Brand new hotel with such a cool modern design and smart home features (motion sensor lights, smart switches). Great service and hospitality from the reception team. Only downsides were room service that had technical error and didn't arrive, and breakfast was lacking bread & pancakes ran out and were not refilled. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are clean, modern, colourful and have very good home automation. Check in and check out went well. Because we arrived early, the receptionist offered to store cases. There was free parking nearby but was expensive near to the hotel

I love to check new hotels and hotel concepts, but this time I was left wondering what was going on. In the pictures rooms appear quite modern and fun. When you enter and start wondering where is minibar / fridge (communal at the lobby) and where is safety box (not existing) you are having a feeling of a low cost hotel. The lobby area was actually a coworking space and it made a bit funny feeling for the lobby. And when you look the price tag, it really isn’t a low cost hotel. Technology in the room was nice, though. Next time I will stay Mercure with half the price.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. They completely messed up our booking and then told us to leave a whole day early because of their mistake. My partner and I had a private room, yet they suggested we could stay in a shared dorm instead, and unbelievably, we would still have to pay extra for it! No refund, no apology, nothing. Just arrogant and disorganised. On top of that, basic standards of cleanliness were ignored, the sheets weren’t even changed one day. There’s no kettle or coffee in the rooms, no toilet roll refills, and the whole place feels neglected. The staff are unhelpful, disorganised, and clearly don’t care about guests. You Hotel is a complete shambles. Save yourself the stress and avoid it entirely. Deauville has plenty of better places to stay, this one is an embarrassment.

Stay was good but , first thing told at check in after welcome was how it is forbidden to smoke in rooms and a waiver was to be signed and deposit left. No safes in the rooms and no coffee maker or kettle. |Also, at check out, same drill with the smoking… deposit will be returned once we check you didn’t smoke in the room!!! What’s up with the cigarette obsession…

Cool hotel which looks like a co working space with bedrooms upstairs. V nice staff. A few small arrival niggles (aircon should already be on ; 2 beds had no sheets), but these got sorted by a v pleasant staff member. Would go again

Stay there if you go to Deauville/Trouville. Everything is super clean, the overall design is pleasant, huge lobby area, the rooms are modern (bluetooth music, huge tv, several warm light scenes). The location couldn't be better, its really perfect! You can even rent a super cool whole cinema room and watch whatever you want, or chill at the retro gaming arcade in the lobby. Staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. Will visit again ✊

The rooms are new & comfortable. I loved their Bluetooth speakers in room and restroom, really makes me feel like home.
