The hostel has a fantastic location – almost in the city center but still in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from The Beatles Museum. I really liked the security system: you cannot access any floor or room without a pass, which made me feel very safe. When I arrived, my 8-bed dorm only had 6 lockers. I asked about it, and the staff immediately moved me to another room with a locker – super fast and helpful! The room was clean, and I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Another big plus is that you can leave your luggage after check-out until your departure, which was very convenient. In the bathroom, there were no hooks or space to put personal belongings, which was a bit uncomfortable. The pillows were also quite thin and not very comfortable to sleep on.

Good location near the docks with commodities. Great space with books and games. Possibility to access washing machine on site which is very useful if staying a few days. Spacious rooms however room was very warm, unable to open the window wide, it was 20 outside but much more inside the room with no fan or air con. Staff is brilliant, helpful and polite.

One of the best hostels ive stayed in. Friendly staff, great price, garden area, self catering and bar food, great dining area. Rooms extremely clean, and spacious. Near to Albert Docks and walking distance to central Liverpool. Highly recommend

What a great place!!|In Liverpool for the Champions parade and called in here for a drink as we were passing, ended up staying here for most of the afternoon. Beer garden was great (despite the weather!) for the kids to run around in. All of the staff were brill, ended up ordering food here after the parade aswell which was good and very reasonably priced too. Also very nice to find that the toilets were still very clean and well stocked after a ridiculously high footfall. We did pass our thanks on to the staff as we were leaving, helped make an already incredible day more enjoyable:)|

The location is perfect! It's a 5 minute walk to the docks and a 10 minute walk to the middle of the city! It's so walkable, there's a pub every 3 feet, so there's plenty of places to eat drink and enjoy yourself. The breakfast is so good and the staff are friendly and accommodating! There is no lift/elevator, so you will be walking up several stairs depending on what floor you're on. It's clean and safe and you can request a bottom bunk if you don't care to or can't be on the top bunk. Overall, a good value for the accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful YHA for when you are headed to Liverpool for a city break. We had a private en suite room that was clean, had everything we needed and surprisingly quiet for being in the city! |The staff were amazing and always on hand if we needed anything. The breakfast was great and the women serving the food were fantastic and very friendly! Parking was free and it was great because we walked everywhere and didn't need the car. This is a well run YHA that does everything right! Thank you for a memorable stay!!

I stay here for 6 nights in girl room, Everything is perfect for my solo trip. Staff are so nice, Room is clean and has lockers for you but you need to bring your own keys 🔐 (mini size) to lock it. The location is so easy to walk to albert dock or bus station. Tesco express is nearby. They have self kitchen as well that I love it so much. The only thing that I feel so sad is the washing machine is out of order in the period that I stay😅 but it’s okayy. Recommend❤️

Room was intolerably hot. Even it was 18°C/64°F outside, it was 27°C/80°F in the room, and that was with the windows open and a fan running. None of us slept, and I ended up dehydrated with heat exhaustion. Staff wasn’t willing/able to do anything to help. I’m had to find somewhere else to stay for the remainder of my visit, and eat the cost of the hostel, as they c/would not issue a refund. My room had 8 beds but only 4-6 luggage cabinets, and I had food stolen from the fridge on my first night there. Beds and pillows are quite hard, not that we could sleep at all anyways on account of the heat. This has been the worst hostel stay I’ve ever had, and hope if you choose this hostel, yours is better.
