Yotel hotel is considered an attractive hotel for tourists because of its location & staying prices. Spacious rooms with modern furniture. Room service ladies were polite & clean . But the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful & super friendly. The negative comment is regarding the breakfast area since it’s very limited space to the number of guests in which they have to wait in queue to get a free table in the morning . Really annoying. Enjoy. NK

Great overall experience! The Hotel itself is quite different from your traditional hotel and we found it very enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well designed, meticulously cleaned and with a great view - I highly suggest the room with a view. The entire staff (Front Desk, Restaurant and Housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful at all times and always with a genuine smile. Breakfast was also a plus with great quality and plenty of choices which allowed us for a great start to our days in Porto.|Dinned once at their Vela Restaurant - dishes were very tasteful, well prepared, nice ambience and service.|Surely a place to recommend and return once again in Porto!!

I spent a week at YOTEL in Porto and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet — I barely heard any noise from the street or other guests. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and juices. The hotel’s location is also excellent: about a 15-minute walk from the Ribeira area by the river. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and churches nearby. Iconic spots like the Lello Bookstore, the Imperial McDonald’s, and the Bolhão Market are all within walking distance. Keep in mind that Porto is a hilly city, so you should be ready for some uphill walks. The hotel also has a gym if you prefer to exercise indoors, and a restaurant for dinner. Overall, YOTEL Porto is a great choice for anyone looking to explore the city’s main attractions while enjoying comfort and modern amenities.

Pro: location is good as it is very close to the main station, Trindade. Just 5 mins walk. Also about 12-15 mins to the old town. 3 mins walk to supermarket, My Auchan. Very convenient.Modern shower and room design, the bed is very comfy with adjustable back support, very thoughtful. TV is big and has many TV channels, with different languages.Good to have body lotion, and conditioner. Give a big bottle of water daily, 👍👍The lobby is very modern and have vending machines to buy drinks. Cons: room is small, no separation between shower and bed, no privacy at all. The room designed only for couple, not even convenient for parent and child staying in the same room. No amenities in room, not even tea bags or coffee sachets, no tea mugs, only give 2 paper cups for 3 nights stay.

Very disappointing stay — uncomfortable, noisy, and poorly managed Review: My stay at this hotel in Porto was unfortunately a very negative experience. Unfriendly staff / poor service: The receptionists were not welcoming and seemed unprofessional. Requests were met with little care or attention. Room amenities missing: No slippers, no toiletries kit, and nothing to make the stay more comfortable. Uncomfortable bed: The bed was very bad and made it difficult to get proper rest. Faulty technology in the room: The motion sensor system was terrible — even if someone was inside the room, the electricity and AC would shut off automatically. This made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Lighting issues: The room lights were poorly designed and uncomfortable to use. Very noisy at night: The hotel was loud during the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. Overall, this hotel failed on all the basics of comfort, service, and design. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. And for me is worst 4 star hotel I have stayed

Extremely noisy for a supposedly "soundproofed" room. We stayed on the sixth floor facing the big road outside (room 639) where there is a flyover with heavy traffic, and we could hear every passing car, every wandering drunk person, and every bit of music from nearby bars or rooms. We specifically chose this hotel because of soundproofing so this was a massive letdown. The noise made for a terrible night with almost no sleep. Annoyingly, this could have been easily avoided by installing double windows on the thick outer wall. Instead the hotel decided to spend that money on garish LED strips from Temu, blue lights on the glass-walled shower/toilet, and a creaky electric reclining bed. Otherwise, clean hotel with convenient location.

Hi, The hotel was new, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We stayed for five days.Everything was fine except for a small adjustment from the end of the holiday.|| The key card stopped working, breakfast was paid in advance but it was not known at the restaurant. The city taxes were paid on the day of arrival but it was settled on the day of departure.|| I still recommend the hotel. Very good and good atmosphere

Hotel is on a main street right in front of the metro and bus stops so you can get around quickly.||The hotel itself is nice very well kept and the lifts work great, you get a card to enter into the hotel room that you have to wave over the lock and then it opens.||The room is good and spacious the TV doesnt come with HDMI ports but you can chromecast, there are loads of USB ports so you can charge your things and there is also an UK wall plug, something I have never seen in any hotel in the world, thank you so much you didnt have to, but thank you. My wife being english and me portuguese it was lovely to see the two plugs next to each other.||There is a rooftop bar which is also very nice. There were fireworks that night that could be visible from the hotel room and the rooftop bar, which was amazing!!||The desk clerk Joao is amazing and his customer service is perfect with vast local knowledge. Speak to him for the hotspots and places to go and things to eat. ||Beatriz on the other hand is moody, not very friendly and often said no to requests that other staff members did easily when asked so we just avoided her. I believe that Joao should give her some training she would benefit greatly from it, considering it seems she is doing a lot of shifts. Only bad part of the trip ||The canteen staff are all amazing and the food is good, just need some baked beans and you can have a complete English breakfast.
