Love this cute store in candler park! Perfect place to get a gift for anyone or yourself :) I like to pop in a couple times a month as they always have new stuff coming in! Definitely check them out and support small local businesses !

Google
This is the kind of place you feel lucky to stumble in to. Not only because of the selection of products which are very cool and unique but the people who run the joint are just so cool and special.

Ari is AMAZING. She helped me arrange the best gifts for our clients and made the experience delightful. A+ / 5 stars!!

Great little boutique in Candler Park. A lot of the usual suspects from Faire, but enough unique items and a rack of well-picked vintage clothes to merit a visit.

Google
Such a beautiful store! I bought a gorgeous handmade necklace and two wall hangings, and wish I could have bought more. A fabulous, quiet spot filled with fantastic finds. The owner was wonderfully nice and was the one who rang us up. I'll definitely go back, and would recommend the store to anyone.

This is THE place to go to for unique, well-made local gifts. I could spend hours here admiring the handmade cards, jewelry, and prints. Young Blood proves that shopping local doesn't have to mean crafty pieces that resemble art projects from the farm. There are so many classy and smile-worthy gifts in this shop that make me so very proud of the local talent that we have in this fine town. On top of offering such amazing treasures, the staff is super friendly and passionate about promoting the skills and creativity of Atlanta artists. I met one of the owners, Jessie White, when I stopped in a few weeks ago. She helped me pick out a super cool going away gift for my friend, and even gave me some great tips about shopping local.

This post is long overdue. Young Blood Boutique is definitely in my top five faves. My boyfriend was the one to spot this place and I loved it ever since. The jewelry there is to die for! They are unique and long-lasting pieces at a pretty good price point. Love the ladies who work there as well! They are very helpful and communicative. You won't regret visiting Young Blood!

Google
Beautifully designed and curated space. I unfortunately can't remember the gal working when I stopped in but she was so helpful and kind. I als love the jewelry...it's a perfect place for me to highlight my creations too. I left with a great purchase!

Yelp
Flowers, jewelry, bags, candles, goodies galore--Young Blood Boutique is worth a stop every time you head down Highland Ave. Their collection is unique yet timeless, and perfectly curated. It is a great spot to find gifts for others, or yourself, and I always find something new that catches my eye during each browse. I've ordered their flower bouquets and arrangements, and they are always show stoppers. I ordered both Thanksgiving and Easter arrangements from the YB team, and they so perfectly capture the seasons with each stem. Brighten your table for a holiday, or anytime you need a beautiful pick-me-up. Most of all, you feel great about supporting female small business owners who display creativity and social consciousness with who they choose to sell.

Yelp
Amazing absolutely amazing flowers. Yes it was a bit on the pricey side but not crazy. my bouquet and boutonnière were wonderful. I just have them a general gist of our wedding about three weeks before and they did a fabulous job!!

Jemima N.

Yelp
I love visiting this gem! You can find the most unique jewelry and the atmosphere of the store is to die for! The floral arrangements are STUNNING! The employee Stephanie is a doll and answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend this amazing establishment enough. I will be back for gifts, flowers, and creative inspiration.

Yelp
Youngblood makes me so happy. I loved them when they were in East Atlanta and I love them even more now that they have a bigger space in the Highlands. They have such a cool collection of handmade items and artwork. It just makes me squeal with glee whenever I am there. Be sure to visit on their next opening reception, as you'll get to mingle with some of the cutest and coolest young Atlantans in town!

Cassidy P.

Yelp
Love this place. Beautifully designed store, nice selection with a range of items (jewelry, bags, cards, gift wrap, art, etc) at a range of prices. I saw a blue suede Baggu tote at a deep discount (40% off). Also, extremely welcoming staff--and so happy that they allow dogs! My new favorite shop!

Diana X.

