Yokohama Royal Park Hotel

Wow what can I say. Exceptional service and wonderful stay. Our stay was the best of all the places we stayed in. I lost my phone on the first day and they bent over backwards to help out. The airport bus limousine turned around and the driver returned my phone that I had left on the seat!|The room was beautiful with a view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast was the best that I have ever had in a hotel.|I loved this hotel so much.

Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly. Great room, great view, great staff and food. All at a decent price, especially for this area.

Fabulous experience at this hotel. Had a beautiful room with the BEST view. Staff have all been so helpful and with our very limited Japanese they went out of their way to speak English to us and assist with everything. They even gave me a birthday gift which was a very generous and lovely surprise. We are only in Yokohama 1 night but would absolutely stay here again. Room had all the facilities we required such as good shower pressure and fairly comfy bed. As 2 larger Australians who were worried about bed size this was definitely more than adequate. Location is perfect for walking to all the attractions, right next to Cosmo World and Landmark Tower. We came for the baseball at Yokohama Stadium and that was just a 15 minute walk away. When we return to Japan we will be back here I'm sure.

Service 10/10 -we use room sevice Because we have toddler the staff is very professional and kind. -All the Staff are polite from front desk to concierge and doorman/bellman Hotel Room 8/10 - Room Is clean But need to use more vacuum for the dust, and the bathtub need to be wipe , the black dirt stain is from previous use and its so visible. But amenities are complete (Toiletries, Serum sachet, coffee & teas) Food 7/10 The food is delicious but I’ve been to many places and I’m not that satisfied ,and the broccoli too salty. Ambiance. 10/10 It’s perfect for romantic or want to see the whole City of Yokohama. Night time is best time to relax while looking the night city light .

I can’t begin to describe how magical this place was for all of us. As a family of four this hotel is centrally located to a play place in queens mall on the fourth floor for ages 2-12. We splurged for a bay facing corner room which was more than enough space for us. A couch and sitting chairs for our company was perfect. The soaking tub and extra big shower was so accommodating after days filled with walking. ||The staff was so helpful whenever we needed them and they were able to help us navigate the surrounding area. Just within walking distance is an amusement park, an Onsen and two (maybe even 3 malls with anything you may want or need for your travels. We ate at the Chinese restaurant at the top of the tower overlooking the bay in the evening and it was very romantic. The Chinese food was fantastic as well. The room is equipped with every item you would need (pj’s, slippers & lots of toiletries). ||We will absolutely stay here again!!

I had a room on one of the Sky Resort Floor Atelier Deluxe and had amazing views overlooking part of the harbor and into Tokyo. Thus I had amazing evening views that included being able to Tokyo Tower 🗼. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great too especially if you're there for the meeting or convention as you can walk by walking through the shopping center and the walkway (sadly the walkway doesn't have cover most of the way so there is a chance to get rained on) The hotel is accessible via the shopping center which is lots and lots of options for food.

Amazing view of the city, the room’s window curtains automatically open when you enter giving it a big wow factor. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious, location was conveniently close to various shopping malls and sakuragicho train station. However, for the price paid to stay at a luxury hotel, I would have expected the rooms to be kept in better condition, and for the service staff to look more approachable. There were stains on the carpet and bed skirt, multiple cabinets and headboard were scratched and chipped, and one cabinet door was completely broken at the hinge.

Fantastic views from the room (and the bath tub) if you upgrade to the large corner room with the bay view ( highly advised to get the upgrade, otherwise pick another hotel nearby if you want to skimp on cost). I took a bus from Haneda Airport with a stop directly in front of this hotel (very reasonable, about an hour ride). Great location, walking distance to every major attraction and easy to take the metro to Chinatown ( well worth the visit). Pamper yourself, just do it, Yokohama is a great place to visit.
