You HAVE to try the Elk Jalapeño Cheese Sausage!!! Yeti Dogs pulled up with there fully chromed-out food truck to Spenard’s Famers Market here in Anchorage and just as I was walking around downtown, someone off the street told me I NEED to try them out when I asked for food suggestions around the area!! They have AMAZING choices of condiments and a crazy cool variety of sauces to choose from as well as chip options too! Super solid food truck and the staff was very very friendly plus the truck looks sick too!! Highly recommend checking them out! $Best prices by far as well$🤙🏻

Ordered the reindeer sausage, and it was amazing!!!! So much flavor and was cooked to perfection. Service was fast and very friendly. Highly recommend if you are in the area. It was a great treat after doing the coastal trail!

Char grilled reindeer dog with grilled onions and a toasted bun? Yeah. It’s that good. 👌🏻 They were open till 8pm when I was there in June.

Google
So worth it! Hot dogs, chips and drinks, and I saw them sanitizing and being aware of customers needs and cleanliness while waiting for my order. They always ask if you want onions on top! It feels great to support local businesses while getting an awesome deal. Definitely will stop by again when I have the chance.

Experienced this vendor while at the Iditarod in Anchorage. The lineups for this vendor were huge for hours! Everyone was lined up for their menu items. I tried their reindeer sausage (I asked for it well done) and I have to say it was exceptional! The woman who served me shared it would take a little longer to have the meet well done (which was no problem). While waiting I was asked if I wanted grilled onions (to which I obliged). If you have never had reindeer sausage - definitely try it! Excellent meat with a slight spicy/game taste and very good! Their condiment selection was to die for - gourmet mustards and hot sauces shredded cheese, relish, sauerkraut and jalapeno peppers - oh they even had chic-fil-a's signature sauce! This was an exceptional experience - professional positive service, high quality, and there were extremely hygenic. Wishing this crew all the best - will definitely hit them up again when in anchorage.

Google
The perfect way to end a beautiful stroll through the park. The owners are so kind and wonderful - before our walk they gave us some much needed waters for free because they had not opened yet. We of course had to came back after our walk and had a delicious reindeer dog and some more water.

I’ve never had elk, it was excellent after a hike to the beach and back. Service was amazing and they have everything available that you could possibly think of putting on a dog; pretzel buns are soooooo worth it!

Yelp
The most noticeable food truck in the entire state of Alaska! the staff is super friendly and amazing to talk to you. I have no issues showing up early to hang out and chat with them as they are super friendly people. The best dog for your buck anywhere in the state of Alaska. they have amazing specials and great flavors. if you have never had zapps voodoo chips, check them out they're delicious! Of course, follow them on Facebook or your favorite social media or just know where they're at. During the summer, you can find them often in the Kincaid chalet. On the weekends, you can find them at Spenard food truck festival. if you're cruising around and see their silver truck, make sure to pull over andgrab a hotdog! Thank you so much for the special today. I miss in and out burger and was happy to get a little taste of it today!

Yelp
Finally got to try Yeti Dogs at Cynosure Brewing last Friday. The #1 best feature: they are cheap. This is one of the only "$" price level spots left in Anchorage. You can get a dog for around $5 (I got two). Refreshing in a town where a grilled cheese can often cost $12-18. I got a buffalo jalapeno with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni layered on top for another dollar. And I got a brat with onions. Both were good, but I was a little let down by the brat. It didn't "snap" when I bit into it, which is something I like in my brats.

Yelp
Very good Dog. We got the Buffalo Dog and it was so good. Great Service, Nice People, very good experience.

Yelp
Super yummy reindeer sausage with grilled onions. Even had a slight spicy kick to it. They are parked in the stadium lot at Kincaid, so pretty convenient if you're at the park. I just finished a difficult bike and run and was so excited to stuff my face right after!