Yelp
Awesome place to look around and buy gifts for your more artistically inclined friends while supporting local businesses/artists. The shop is small, but everything here is beautiful, quaint, and just downright awesome with a healthy dose of hipster. My only qualm is that everything is very expensive, which is understandable since it is all handmade and it is a local goods business after all. However, it was enough of a difference for me to walk out empty handed. Regardless, I enjoyed browsing through the drawings hung up on the walls, and if nothing else, it was in some ways equivalent to browsing through a tiny art gallery (the shop's name includes "Gallery" for a reason!). Overall, an excellent place to stop by and take in all the creative and delightful goods produced by Atlanta's artists, even if you don't intend to purchase anything.

Courtney Allison B.

Yelp
I adore Young Blood. I'd shop here weekly if it didn't mean I'd be broke as a joke. Seriously my favorite place for fantastic jewelry, wall art, candles, and other random delightful things. Love love love.

Amanda D.

Yelp
I've always loved this store and the jewelry and other items they carry. It's obviously done by thoughtful artists. I forgot to ask the girl her name today - the one who was working when I dropped in and found a treasure of a ring, but she was awesome - one of those marvelous souls you talk to and you know she's a fellow artist striving to make a difference in the world! She said she just graduated, so bravo to young artists like this, we need them in this town!

Kathleen M.

Yelp
I like to think myself as a pretty good gift-giver. But even we need a little help sometimes, and Young Blood is where I head when I'm experiencing gift-giver's block. They've got a little bit of everything: from baby toys to mini skull necklaces to handprinted tea towels to awesome original artwork to handmade cufflinks, you'll find *something* that catches your eye, no doubt. And you won't pay a ton for it. Sure, they don't have the flashy lights and million dollar marketing of the evil UO around the corner, but they've got soul. And awesome vintage-inspired art prints of Atlanta. And locally made jam. And owners that are actually there, in the store, and can tell you about the fine folks that made the product that's sitting in front of you. Whether you're looking for a gift for yourself or someone else or just looking to kill sometime in this little part of the world, Young Blood is worth a stop.

Vanessa T.

Yelp
Young Blood has brought some much needed *new* blood to the Highlands area. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to walk by mass-producing-poser-central Urban Outfitters and quicken my pace towards the Young Blood Gallery and Boutique. You can find jewelry fashioned out of recycled vintage parts, punk skate art prints, and street culture paraphernalia. And naturally, knitted donuts and cupcakes. They carry zines, graff art books, tees, irreverent cards and stationery. It's great to peruse the work of the emerging, the up and coming, and the established. The gallery space is well lit and curated. Exhibits change monthly and always provide a dose of fresh talent. It's very casual and approachable, so you don't need to be in a gallery "mood" to experience it. It's a fine way to stoke the fires of creativity, Sunday afternoon strolls, or credit card debt. Price points are actually quite reasonable [and in some instances, downright cheap] and you can have your own little piece of art for the price of an overrated sandwich elsewhere. Get a piece.

Nikki K.

Yelp
It took me way too long to go to Young Blood. I finally went a few weeks ago, parked at Urban Outfitters (hey, it was 7 p.m. on a Friday, NO parking anywhere) and a bum that just got out of jail walked and talked with me to the store. I went in looking for a present, I wasn't sure what I wanted to get, but I would know it when I saw it. They have a lot of great, local artist stuff- soap, jewelry, purses, scarves, wallets, clothes, stationary, I think everyone has covered it all in previous reviews. I did find an apropos gift, and I will definitely be back next time I need to find something unique for a friend.

Bobbin W.

Yelp
In search of a mood-booster, I went to the Young Blood Gallery the other day to make an unnecessary purchase. I knew what I wanted: cute little magnets for my refrigerator. Much to my delight, many magnets were scattered about the gallery at a fair price. It took a lot of restraint to not also purchase a bar of yummy handmade soap, or the banjo pendant necklace that hung seductively amongst all the other rudely awesome baubles. I also really like that Young Blood has a black three-legged store cat, and promotes animal adoption on the community bulletin board. I'll definitely be back to do some Christmas shopping, or...shopping for myself.

