Stayed here with our kids. Great place. They really enjoyed the Pac Man theme and Arcade games in lobby. Also a short walk to Eiffel tower. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Good value. Maybe one downside is the surrounding streets didn't seem to have much going on but we didn't have time to explore so I could be wrong. We'll stay there again when we next go to Paris.

If you are looking for a good and clean hotel that sleeps 4 people or more then this place fits the bill. It is a 10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and a 5 mins walk from heaps of shops and restaurants. The place is more a kin to an upmarket hostel but the bathrooms are good and clean and the larger rooms are a good size. All in all of you are looking for somewhere basic, good and central then I would happily come back and stay here. It's also very kid friendly with free arcades and a little kids playroom.

I booked the hotel for my wife, my daughter and myself for a total of two nights. The hotel is ideal for (young) families and my daughter really enjoyed it (especially the small play area). The Eiffel Tower is about a 15-minute walk away, which is ideal for exploring the city. Communication in advance was excellent, and our requests were taken into account upon arrival. Many thanks again to the Yooma team for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

Booked the 6 person Seine river room for us and three kids under 7yrs, lovely corner room. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Very kid friendly and great location to metro lines. A mall is around the corner with places to eat. I don’t typically stay at the same place twice but I’d stay here again because my kids loved it so much. The breakfast buffet was great addition. The kids loved the playroom and arcade games.

Very nice rooms! Great location! Near train station which was helpful. The staff was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. In our room the room air con or air recycling machine did not work very well. We had to request a fan. The beds were comfortable and the views of the river and city center were gorgeous! Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is AMAZING and great for big families. The location is excellent - close to the Eiffel Tower, but quiet. The customer service was fantastic and helpful, giving excellent recommendations, including for a delicious nearby creperie. ||The rooms were clean and so well-organized. Despite being a small space - which makes sense in Paris! - our family of 6 felt like we had plenty of room, thanks to thoughtful features like plenty of hooks and compact shelving. ||We stayed in the room with 4 bunk beds + a queen and we loved that the bunk beds had partitions so each bed could be dark even if someone else was using a small reading light in the same room. We have stayed in 8 hotels in Europe and this was our favorite -- in fact, I keep looking to see if I can find a similar hotel in other locations, but no such luck so far. So, if you're considering staying here - especially with a group or family - jump on it! You won't regret it!

I booked this hotel to celebrate the birthday of our daughter and it turned up to be a big dissapointment, despite the good overall raiting. Location and the lobby are nice, but the service was one of the worst I have seen so far and the rooms seem like and smell like in a student dorm. Location for parking was not shared in advance, just that I need to go to the reception first. Once I arrived, even though I did the online check in and gave my credit card details, there was no real fast check-in. Than the room cards did not work. Than we found ourselves in a dark room with a window that was showing the corridor, so either we had to give out our privacy or stay in the room like bats. We were also supposed to have a baby bed in the room, which was missing. When I told the reception about the baby bed and mentioned the room was not nice, the response was simple: "This is what I booked"...well, I just booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids without view to the Saine, because those were out...If I would have known, I definetly would have booked another hotel. In the end I received the baby bed with a hole in one of the walls covered by a towel. Than in the evening one of the spot lights started to flash even though it was off. I went to the reception and was told the service guy has already left so they can only fix it the next day...so I asked for some tape and a card, to cover it and be able to sleep...and this is not all... In conclusion, I regret that I choose this hotel for my family and I advise all of you to think twice before booking here.

Google
This hotel doesn’t give you the Parisian charm that many tourists traveling to Paris look for however, while expensive it was great for our family of 6. The breakfast on site was delicious and the in lobby pizza was pretty good too. Our only concern was that while practical, the rooms were very tight- it is something to be aware of but not uncommon in Europe. The location is great and close to Metro lines 6 and 10. We would come back again as a family however if you don’t have kids, I would find somewhere else to stay- there are a lot of kids at this hotel.

Yelp
The food here is ok, and the free arcade and rooms for kids to play are a plus. However, the AC simply does not work. When asked at the front desk, the person offered a fan (to move what ... hot air around?) We visited their Brussel location next and it was a better venue (though not as great of a location).