Yelp
First off this food truck has to be the best looking food truck around! Wow! does she know how to do her daily specials! This one is a beer cheese Mac and cheese! It's like you are getting two meals in one because the amount of Mac and cheese she puts on it. You can not forget the sautéed onions or the Pretzel bun! Wish I could order the beer cheese Mac and cheese by itself! You definitely have to follow the food truck to see the different specials they offer!

Yelp
Thanks Yeti Dogs for welcoming us on our biking trip in Alaska. This is a good place to stop after 11 miles biking from downtown Anchorage. We loved this place.

Yelp
It may be 39-degrees in Alaska (April 2019) right now but I feel like I'm at a Major League game back in the South. Erica is an absolute hotdog saint. You want to talk about empowerment, strength, and total role model? Yeti Dogs has accomplished so much over such a short time. Her perseverance to be open all year despite Alaska's weird weather makes her everyone's homie. The quality offered and uniqueness really sets her apart. Your old favorites are always there, but sometimes she pulls a trick out of her sleeve and feeds us gator or yak. Never once have I been disappointed by experience here. Typically a line deters me from checking in somewhere, but Yeti Dog is worth the wait. Erica's smile and warm personality greeting you at the end of that line just makes it all the more better. Round of applause for the Yeti Dog!!

Yelp
The food options were great. They had plenty of flavors to add to your dog as well as fried onions or chopped onions. I saw that everything outside was very clean and despite the short line that I waited in the service was very quick. The people are very friendly and really the only complaint I have is I'm having a hard time finding their schedule of where they are parking online. I'm not being a Facebook person. I can't log into their page and find out such things and I'm sure I'm not the only one that doesn't believe in Facebook.

Yelp
Solid hot dog cart bringing summer vibes in the middle of winter. I tried a Louisiana hot dog ($5.50) for lunch today. The dogs are grilled quickly and served on grilled buns. You can ask to add grilled onions for no charge. Great assortment of mustards, hot sauces, and ketchups. Toppings include sauerkraut, jalapeños, cheese, or relish/pickles. You can also pay extra for a special topping, today's was Mac and cheese. My only issue is with the buns. They are too bready and boring. I would like to see less bun to highlight the yummy yeti dog.

Yelp
Wonderfully fast service, friendly staff...and of course, the reindeer dog with grilled onions was supreme. I have found my choice dog at public events! I wish these guys were downtown all the time! Exceptional prices as well.

Yelp
Yeti!!! Seriously these dogs are delish. My husband loves the thoughtful toppings almost more than the meat, but for me it's all about the dog and bun. Picking out some Alaskan chips to go with it is lovely too, since we don't have enough self control to have chips at home- and the Yeti provides a nice range of chip options, including gluten free (sorry if that's you, but good news Yeti has your back) Often there are special dogs, just check Facebook or Insta for updates on that. Seriously awesome specials, like yak, moose, rattlesnake and pheasant (no kidding!)...I'm still waiting for the actual yeti though

Yelp
This is my absolute favorite food truck in Anchorage and newly one of the 25 best food trucks in the US by Food Network, you owe it to yourself to come partake. She always has the best and the most varied selection of sausages on town. From someone that is a fanatic about hot dogs, I can say that she kills it. The bratwurst is a personal favorite, but the hot link and the buffalo jalapeño cheddar are also pronominal. The bread that she uses is soft, but substantial enough to hold up to the sausage and whatever else you might put on it. This truck never disappoints!! I might also add, this is the most visually pleasing truck in Anchorage. The highly polished mirror finish is spectacular. Come see her and buy a dog at Kincade Park, or at the Spenard Food Truck Carnival. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
This hot dog stand is located at the end of Raspberry Rd. in the middle of Kincaid Park next to the soccer field and the auditorium building used for parties or weddings. You can usually find them at the Food Truck Carnival off of Spenard, but you can find them in the park on a sunny afternoon for lunch. It was another sunny summer day with a cool breeze blowing off the coast of Cook Inlet and I couldn't think of a better place to have lunch than here with the picnic tables surrounded by a lot of greenery. The friendly lady running the stand had just opened up for the day around noon and I was fortunate to be one of the first customers to place an order before a long line started to form after she finished my order. I decided to try the German Bratwurst Dog with sautéed onions and bacon. This was absolutely delicious topped with sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard with a fresh bun to accommodate the length of the bratwurst. I wanted to try their Cajun Alligator Dogs, but they only serve these at the Food Truck Carnival on Thursdays. The All-Beef Hot Dog I tried on a previous visit was also great with mustard and onions and a good way to fuel up for your walk on the trail. Other hot dog choices they have are Alaskan Reindeer Sausage as well as unique offerings from time to time like Duck or Salmon Sausage. They are usually open from 2-9 PM weather permitting, but they seem to open earlier on weekends since I was there around noon time. One of the best places in town to catch a delicious gourmet dog and they were named 2016 Hot Dog Vendor of the Year in the local news going up against nine or ten national competitors. I intend to come back for the Cajun Alligator Dogs and will post an updated review on how this tasted.

