Good: customer services was very friendly and helpful. They offer unlimited drinks, snacks, jelly and tea eggs 24/7 was awesome. The free massage chair was a good surprise! Cute wallpaper in the building.Bad: washroom was smelly. Beds were a bit hard. The towels colour (supposed to be white) didn't appear to be very cleaned

My mom, sister and I have stayed at this hotel and the room had 3 beds, carpet, and other things. The service was wonderful with free breakfast the location was very convenient to Shuanglian MRT. After staying there for a week, the carpet had an unpleasant smell.

The location is great — it’s close to Shuanglian MRT, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, when we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, possibly from the carpet or the aging condition of the hotel. We noticed mold on the ceiling, the wall, parts of the washroom, and the carpet didn't feel as clean as it should be. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel. A simple renovation would make a big difference, especially since mold on the ceiling is quite unacceptable. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn’t request a room change.

The room was extremely disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, the carpet smelled bad and looked dirty, and the entire space felt old and poorly maintained. Humidity damage was visible on the walls, and the decor looked childish and outdated. Mirrors couldn’t be opened because the TV was blocking them, some power outlets didn’t work, and the reception even called in the morning just to make sure we’d check out — which was unnecessary and frustrating. The lighting system is poorly designed: turning off a light in one room shuts everything off. The shower area had mold, peeling wallpaper, and signs of water damage. Curtains were torn, and overall, everything looked cheap and unclean. For the price, this was a terrible experience and a very poor value.

Pictures posted on the website are not applicable for the room we booked. It is messy all around in the hotel. Towels torn up, walls need renovation, bathroom is cheaply renovated. People at the reception were very friendly, but would not come back to this hotel.

I Stayed on the room 201 after changing from room 701. The rooms are old, beds are very hard, no power point in the bathroom, i have to use the Kettle nearly in the ground because lack of power points. furnitures are old and stained. No soundproofing rooms as described.

Location was super , in front of hotel turn left and walk 400 m to shuang lian mrt, and 400 m walk to shuanglian morning market. Ningxia night market just 1, 2 km or 5 block of big red light, walk straight from hotel. Bus stop was everywhere to be found. And the red line mrt can take you to anywhere in taiwan without transfer to others line, beitou, shillin, 40minutes mrt ride to tamsui and cost 45NT, bus no 811 will stop in front of hotel. The staff was so nice , help me upgrade my room from triple to family room, and little extra charge Very best part, the snack room of the hotel, it provide FREE tea egg every day, free drinking machine, jelly (coffee jely was so yummy),lots of choices of tea bags, etc Buttttttt the sound proof was bad when you found bad neighboor next door whom fill the bathtub at 3 o clock...it would be so loud and wake u up... But the reception staff will take good action, once we complain bout that. The hotel need lots of renovation.

Selected this hotel for location near mrt station and reasonable price. Had some issue with wifi at 2nd floor, line is slow or interrupted, not good when you have online meeting. Last time I stayed at 3rd floor and was better.

I must said this hotel feels just like home! (It's location is in Taipei) Super 24 hrs friendly and helpful staff (especially Yuki and Roder) with clean facility. This facility is suited for all type of traveler. Staffs here speaks all type of languages. For us, my 5 years old daughter, husbands and myself enjoyed this place greatly! This facility has washer/dryer, game room, office room, break room to enjoy coffee and tea, free breakfast complimentary, bikes, computer and printer for your use. In our hotel room, My favorite feature is the hot shower and toilet seat warmer! In addition, complimentary waters, instant noddles, coffee/tea, electric water heater for us to use. This hotel is surrounded by restaurant and also 7-eleventh. It's only 5 min. walk to the metro station. (Shuanglian MRT) We stayed on monthly bases and loving it! We highly recommended!

Staying here for our taiwan trip. 80$ a night for a suite room. With the complimentary amenities like coffee and breakfast, laundry use, WiFi in house and wifi mobile device, and so on, I'd say the stay here has been pretty darn worth it. The multilingual concierge is absolutely wonderful and pleasant. They helped us organize a day tour to yehliu geopark, shihfen, shiwei and Jioufen with an equally as knowledgeable and fantastic tourguide. The suite room is a decent size for three. We do have three large suitcases so that sorta occupies a corner of the room. However there's still enough space to move around. There's also a sauna in the bathroom which was an interesting surprise. Although the hotel only has one elevator, I have yet to experience elevator traffic. I highly recommend yomi for anyone looking to stay in Taipei.

We highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Taipei for a visit. OMG it is better than some US$300 a night hotel in U.S. We have a suite w a queen size memory foam bed and a single bed. There are two charges for iPhone/android/iPad. We get free Wifi in the room and a loaner for Wifi access while outside. They provide free bowls of instant noodles, bottles of water, cans of energy drinks, snacks, coffee, and tea bags with refills every day. Inside the bathroom, there's a sauna room. The toilet seat is heated to the comfort of your bottom. You can wash your bottom after doing business . The buffet breakfast is unbelievably generous, serving Chinese, American, and Japanese style menus. We could fill up before heading out for the day. There is a massage chair in the bottom floor for you to relax. In addition to bibles found inside the small chest next to the bed, surprise! we found a pack of condom! Laundry with 3 washers, 3 dryers, and detergent is free. This is unheard of in all of our hotel experiences! The staff can speak English and the hotel is conveniently located in the city within walking distance to subway. I could have given 10 stars for this hotel .

Not a great experience at all... Limited help with taxi and luggage service. Some rooms don't have elevator service. Breakfast is via stairs in the basement with bad odours smell since it's next to toilets and washing machines. Plus side is it comes with free condoms and ear plugs when your neighbour is having a one night stand. Not sure why the rating is high...

This hotel is ideal for anyone who's looking for a low-cost break while traveling in Taipei. Although the beds are a little stiff, you need to take into account there's free laundry and you can play Wii or Mario Brothers while you wait. Also, free breakfast in the morning with coffee or tea. BUT most importantly, a bidet and a large soaking tub in the bathroom. A 10-15 minute walk to the night market and close to the MRT red line stop Shuangling for convenience. Great staff.

This hotel is great. They provide fresh fruit, water and other drinks in the room - for free. There are built in chargers for smart phones and the breakfast buffet is very good with a wide selection. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, speaking English to help with directions. I highly recommend it - especially for the price.
