I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and everything from the rooms to the service was impressive. However, the only downside I experienced was with the luggage service. On the day of checkout, I called in advance and asked for assistance with the luggage, but no one came to help. Eventually, we had to carry the bags ourselves because the staff said we should handle it, even though other guests were being helped later. That was a bit disappointing, especially given how great everything else was. Still, despite this issue, I would recommend the hotel for its quality, comfort, and overall atmosphere.

This is a wonderful hotel! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved chatting with the staff at the bar and restaurant. Conveniently located, clean rooms, nice bathrooms and mini bar amenities. Definitely recommend it here! We were worried how easy our trip would be since we speak English but everyone was so helpful. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable

Central location in the city centre. |Overall the hotel was satisfactory with decent sized rooms and clean bathrooms. But there are no amenities like shower caps and body lotions or vanity kits. |Service was not good, for eg I asked the receptionist for a shower cap, she said ok, but it didn’t come. I reminded her the next day, still nothing. Never came. Asked for body lotion, receptionist said not available but my sister in another room got a bottle full of lotion. Sister asked for an extra sheet but receptionist forgot. When night came and my sister reminded, receptionist said, oh housekeeping is closed so we can’t help you. |Breakfast is good but the coffee is not hot enough from the machine, tepid even when you ask separately for super hot coffee. The honey comb at breakfast was interesting. |Drinks and snacks in the evening were good and service there was good too.

World class hotel in the heart of Yerevan. You are literally 1 min from the Republic Square, 5 min to the metro and yet there is absolutely no street noise. Plus beautiful, clean rooms, friendly staff and a 24hr gym.

When you contact hotel service and request something, either you won’t receive it at all or, if you do, it will take multiple calls and a long time to get there. The location is relatively good, but the view is right across from an office building, which doesn’t feel very comfortable. You should completely forget about having a refrigerator in this hotel, as it’s a tiny one that doesn’t cool anything. The room is relatively spacious, and the bathroom is acceptable. However, regarding room cleaning, during my 6-night stay, I never saw the bedspread being changed even once. Overall, the service at this hotel is quite poor. The breakfast is very average, and I think other hotels I’ve stayed in were better. The staff is polite, but don’t expect any real assistance from them.

The staff is polite and professional, the hotel rooms are spacious and clean and the location was very good, in walking distance (5 min) to the center. I am definitely staying here again.

Terrible. The breakfast is 20 euros per person. The interior is terrible and a bit old-fashioned, the windows in the room are not clean. The only good thing is location and in te the lobby of the hotel there is ATM.A terrible place for holidays.
