I have stayed here for one day to visit the hot spring. At the entrance, a male staff member rather forcefully insisted that each person add Line Friends. When I asked why this was necessary, he replied vaguely, saying, 'This is just in case,' but could not explain what situation he was referring to. He then told me not to do it in an upset tone, which made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning. Since adding Line Friends requires providing personal information, there should be a clear explanation of why this is needed, at least when asked.
At the restaurant, there were two types of menus: a tablet with multiple languages and a paper menu in Japanese. The tablet menu offered a very limited selection compared to the paper menu. As a result, after we ordered, we realized there were additional options we had not seen. Furthermore, the staff were very busy and provided no explanation, making it difficult to ask questions or place orders.
Even though there were all these unpleasant experiences, the hot spring was still enjoyable. However, I won’t visit here for a while because it's too crowded to relax.
