YHA Snowdon Llanberis

Stayed at YHA Llanberis with a group of colleagues for a team building. We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The place was clean and comfortable, especially for a hostel. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to start the day right, including very tasty full English. Mike and the team truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable— great communication in advance, they had our rooms ready early and even offered to help with luggage transfer from car park in the village. In addition, camping pods are dog friendly. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

An all round good egg hostel. Lovely lounge, great views, I had an absolutely phenomenal time staying at YHA Llanberis. The bedrooms were so nice and fluffy and as a family we really liked the game boards. The bathrooms were also extremely clean!🌸

Group of 10 arrived on the 24th May - 26th |The journey to the hostel was bumpy but the views were worth it. |On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the car parking spaces. We met a lovely lady who greeted us in, explained facilities & reminded us that the car parking spaces are limited but free of charge.||Facilities - The building is clean, spacious and well ventilated. The rooms are small and basic, however it’s extremely clean. Communal kitchen & lobby area made it feel super homely. Toilet & bathroom are separate, super basic but clean! ||Breakfast - the continental breakfast was basic. Three cereal options, bread & mini croissants. Yogurt and fruit. Can’t go wrong, bargain. |The full English was overpriced, I’m a vegetarian so felt the options were limited. The coffee was fantastic. Clean and lovely.||Bar - plenty of cold drinks available.||Location - fantastic. 6 minute walk to local shops, 10 mins to Snowdon. Perfect location.|| Overall I’d return. Thank you for making our stay perfect. We travelled from Slough & completed the Snowdon challenge on behalf of our children’s ward so we are very glad we had a pleasant stay.|||Amina Bostan

Up a track from the centre of town. Small car park, self catering kitchen, you can order breakfast from 7.30 am. There are some private rooms, Friendly staff, you can get alcohol here. It's an old building but everything was clean. Will definitely stay again

Stopped in one of the two pods which were very clean and cosy. Shower/facilities next to pods were clean and very good hot shower. |The member of staff (Juliet) working were very friendly and very helpful. Even went out of her way to put our boots we’d accidentally left by the car to dry in the drying room. |We chose to pay for the full breakfast which was cooked and prepared fresh ready for when we came in. Was all very good and glad we chose to have it. Complements to the chefs Neil and Juliet.

Great Youth hotel, stayed after the 3 peaks challenge. Julliette on reception was very helpful and welcoming, had a nice selection of drinks and we could eat our takeaway in the dining room. Room was, clean and beds very comfy. Outstanding views. Exceeded our expectations and we will return to use as base for more trips in Snowdon.

Pathetic Hotel, small insects are in rooms, very small rooms , not so clean and bad odour in room & they are charging very price for this pathetic rooms , toilets are common and No toiletries provided, very bad experience!!

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The beds were comfy and the view from my bedroom window was breathtaking. Every meal was on time and delicious - there were empty plates every time. I would definitely go back and recommend for others.