Brian H.

Yelp
Youngblood rules the school. I have been hip to it for a couple of years now, and I think the initial regrets about not getting hip sooner have worn off. Seriously, it's the cat's pajamas. Let's be honest with each other. Where else are you going to find a bunch of hipsters bidding on art and mingling with the lovely upper crust ladies of the Georgia House Rabbit Society and their beloved bunnies? As improbable as it sounds, I did it yesterday -- AND there were free Vegan baked goods and cheap beers! It's that kind of magical eclecticism that makes Youngblood a premiere destination for local artists and art-lovers alike. Couple it with a well-stocked boutique with a consistently good selection of both new and "sale" goods, and you've got yourself a party. (Interesting side note: two of my cousins in Mississippi own Youngblood t-shirts, as they share a last name with the place. My mother thought this was a great idea after seeing me sport mine, yet I doubt either of the cousins have any idea what they're wearing, if they even wear them at all.)

Gill B.

Yelp
THE place to go to for unique, well-made local gifts. I could spend hours here admiring the handmade cards, jewelry, and prints. I came by a few days after Christmas with my parents who were visiting from out of town. We were on the prowl for Atlanta/Georgia themed engagement gifts, and boy did we hit the nail on the head when we came into this inconspicuous little gallery shop squeezed next to the Highland Inn on Highland Avenue. Luckily it was not too crowded when we came on this rainy afternoon (side note: they do not open until noon on Saturdays - we initially came too early and had to circle back on our way home). I can imagine, however, that it would be tricky to find a place to park on this busy street by the Urban Outfitters. There is a little alley with a few spots that are shared with Highland Inn and the other small businesses on this little stretch, and about 5 spots shared between the gallery, a vintage shop, a cupcake gallery, and one other little boutique. I was positively delighted at what I found when I walked through the doors of this tiny little modern gallery. From the dainty little silver pretzel necklaces to the Atlanta neighborhood drawings, my head was spinning with the gift-giving possibilities and the personal wish list that built in my head as I perused the offerings. I ended up purchasing an adorable hand painted print of a Bulldog - perfect for my UGA fanatic of a friend. Some of the prices on these pieces are a bit high, but it's not too surprising considering that most of them are one-of-a-kind or limited edition. Young Blood proves that shopping local doesn't have to mean crafty pieces that resemble art projects from the farm. There are so many classy and smile-worthy gifts in this shop that make me so very proud of the local talent that we have in this fine town.

Emma B.

Yelp
I hadn't heard of Youngblood until a good friend of mine started an internship there earlier this year, and I can safely say she has succeeded in marketing the place to me. My first visit to the botique/gallery was an "on a whim" visit on a day I knew she was working, and I instantly fell in love! I could spend hours poring over every cute/unique item, and as a sucker for handmade soaps and bath items, I constantly have to stop myself from buying the whole lot. The staff is courteous and never overbearing, and the store itself has a charm to it that I can't really describe - almost like walking into the attic of a very well organized collector of whimsical trinkets. They also have an adorable resident cat named Jolene, who I make a point to gush over every time I go in. I've loved every item I've purchased from here, and it's a wonderful place to go for gifts. The prices are reasonable, and they have a sale rack that is downright cheap (I bought an adorable shirt dress just yesterday for - can you believe it - $16). If you're looking for a unique conversation piece, or something that you can rest assured that no one else will have, this is the place for you.

Devon O.

