I’m not someone that posts online reviews… but this is something I feel I have to do.
I have been doing yoga at Yogatown for a year now and the benefits, both physically and mentally have been amazing for me.
There are three main things that happened to me with my Yogatown experience during the past 12 month, listed here in order of when they happened:
1) Amazement at the talent of the teachers: I did not know what to expect when I showed up for my first class… I was blown away and I still am a year later.
2) Benefits for body and mind: I feel great physically, yoga is doing much more to my body (strength, flexibility, balance) than I expected. As for the mind part, most of these teachers are like therapists to me. They have wonderful things to say during practice I’m starting to be able to apply some of that in my life.
3) Looking forward to be back there as often as I can: this is where I am now, trying to make time for yoga as often as my work and family schedule permits. The staff is wonderful, it feels great walking into this place, knowing that this is time for me and that I get so much out of it.