Yelp
Been a customer of yeti dogs for many years now. One of the only few trucks that operate year round. They amaze me every time I go, really the best hot dogs in town. The lady is nice and remembers me and sees that I am a valued customer. She even changes up the menu from time to time, from alligator to reindeer is what I have ordered. There's not even a bad thing to say cause everything about them is top end. Make sure you get them sautéed onions and bacon on that yeti dog. ;)

Yelp
Brats, reindeer, alligator OH MY! Yeti Dogs has a good variety of dogs even Cajun Alligator dogs as a special occasionally. Buns were your average bun that you would find at the majority of hot dog stands in Anchorage so nothing special but fresh and soft. They offer grilled onions if you like them but they just tasted like a dirty grill so no real yummy onion flavor. A nice variety of bottled sauces ranging from ketchup & mustard to garlic aoli and a few hot sauces. Condiments like cheese, jalapeños, and sourkrout available for you to use. The woman operating the stand was super nice and very personable. I had the Alligator Dog and it was actually really yummy, nice authentic Cajun flavor. I would try them again at the Kincaid location if I was hungry and Yeti was there so I would be a repeat customer but as for trying them again at The Spenard Food Truck Carnival there are better choices.

Yelp
I mean they're not the best hotdogs in town, but if you want convenient, reasonably priced, and pretty good hotdogs then i would 100% recommend! Lady who served me and my partner was very nice and cordial which is always a plus! The truck is aesthetically pleasing as well!

Yelp
The only motivation you need for a great ride on the coastal trail! We were so happy to learn there was food at the halfway point of our bike ride. I can only imagine how amazing it is to get one of their dogs and enjoy the game or match being played next door. We had the buffalo and the Reindeer and loved them both!

Yelp
Visiting in town here I was just coming out from walking in the Kincaid park when I passed by this little gem hot dog stand where they were serving Alaskan Reindeer Sausage dogs. I figure why not check off one more thing from my trip to Anchorage with trying some Reindeer. The lady working the stand was nice and personable though wasn't really helpful with suggestions on toppings/saucing. They had dozens of different topping types for you to choose from including Sticky Fingers which just happens to be one of my favorite BBQ sauce companies. They had an option for grilled onions to be added but no peppers/onion mixture like you'd see at some stands. I decided to dress my Reindeer with a variety of toppings since I wasn't sure what went with that type of meat there. The buns were soft and yummy and the sausage tasted good. Overall it was a good experience and convenient. I loved the name and the concept so they get a + Score! Check them out if you are in the park and hungry but I wouldn't make any effort to seek them out. Apparently they have a food truck also that goes along with this crew!

