Great place to stay! Everything was beautifully decorated and clean! The staff and receptionists were very helpful and kind and helped us book all of our adventures! Definitely recommend! Very quiet and cozy! Would stay here again!

Top marks for atmosphere and friendliness. The rooms are cozy and the terrace (where you can make yourself a cup of coffee and get a banana 24/7 :) is a lovely place to sit. The shower could do with a bit of updating (water doesn’t really get warm) and there’s a strong sulphuric smell coming from the drains. Not sure why, but we also caught more mosquitos here than in any other accommodation. But we loved it here and would always come back.

The room was poorly insulated and there was constant construction noise outside. Had it not been for the construction site, it would probably have been very quiet. Ants in the room and mattress felt like a board, I've never had such a hard mattress. Air conditioning very outdated and was so loud you couldn't use it while sleeping. Bathroom was ok. Cleanliness was good. No fridge in the room, only in the hallway. We changed rooms but the ant problem persisted. However, we then had modern air conditioning.

Excellent location in the old city, tucked away on a side street but just 2 mins walk from cafes, restaurants, Lanna Square/Zoe in Yellow, etc. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are large and comfortable, and there’s a terrace downstairs to relax and have bananas or a drink. And, like everyone else, I have to mention the super friendly owner and receptionist who were always happy to chat and offer suggestions for the day, they made this hotel such a nice place to come back to. Negatives: the WiFi sometimes dropped, and would have been nice to have “real” coffee instead of instant coffee. But all in all, this was my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai! (and I stayed at quite a few)

The place exceeded expectations, matching the images and even surpassing them. The location was fantastic! What truly stood out was the exceptional check-in experience courtesy of Aom, the receptionist manager, and Sue, the owner. Their remarkable friendliness and genuine kindness made my stay exceptionally memorable. I highly recommend it.

Staff excellent and so kind, nice rooms, nice location, quiet and peaceful and they give you banana and coffe free. Recommended

Highly recommended!! Everyone was nice and would always greet you with the biggest smiles in their faces - most esp Miss Aom, the receptionist and Mr Jazz, the owner, regardless of what time you pass by the reception! The location has very many restaurants and coffeeshops around, even has a market nearby. Jazz made sure to provide us information on the Chiangmai ways - breakfast, massage, festivals, histories, you name it! Wifi is good and even has a dining area where you can also work and price is reasonable. Even has free coffee and tea and the bananas, def a must try. Very satisfied with the stay. You can message them in Facebook to book instead of third party sites, they usually respond within the day. 😃

Highly Recommend!! The receptionists are great in providing service to their customers! The rooms are good and the place is at the center of everything! Thank you Jazz and Aom we have a great stay! Definitely worth the 5 stars!! I would suggest to chat them through facebook rather than book through 3rd party they are very responsive in fb messenger.
