Yoshi’s was fine, for island sushi, it did not exceed expectations. Here’s my feedback, focus on value, competing with Sushi in the Ritz won’t work.
I definitely could have used thicker pieces of sashimi for sure. Skimping just doesn’t improve your overhead here.
The preparation was decent, but again, could use a little more attention to detail. Pull the prices down a hair too maybe. Then, improve some kitchen efficiency, and crush it right on grace bay.
Was happy to have experienced it either way. Thanks!
