This is one of the best hotels you can find in Phitsanulok city due to the cleanliness, hospitality of the staff, and close proximity to downtown. I have tried numerous other hotels here that are no where near Yodia Heritage Boutique Hotel in terms of quality. It is a bit more expensive than what I think it should be but considering what your other hotel options are in this city, I think it's worth it. Receptionist speaks decent English so check-in is always simple. They always greet you with a glass of tea and fruits at check-in so that is very much appreciated. Once you enter your room, you're greeted with a thoughtful layout of amenities with a lit candle by the bathtub. The breakfast is ok offering different food options (western vs thai). The layout of their restaurant was beautiful however which makes it a good place for a date or celebration eat out. I have two recommendations for improvements. The first is their air conditioner which should probably be maintenance more frequently. I had experience with two different rooms with loud air conditioner problems. One was bearable so I was able to sleep through it. However, the other one made a loud screeching noise frequently and I had to ask the receptionist to switch me to another room. The other recommendation is to seal the openings in their sliding glass patio doors if possible to prevent pests from entering. I had a friendly gecko in my room which made a good companion but others might not like it as much. Overall, I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Phitsanulok city.
