Very nice rooms! Great location! Near train station which was helpful. The staff was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. In our room the room air con or air recycling machine did not work very well. We had to request a fan. The beds were comfortable and the views of the river and city center were gorgeous! Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is AMAZING and great for big families. The location is excellent - close to the Eiffel Tower, but quiet. The customer service was fantastic and helpful, giving excellent recommendations, including for a delicious nearby creperie. ||The rooms were clean and so well-organized. Despite being a small space - which makes sense in Paris! - our family of 6 felt like we had plenty of room, thanks to thoughtful features like plenty of hooks and compact shelving. ||We stayed in the room with 4 bunk beds + a queen and we loved that the bunk beds had partitions so each bed could be dark even if someone else was using a small reading light in the same room. We have stayed in 8 hotels in Europe and this was our favorite -- in fact, I keep looking to see if I can find a similar hotel in other locations, but no such luck so far. So, if you're considering staying here - especially with a group or family - jump on it! You won't regret it!

This hotel doesn’t give you the Parisian charm that many tourists traveling to Paris look for however, while expensive it was great for our family of 6. The breakfast on site was delicious and the in lobby pizza was pretty good too. Our only concern was that while practical, the rooms were very tight- it is something to be aware of but not uncommon in Europe. The location is great and close to Metro lines 6 and 10. We would come back again as a family however if you don’t have kids, I would find somewhere else to stay- there are a lot of kids at this hotel.

A bit of a mixed bag. It's in a quiet location near the Eiffel Tower in a mostly residential area. There are a couple of good restaurants within 10 mins walk but it's definitely not a bustling tourist area. Service was friendly. Pacman theming was great. ||Breakfast is ok. Croissants and pain au chocolat were ok. Fruit salad but no individual pieces of fruit. Yoghurt, toast, ham, cheese, bacon & scrambled egg. Again, all ok and convenient (esp with kids) but nothing special. ||Two lifts but one out of order all week. Not a huge issue as only 2 floors but still a bit of a pain when busy. ||Good to have a safe in the room but there were no instructions on how to actually set the lock. We figured it out eventually but weird not to have instructions. ||The hotel branded cups in our room were not changed once during our 5 night stay despite the room being serviced dailt. One of the cups also strongly smelled of mouthwash/toothpaste, which suggests that they hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. Wish we'd discovered that before using the other cups... ||No mini fridge in the room. Seems fairly standard for Paris hotel rooms though. ||The free arcade machines in the lobby area are a great idea but the joysticks are broken/faulty on at least 3 or 4 of them, including the pac man machine.||There is a free pool table but only over 16s can use it, which seems odd in a kid friendly hotel. My 13 year old daughter was very disappointed not to be able to get a game. You also need to leave photo ID at the bar to borrow the cues and balls. That seems a bit excessive especially as you have to pay a security deposit at check in anyway. ||One last random thing: the lights on the bedroom would periodically turn off. As far as we could see, there was nowhere to put a key card to switch on the electrics like a typical hotel room. The lights just went off after around half hour or so, which was somewhat inconvenient if you happened to be in the shower. They would generally stay on if the switches by the bed were used. ||Overall it was just OK.

Really pleasant experience. Loved the breakfast offering. The rooms with two single beds were a little bit small but overall a positive experience. 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. I only stayed for one night so I can’t speak to much else.

Why only three stars? Location was perfect, the hotel looked great on the outside and the inside (lobby) was even better with the decorations, arcade games and pool table. The room was perfect, family room with queen size bed and bunk beds. Reason for three stars is that we were ripped off when we payed extra for a room with a view of the Sien. We did not get the view and when we complained we were told that our room was sold as one with that view even though it did not. To sum up definately worth the stay, clean, great location and good value for money. Just beware to not pay extra for a view cause chances are you wont get it.

This is a brilliant hotel for a stay in Paris. It's new, quirky, modern, clean, comfy and mist important for us quiet so we all gave great sleep. Stayed with partner and 14 year old in family room 2nd floor. Rooms whilst compact are excellently designed with all you need for a long stay, lovely subtle mood lighting, good storage snd loads of plugs. Familybroom has large bunk beds with modesty novelty sliding panels. Separate loo and great waterfall shower. Location is fantastic. 10min walk to Eiffel tower and station a nice walk along river most of way back to hotel. Some local shops couple of blocks away. Including a grwat supermarket "franprix' with fresh baked foods. Also few blocks away cafe Louise which is a lovely cafe that does jesl deals.

It is close to the Eiffel Tower, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good, and there are games in the playroom for children to enjoy, so I recommend it for families. I would like to come again. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a microwave and a pot for public use. Ice water is always prepared in the lobby.
