Busy: Granted it was 4 July weekend, but this place was busy. Monica and I waited 20 minutes for a table for 3 people. On top of it being busy, the place was pretty noisey. Unlike Yolk in River North, this location does not have great table spacing. I could hear everyone's conversations who were within 1 table of us. The noise was not overwhelming, but if you are trying to have a private/intimate conversation this is not the place for you.
Quick: The service was quick and efficient. Our waitress was nice, courteous, and knowledgable. Our food came out within 10-12 minutes of ordering which was impressive given how busy the place was.
Filling: I had the Spicy Chicken Wrap with Seasoned Potatoes. Overall this was my favorite dish at a Yolk. I have been to three Yolk's now, and this by far was their best dish. There is a substantial amount of chicken in the wrap, it comes cut into two parts which make eating neat and tidy. The seasoned potatoes were some of the best breakfast potatoes I've had in a while. They came cooked with a bit of crisp and a combination of Cajun and standard peppers.
Lost one star?: Yea the noise, close tables, and overall lack of wow factor make this a nice place to grab a meal but, not something you HAVE to do if you are in the area. If I never went back to Yolk I wouldn't be hurt or feel like I'm missing out.
Pro-Tip: Even though it was July 4 weekend, there was a lot of street parking around the restaurant which is normally not the case in downtown or lakeshore east locations.