Yelp
I love Young Blood. Like, Spandau-Ballet-I-know-this-much-is-true love them. Best jewelry ever. I always end up spending way more than I planned to and never regret it. Some recent pulls: a necklace made from zippers, mother of pearl wing earrings, a necklace with a brass tooth charm. Cutie little gifts and things. My favorite mug that I drink tea from every morning? square with smiling, flying skulls. Tshirts, art, magazines, books. You have to do a twice-over on the store just to look at it all. Do you need a greeting card that has a jagged monster mouth and says, "DONNNNNN'T FUCKEN LEAAAAAVE ME"? Find it here. My favorite greeting card section. Inspired a new era of snail-mailery. When I'm in a bad mood I come in and feel better. Or I buy "I hate your fucking guts" postcards and then mail them out.

Yelp
Oh no! I wish I'd never discovered this place! It's too cute! TOO CUTE! Too many cute things! AND I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY!! AND it's all made by local designers??? Have I died and gone back to San Francisco????* This place is srsly teh cutez, and the prices are actually quite reasonable (though they obviously vary depending on the complexity of the craft.) Wallets (some of which are vegan!), shirts, LOVELY jewelry - just all of the kinds of artsy-craftsy things that make my little indie heart play some adorable twee little melody on a ukulele! *Though if the Mission is where I end up when I die, then I will know that I was wrong about this whole not believing in God thing and am thus being VERY MUCH PUNISHED FOR ALL ETERNITY!

Kara M.

Yelp
Best Shopping, Worst Place for my Wallet in Atlanta!!! Youngblood is a dangerous place for people with good taste (like myself... ahahaha) in art, jewelry, crafts, and other fun stuff! I honestly only allow myself to go in when I need a gift for someone else and I have NEVER walked out without something for myself too. The selection is quirky, reasonable, and always evolving, staff is helpful and nice, just an all around good experience! Way to go Youngblooders!!! Keep on craftin'!!!

Song S.

Yelp
Jesus and flapper girl danced here last night. Seriously, a live band on the Saturday night before Halloween and tons of people packed into their tiny parking lot? Awesome in my book. I somehow missed the "boutique" in their name and have been intimidated to enter some "gallery", but I'm glad I did! It's like having etsy at your literal fingertips and your mind whizzing through gift lists for people who like off the wall cards, t-shirts, and art prints. The fact that tons of kids were roaming the gallery and every person (and resident cat!) I bumped into seemed pretty chill warrants a revisit. Or 20.

Layne B.

Yelp
The best shop for local indie artists and designers. Visit the gallery in the back; there is always an interesting show. Great addition to Highland Row.

Brooklyn C.

Yelp
Adorable little boutique with unique finds. Recently bought a gift for friend "who has everything" and she thought it was the coolest gift she's ever received.

Jaxxie B.

Yelp
Loves! Wow, I feel like I'm going to gush and sound like a silly little twit, but I have a for-real serious crush on this place! It's art for everyday. I visit every two weeks because there will always be some new "objet d'art" for me to covet and crave. Stuff ranges from cute & quirky to gritty-gangsta. Haven't made it for an art opening yet, but it's on my to-do.

Tyler A.

Yelp
If you're in the mood for some Atlanta-made art and gifts, this is THE place in Atlanta to go. Handmade cards and prints are my favorite thing here, but their selection of vintage items, as well as handmade wood and weird art always get my attention. This is the first place I think about for unique gifts that have an Atlanta connection. Prices are much better than you'd think for much of what you find here. A unique shop you should check out!

Jason R.

Yelp
I realize I'm almost too late to the reviewing party, but I hope what I heard was wrong. Young Blood is my go-to place for neat, local (and non-local) gifts. The boutique has a good selection of Atlanta-area-inspired works as well as selections from elsewhere for variety. The jewelry is fun even without very sparkly items. Odd bits and pieces pop up, like passport covers. No, really. And they're nifty. Nothing is overly expensive, but nothing is cheap, either. And I mean cheap in the icky sense. There often are neat inexpensive items. The galllery's always interesting and often inspiring. We're not quite at the right level to support local art here, but that doesn't close the gallery to us. I've also never had a problem with parking, but I guess I always manage to show up early enough to miss the crowds yet just late enough to miss the yoga.

amanda l.