Yelp
Had no plan to stop while biking the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail....but saw the truck and I suddenly became immediately famished! Ordered the Alaska Reindeer sausage meal combo and was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I wanted onions. I sarcastically said well, only if they're grilled, she said YES!, we have grilled or fresh, what an awesome thing. I know, it seems simple, but it makes such a big difference in taste. I've never had an Alaskan Reindeer sausage before so that was another unexpected delight! I had to get over my thoughts about actually eating Rudolph...and focus on my hunger pangs. The Reindeer sausage was absolutely outstanding..it was sliced down the middle and grilled. The bun was toasted....imagine that...or for a bike ride and I got this delicious grilled Reindeer sausage with grilled onions and a toasted bun!? It was quite a treat. They have about 20 choices for condiments...every kind of mustard, Ketchup, saurkraut, hot sauce and in and on. They have cold drinks and chips of all kinds to go with. I don't know if they move around or if they stay at Kincaid park near the chalet all the time....but it's certainty worth a little jaunt to go find them. ENJOY

Yelp
Amazing reindeer sausage, love how they cut it open from the middle to get toppings in, and the bun was nicely toasted. Would recommend especially on a cold day.

Yelp
Yeti catered our 20 year High school reunion this last friday night and I have to say that they were amazing. The Reindeer was good and of course my end of the night hot dog with all the toppings was so good. I think I would have went back for more but it was time to go home and of course the next day I saw them in Eagle River and stopped by for another. 3 in 14 hours lets you know that this place rocks. When I head back to Seattle I will be a little sad as there is not many spots in Seattle that have this effect on me. Great Job Yeti and thanks for the fantastic food. See you in 10 years!

Alexandra B.

Yelp
I tried the vegan dog topped with onions. It wasn't my most favorite vegan substitute but was surprised to see they offered this option. They also make the vegan dogs on the same grill as the meat ones which was a little disappointing.

Yelp
My husband and I are visiting from San Francisco and found Yeti Dogs at Kincaid Park. I enjoyed the BEST brat, with the best onions on a grilled bun. It was fabulous and so much better than the ones at the SF Giants games! Erica has the best meal in town and locals should head to the park for a quick and delicious meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Hot dogs & disc golf at one of my most favorite parks! Jessica served up various delicious dogs with a great variety of sauces including tasty onions. This "Yeti dog house rocks! Very impressed thank you

Yelp
I discovered this gem of a hot dog stand at the spenard food truck carnival, and they are great. They have five different hot dogs and sausages on there regular menu. They have normally have about 20-25 different condiments you can choose from. The real kicker is all the different sausage special they do, I have tried both the elk and alligator, and they were outstanding! I'm not sure anyone else is going sausages like this in Anchorage, let a loan from a hot dog cart. Since discovering these guys, come to find out they are normally located at Kincaid park in the summer months, and they do tons of events. Next time your looking for a great dog or sausage check there facebook for there location.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been going to Yeti Dogs for years. There are a lot of hot dogs carts downtown, but to my knowledge yeti is the only cart that travels all over Anchorage. They can be found at Kincaid Park may-sept, but make sure to check out there facebook for up dates, plus they run year around. What sets them apart from everyone else is there variety, in special toppings- mac&cheese, Mexican corn salsa, and many more. They also do special sausages-wild boar, alligator, elk, duck, and my favorite was the yak sausage! The other great thing is there prices, they are far cheaper then another stand in town. A lot of the carts downtown seem to be price gouging, with all the tourist downtown. I almost for got to mention some of there regular menu items, reindeer sausage, buffalo, classic 1/4 dog, hot link, brat, and even a veggie dog. Check them out, you won't regret it!

Jeff M.

Yelp
Great reindeer sausage! Had one on the first day at the fur rondy this year! Definitely getting another soon

Dave C.

Yelp
I was at the spenard food truck carnival, and stopped by Yeti dogs. You can't miss them with that super cool truck that shines like a mirror. I have never been to this cart, but was shocked to see they had alligator sausage as a special. The sausage was great, not in my wildest dreams would I think I would be eating alligator in the koots parking lot, but I would have it again in a heart beat. They have a ton of topping/condiments to compliment there many sausages. My coworker had there buffalo jalapeno sausage, he said it was the best sausage he has ever had! After talking to the young lady running the cart it turns out they are located at Kincaid park in the summer, knowing that now I will definitely be making a visit out there in the very near future.
