They’re popular for rice noodle rolls and congee. The HK rice rolls are sweet but go great with chili oil!!

There’s something deeply comforting about starting the day with a warm, nourishing bowl of congee, and Yin Ji absolutely masters this breakfast ritual. From the first spoonful to the last, every visit feels like a hug for the soul—a reminder that simple pleasures can be extraordinary. Yin Ji’s congee is a masterpiece of texture and flavor—creamy, silky, and perfectly seasoned. Whether you opt for the classic Century Egg and Pork Congee or venture into their seafood-infused creations, each bowl is a testament to quality and tradition. The ingredients are fresh, the portions generous, and the balance of flavors is nothing short of magical. It’s clear that every detail is crafted with care, honoring the timeless art of Cantonese comfort food. Beyond the congee, the ambiance adds to the charm. The cozy, no-frills setting feels inviting, like a morning haven for regulars and newcomers alike. The staff radiates warmth, offering swift service with a smile, ensuring your day starts on the right note. What truly sets Yin Ji apart is its ability to turn a humble dish into a celebration of flavor. Paired with their crispy youtiao (fried dough sticks) or a side of savory toppings, it’s a breakfast experience that leaves you energized and smiling. In a world of rushed mornings, Yin Ji reminds us to slow down and savor life’s simple joys. If you haven’t tried Yin Ji yet, let this be your sign: Your perfect breakfast awaits. It’s not just congee—it’s a bowl of happiness. 🥣✨

I think rice noodle rolls (cheung fun) are delicious, but what impressed me the most was the black sesame soup. It wasn’t too sweet, and it wasn’t watery either—it had just the right consistency.

I lovee the texture of their rice noodle rolls! very consistent, food is always good when we eat here. not a huge fan of congee in general so i personally didn’t try it, but my mom wanted to order it and she said it was delicious.

Foods came out fast. We loved the marinated pork with chive rice roll. The Hong Kong braised beef brisket is my favourite type of beef brisket marinade but the rice roll did not absorb flavour well. Congee with fried dough stick is always my favourite comfort food combo.

Excellent rice crepe and congee. We ended up coming 3 times in 5 days. Service was ok. If you order online, they tend to miss some things, but if you ask them again, they’ll make it right.

We got the hong kong style milk tea, shrimp rice noodle roll, the beef brisket noodle roll, and the salted egg custard buns. The hong kong style milk tea was given to us without sugar, they did give sugar packets on the side, it had a hint of saltiness which surprised me since I've never had it before. The shrimp one is a classic and was perfectly flavourful for my taste while the beef one (I'd like to note that I personally don't like red meats) was nice and tender. The salted egg custard buns was more custardy and was a nice sweet treat with a hint the salted egg. The food overall was good considering the price and it came relatively quick.

Great place for handmade rice noodle rolls. They have a variety of different types and the prices are fair with big portions. Also had the brisket lo-mein. I'd skip this next time as I found it a bit pricey with small portions. Service is typical for a chinese restaurant. Not much human interaction. Food is ordered ono your phone and after someone drops it off at your table, thats it for service. Great place for an inexpensive lunch.

Great spot for casual eats. The menu ordering is all done through QR code which is pretty efficient. The rice noodle rolls came quickly and tasted good. Lots of tables but there's a lot of people coming in and out. I came in the later afternoon hours and was still pretty busy.
