in another room got a bottle full of lotion. Sister asked for an extra sheet but receptionist forgot. When night came and my sister reminded, receptionist said, oh housekeeping is closed so we can’t help you. |Breakfast is good but the coffee is not hot enough from the machine, tepid even when you ask separately for super hot coffee. The honey comb at breakfast was interesting. |Drinks and snacks in the evening were good and service there was good too.

World class hotel in the heart of Yerevan. You are literally 1 min from the Republic Square, 5 min to the metro and yet there is absolutely no street noise. Plus beautiful, clean rooms, friendly staff and a 24hr gym.
