YME Universe is a pretty good online sneaker shop. They have everything ranging from hot drops and exclusive releases to cheap bricks. I've ordered twice from them. The first time I got some 650 new balances and they arrived without any issue. I got them for really cheap. When they arrived the quality of the shoe was terrible, they were hard and uncomfortable, but I trust that this is just new balance quality issues rather than YME's fault, as they are not the ones producing the shoes (obviously.) I returned them and got my money back without any issues. The second time I ordered was a couple days ago. Some patent nike air forces, they arrived surprisingly fast given the time I ordered them (right after Christmas) and the quality was great. There was some adhesive left on the top left corner of the toe box, which is why I'm giving a 4 star rating rather than 5 stars. Other than that. The price was fair, the shipping was free and didn't take too long.

I ordered for more than 1000€, but something gone wrong. I didn’t got any confirmation and now i can not reach them in any way. They don't answer emails and don’t have a working phone number either. Very shameful!!

I sent an item in return almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten the money. They don't answer emails and doesn't have a phonenumber either.

Service is good and fast. Also products it self are outstanding and great, however...costumer service is really poor and quit unacceptable. I ordered many times , but when i had just one simple question about registration ,they thought that it's acceptable just simply not to answer!

I received my order barely 24 hours later, fees were minimal, no harassing mails. Great stuff. I’m glad that I got to know your shop and will undoubtedly return. I bought a t-shirt here on Saturday and the staff told me that if it doesn’t fit I can visit them again to get a refund or exchange. I couldn’t try it on in the shop due to lack of time. when I tried it on at home, it was too big. Went back to the store on Tuesday since Sunday and Monday were holidays so the shop wad closed. Then a guy told me like “next time if you wanna get a refund you have to mention this when purchasing” How would I know when I buy a tshirt that I wanna get a refund or not😂 if I know that I would get a refund, why would I even buy? Haha and the staff told me I can come back for a refund so we talked about the return policy. The service was disappointing, and one specific employee was a bit rude whilst the others were helpful. Does it really make sense to you? He even said they have a 24h return policy but hello,was it my fault your shop was closed on Sunday? Haha It was a bit absurd. Never gonna shop here

Without a doubt the number one fashion store in Oslo with world class sneaker selection and awesome service. I’m especially happy about their North Face streetwear Selection. Even though some of the brands are quite pricey, you can find a lot of affordable items as well. Got som nice Maria Black earrings for my girl he last time I visited.