Yelp
I recently stayed here and was hoping for a great time in touring the city. However, this was a far more stressful, painful, and disastrous stay than we were hoping. The room has no carpet and the "Air Conditioner" does not work at all. We asked for a fan 3 times and gave up after that and they came to our room an hour and a half later with no fan at 11:30 pm. The room never really cooled down and stayed around 25*c or 77*f. The "1 Mile walk" to the Eiffel Tower is not 1 mile and takes about 30 minutes to get to.

Yelp
A/C was out the whole time we were there. Went to the front desk multiple times about it, one dude was no help, but one girl helped us by sending maintenance to our room, finally. Left a note in our room saying "everything has been fixed." But it indeed had not been fixed. Soap dispensers were not filled first couple nights even after asking to fill it and overall just a bad experience. I don't recommend staying here.

Yelp
Very nice stay, close to Eiffel Tower which is nice. Really modern, artsy vibe. This was nice because our kids had enough space with their bunk beds. My husband and I had a double/queen bed. The only reason not 5 stars the shower had a funny smell to it. But we would stay here again. Great quick check in, saw the bar and restaurant didn't use it but it looked very nice. Oh and hallway to walk up the stairs pretty cool lots of art, like a little gallery.

Yelp
Surprisingly, the hotel was much better than expected. A modern take on modern lodging. Ideal for younger crowds. The lobby doubles as a lounge for drinks and quick grab meals. The hotel rooms are decent and can accompany 6 people, although crammed. This is not a five star hotel. But it is super close to the Eiffel Tower, the mall, and many boutique restaurants and bars. Parking lot is very limited, but, the mall which is a short walk away has extended parking at a decent price ... If you have a larger group, it is more affordable to stay here than to pay for two rooms or stay at a high end hotel. The staff is super friendly, they have an optional continental breakfast (which is not very good, mainly breads, cereal, coffee and juice), and decent location. I recommend for families and anyone not looking for a hostel but on a budget.

Yelp
It is our first time in Paris and we speak no French. The staff at Yooma was friendly and helpful, and they have a cute bar and lounge in the lobby. We did not have anything to eat here so I can't speak for the food but they are very strict on not allowing outside food or drink except water, which I found very strange. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and walking distance to some great restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. The room itself was much smaller than it looked online and the shower door did not close completely so lots of water would leak out while showering. There was a weird smell in the bathroom as well. The rooms windows did not open but there was AC that kind of worked! The internet was very fast which was nice but the TV only has a couple of channels and was compatible with droid but not iPhone. The thing I really did not like was that even though we paid extra for a late check out and had our "do not disturb" card on the door, housekeeping knocked on our door every hour from 10am to our late checkout at 2pm which was very frustrating since we only got the late check out to get some more sleep.

Yelp
Thank you, Yooma, for accommodating us last-minute when our AirBnB apartment's plumbing exploded and we had to immediately vacate in the middle of our week in Paris! The room was very comfortable for our family of four - our teen sons loved having their own sleeping "cabinets" and our bed was very comfortable. Excellent wireless, multiple places to plug in and charge devices, we did 2 loads of laundry in your handy basement facility and thought that the daily breakfast buffet was very tasty! The location is slightly off the beaten path (other than the Eiffel Tower) and is a 15 minute walk to a Metro, but we had no trouble scheduling Ubers within 10 minutes. There is a cute little shopping mall a couple of blocks away that our sons enjoyed, and we even saw a couple of blockbuster movies in English with French subtitles (look for "VO" rather than "VF") during our visit!

Yelp
This place has so much potential. Yooma Urban Lodge is a brand new hotel that was designed for families and groups of 4+ people. The location is amazing and is a 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The wifi is lightning fast and included in your room rate. Breakfast buffet is 10 euros and is very tasty. They have a garden where they grow flowers and vegetables. There's also fitness, sauna, laundry, and luggage storage facilities which are all brand new as well. As I previously stated, the hotel is still brand new and a little rough around the edges. If you don't mind that, you will get amazing value while it is still unfinished.

Yelp
Excellent state of the art hotel! Only a 5 minute walk toward the Eiffel Tower. Around the corner is a mall with many stores to shop. A lot of cafes & restaurants in the area. Very quiet area especially at night. Very friendly staff!

Yelp
Nice, new hotel within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Had a few issues, ex: breakfast staff could not keep up with demand so we were without coffee, juice, and other items on more than one day after paying separate for it...there was a strange sewer smell occasionally in the lobby upon entrance, and an unfortunate body odor smell in our hallway most days. Positives: staff was friendly and helpful, location, nice rooms for families. Overall we would recommend the hotel.

