Yodia Hotel served as a lodging for us on the first night of our northern Thailand tour. Hotel is located in a quiet area, just by the Nan river. It's a boutique style hotel with a small reception and kind staff. Rooms were very nicely decorated, as well the bathroom. Hotel has a small pool, however we didn't use it as it was pretty cold. Breakfast is served in a set menu style and was quite good

I recently stayed at Yodita Heritage Boutique Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms have great views from the balcony. I do think the hotel needs to get new sheet sets and duvet covers as some of them have stains. When I first checked in, I checked the bed and the sheets had decent sized stains on them, however, they quickly swapped me to a new room. The replacement room had slightly worse stains on the bed as well. At the end of the day, I am very happy that the staff took care of the issue by changing them out with fresh sheets. I'd recommend anyone in the area to the hotel, especially for those looking to get an American style breakfast.

Just back from our 2nd stay at the Yodia hotel in Phitsanulok, this hotel sits next too to Nan River. |The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are beautifully kept, the restaurant used for breakfast and evening meal and is either buffet or table service. You may have to book a table in the evening as it gets quiet busy as it’s also open to the public. The hotel has 25 rooms so it’s not too crowded, the pool is lovely and never too many people in there. |They speak good English so asking for anything is never a problem. |They even let you feed the fish if you ask them. |I’ll definitely book this hotel again. |They offer an airport pick up as well.|Thank you Yodia for looking after us again.

I booked two nights at this hotel through Agoda for THB5,330. It was smart, comfortable and impeccably clean. This is an international standard four star hotel. It was the first time that I had seen face clothes or body lotion on this trip so far. The fine dining restaurant had white linen and friendly service. The hotel is very close to Wat Phra Si Ratana Mahathat (Wat Yai) for Thailand’s second most important Buddha image, which was a highlight of our trip.|With the wisdom of hindsight, I would have stayed an extra day here and visited the Sukhothai Historical Park as a day trip rather than staying in Sukhothai.

The musty smell in the room was difficult to bear. Also the air con compressor outside the window was noisy, and the toilet water cistern would randomly whistle loudly, so difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was very good, breakfast, location and pool, with friendly, helpful staff.

This is a nice hotel, but the WiFi is terrible. I couldn't connect on my floor, and from my room the WiFi on other floors was intermittent. For the price, this is very disappointing. I stayed here once a few years ago and had the same issue. Despite my complaint, nothing has been fixed. This will be my last stay here.

I think this place actually qualifies as a boutique hotel (boutique is a term thrown around quite freely in Thailand). The rooms were nicely decorated with dark wood. The bathroom had a big bathtub too. The 1st floor rooms open up to a great 25-30 meter lap pool. The dining room was very comfortable with 2 floors overlooking the Ping river. Good location near a beautiful temple complex and across the river from a large historical site. Awesome breakfast!

Stayed with family for a night , hotel staffs were so helpful and friendly . Nice comfortable room . Hotel location is conveniently located . Nothing is too much for staff to assist .|Room was clean and quiet enough as hotel location facing the street .||Will definitely go back and highly recommended .
