Life changing taste!!! Look very simple to cook but hard to beat!! Nicely thin battered and deep fried, oil is very clean and amazing! I’ve never seen tempura so moist and gooey and crunchy at the same time! What a tempura!! You can taste many different textures from every bite. Steamed sea bream rice is just eye closer taste. Every individual rice grain is evenly coated with sea bream flavor.

They have an English menu.
Tempura is good.
Not sure why everyone is raving on about Michelin stars in the reviews...
The Sea Bream rice is ok if you really want Sea Bream rice...there was a bit left over

Wanted to try this place but when I arrived a note has been put up. The place is closed for good as the chef had retired at the end of June. Giving it 5 stars still.

Might be a bit confusing because they moved locations, but this is the new location for the 2 star Michelin, Yotaro Honten tempura restaurant. Tempura is different here than any other I've tried. Wasn't too impressed by the sea bream rice but the tempura was great (and good value at $25/pp)

They serve Kansai styled tempura which uses batter lighter than the usual tempura.