Yelp
I chose Yooma for its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and family living nearby. From the pictures on the website I thought rooms would be small and cramped, but I was pleasantly surprised that four of us had enough space. Room is efficiently designed with shelving in both room and bathroom. There's USB ports and reading lights beside each bed. The only criticism I have is there is no partition or shower curtain in bathroom, so floor and everything got wet. Ease of cleaning floor for housekeeping I understand, but a curtain could easily be hung from ceiling to minimize splashing. I'd stay there again and recommend to others.

Yelp
Yooma provided a GREAT first experience for me! It was my first trip to France and it was refreshing to have such helpful and friendly staff. The lodgings were clean, spacious and very modern. The wifi was outstanding and there were more than enough plugs to accommodate our group of five. The traditional French breakfast was delicious and filling. It was also super close to the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this place for anyone making the trip.

Yelp
Very nice, modern hotel at a convenient location. Within walking distance from the metro and the Eiffel Tower.

Yelp
Upon entering the lobby, it appeared to be a modern place for people to hang out. There were a lot of people lounging in the space. There's a foosball table and games for children behind the counter, which my children enjoyed. If you arrive early before the 3:00 check in time, and would like to store you luggage, they have a room to rent lockers by the hour or by the day. It is 1€ per hour or 4€ per day. We were able to fit 2 small carryon suitcases in a locker in addition to 2 backpacks. While we liked this option, but you absolutely MUST have Euro coins to operate the locker rental machine. It does not take bills. The front desk does NOT exchange bills for coins either. So my husband had to change money with several taxi drivers. I feel if you are going to offer a coin operated machine, there should be a machine to get coins from. We eventually rented a locker and went out for the day. The hotel location is excellent for walking to the Eiffel Tower. It is a straight walk, which took about 10-15 minutes. This convenience alone was why we booked the hotel. We booked a room that accommodates 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. The room was nice overall. My children enjoyed the bunk beds with sliding doors. Their bunks also had reading lights. The floor is concrete, so be prepared to walk on that. Our room had a shower as well. From what I understand, some rooms do not. One issue we had with our room was the air conditioning. It would not turn on. We tried many things and even consulted the front desk to no avail. There were several other guests complaining of the same problem. The front desk tried to tell us all we didn't know how to operate the air conditioning. Eventually they offered to let us switch rooms, but it was too late at night to move our small children. There is a window in the room, which we eventually opened after 6 hours without the air conditioning working. Overall, we liked staying there. It served our purpose of a clean place to sleep for the night. If you are staying longer than a few nights, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for more comfort.

Yelp
We stayed at Yooma for three nights in August. The concept is great and our kids loved the bunk beds with sliding privacy doors, giving a sense of personal space after a long day of sightseeing and crowds. The staff were extremely courteous. We had a few issues with our room. The first night we had a broken television and what seemed to me to be a sticky floor. There is a general and faint sulfur odor that must be from the air system as our second room had the same faint smell. However, the staff were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Overall, the value and service level are excellent as is the concept for traveling families. As well the location is fantastic, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the lobby, which includes lots of seating, games and an adjacent movie room. The check in time of 3pm is strictly followed so be prepared but there are lockers you can rent for luggage in the basement.

Yelp
The only positive to this place was the fact it was 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room looked ok, but had a strange smell. They have a no outside food policy in the rooms which I find ridiculous especially for a place that is good for kids. If they find your trash from the outside food they charge you for clean up. The TV only had 6 channels. Amenities were terrible. No ice bucket or coffee on the rooms. You literally get beds a tv and desk. The shower was ok but our door to the shower wasn't lined up properly so it was hard to open and close it. The most aggravating part was the workers. They came to my room multiple times and can clearly see my so not disturb tag hanging. They knock and don't even give me enough time to get it the door and some guy just starts walking in! The says oh sorry, we need to check your door key reader. Ok they fix it and change batteries. The very next day the same guy does the same thing all over again and just walks in! It is incredible how rude the staff was. I tried to check in fire 3pm hoping for an early check in the guy told me no come back at 3. A few minutes later they check a different guest in early. I would not recommend this place unless you are just needing a bed to sleep in. Beware of the staff walking in on you!