Yelp
Youngblood is all about fresh, original artwork created by up-and-coming local artists. Both the gallery space and connected boutique exude cool while remaining surprisingly affordable at the same time. The boutique features cool hand-made cards, jewelry, t-shirts, posters, housewares and other accessories, making it a great place to find reasonably priced and totally original gifts. If you're in the Grant Park area, be sure to check out the monthly(ish) openings for snacks and $1 beers.

Coley W.

Yelp
Youngblood is half boutique, half gallery, and all right. The gallery's mission seems to be legitimizing the street punk culture that pervades much of Atlanta. It is a temple of graffiti, gorilla, underground, independent art. The boutique offers everything from limited edition tees to jewelry to posters and prints. The gallery features weekly craft expos and art exhibits that rotate on a more or less monthly basis. Currently, Youngblood is tucked away behind a BP gas station, on the corner of a residential neighborhood, on a street that you can't access if you're coming from downtown. But the owners are currently exploring new locations. Full disclosure; Maggie White, who co-owns Youngblood, is a coworker and friend of mine.

Emily K.

Yelp
I was here for an art opening last Saturday night. The gallery and shop are nicely laid out. I'd heard they had all manner of unique gifts at fairly reasonable prices. As for the art show, the space was small but that didn't seem to be a problem. It was nice to mingle with other people who also knew the artist and see the kind of support she got. I'll definitely be back if I need a unique gift, even though the parking situation is horrible.

Sarah M.

Yelp
Outstanding art, killer cards, and great gifts. Fun browsing, great people and a bad ass huge cat that sleeps around the place. I always come here when I need a gift or a card - love to support local artists. The jewelry here is so hard to resist! So fun to browse and buy!

katie l.

Yelp
Youngblood's new Highland Row location is more convenient than the old place and so nicely laid-out - it is a fantastic place to browse and pick out unique gifts for all your favorite peeps. There's a wide range of options, including wall art, accessories, clothes, books, music, etc, running a pretty wide price spectrum, which for me is a refreshing change from most other boutique-y places. Love it!

Emily C.

Yelp
For interesting gifts (or wall candy for your home), this place can't be beat. They've got a great selection of amusing letterpress cards, and I always get compliments when I send one out. Most of the stuff is out of my price range (in fairness to them, it's all handmade and interesting, and I'm a broke high school kid), but I can usually swing a card. They have what is possibly the world's cutest three-legged shop cat. The staff has always been friendly, and the exhibits that the gallery portion mounts are interesting and totally non-pretentious. The one downside is parking--if you don't mind a two-minute walk, the Publix off of Ponce has a massive lot; I always park there whenever I'm in the area.

Licca K.

Yelp
There's been so many times I've popped in here to see what awesome new art they have on display. As many have said, YB has some of the nicest gifts. They're unique, and usually one of a kind, more or less. The last time I was there, they had a small set of automaton boxes with a little ship in them. I've, sadly, only bought one thing from them though and that was a skull print. It came framed, and the price was reasonable for a small piece of artwork (especially a print that was framed). I honestly expected the price was for the print alone. For the multiple times I've been here, it was mostly to drop off art at the adjacent gallery, Mint, for the open calls. Then I would meander through their wares. Always itching to buy something but never enough to follow through. They have screen prints, leather bags, handmade cloth bags, framed artwork, soaps and handmade smelly goods, various awesome crafts of wood, cloth, or felt. The list goes on with even a bit of inspiration. The store itself is gorgeously arranged, and the staff seems to be fairly friendly. If you're looking for handmade, locally crafted items for yourself or as a gift or just as an out of towner who digs local art then this is a good bet. Plus, if anything, there's plenty to look at and new artists to see.

Lauren B.

Yelp
Cute little boutique that is hidden amongst the tiny strip of North Highland shops right Urban Outfitters shopping center. Some of their prices are reasonable and some items are a little pricey. I came in and bought the cutest little mini plants and potted plants. The woman working the cash register was extremely helpful and added all the rocks for to the plants and spent a considerable amount of time packaging the plants to safely get them home (even though sadly the mini plants did not survive the journey).

Jennifer W.

Yelp
In every nook and cranny, there is some cool, funky arty, crafty thingy to capture my attention. I love to see other people's creativity and workmanship, and Young Blood is bursting with it. In my opinion, some of the best artists and craftsmen are on display at Young Blood. From original T-shirts, to housewares, to handmade books, to jewelry, and children's toys, there's something for everyone. I find the staff to always be helpful too, and knowledgeable about the artists they carry. On this day, I was there to redeem a Groupon by buying myself some unique jewelry. Objective reached! The Pica Rule cuff is now mine, ALL mine!

kristen g.

Yelp
These are the most amazing art people in town. I am in awe of all that they do for the rest of us. Go there and buy gifts, there is stuff for every budget. BONUS!: There are $5 off cards for Youngblood at both Adore Hair Studio and Salon Red Candler Park BONUS BONUS: There is a whole nother collection of art from the Gallery hanging at Salon Red Candler Park.

Ken T.

Yelp
As a big fan of art and local shops, this place is a win-win! It has plenty of cool crafts and pieces featuring local artists in the store front and lots of artwork in the back gallery space. They seem to rotate pieces pretty frequently and each time I come in, I find new things I want to buy in the shop. The staff is also really friendly, always open to chatting or offering help. This place is what UO wishes it could be.

Ben H.

Yelp
NOW they put up the Yelp Coupon. Nice. :-| Anyway, this place is pretty cool. They have some nice art for sale in the back. They also have lots of other stuff for sale that other reviewers went over pretty thoroughly. I'd say the majority of stuff in there seems a little...girly (?), so I wasn't really that interested in a whole lot of it personally though. I did like some of the street art books they had and their interesting card selection. I walked out with card and a stuffed doll for a friend last week. It kind of reminds me a little of Heliotrope in Decatur but it sells more "artist-centric" stuff it seems and has a gallery in the back. 4

Meg C.

Yelp
So great!! I've been here a couple of time, once for an art opening, and once just to browse and have been completely in love both times. I usually don't go boutique shopping in Decatur and the Highlands because I hate trying to find parking, but this is definitely one that I'd do the legwork (wheel work?) for. The art space is small but sufficient, and welcoming to a wider range of artists than a lot of galleries. The pieces, therefore, are a lot more affordable and something that your average Atlantan could really get in to. Or up on their wall. As for the merch... man, gifts galore! And while not all are in my price range, there are a bunch that are and so I have to limit the amount of time I spend there. The night of the art opening I must have walked around the store 20 times trying to convince myself not to spend $100 on a thousand different things. The jewelry in particular is very unique, very interesting-- definitely a great place to go for the jewelry connoisseur in your life. They've got things that are quirky and steam-punky and things that are kitschy and cute, and even a few elegant pieces. There's even a cute little section for kids! All in all a fun time to be had, I highly recommend stopping by to see what they have going on!

O K.

Yelp
I love this place! Its a great shop with so many unique handmade items brought to you by small indie businesses around presumably the us. The prices on almost everything is reasonable and they have a kick ass sale table in the back where we got an 11 dollar awesome shirt the other day! They work hard to support the art community but not the froo froo overpriced high end stuff. They are great for beginning young artists and those of us who cannot afford 10,000 for a canvas with cigarettes smashed out on it.

Lisa K.

Yelp
I stumbled into this store during a roadtrip to Atlanta and -woah- I fell in instant love. Me and my friend spent over an hour browsing all the little gifts, trinkets, and art items, and I'm 100% certain we didn't see everything. Great layout, great items, great concept. I cannot stop raving about this store.

Martha L.

Yelp
Every first Thursday of the month is Kraftwerk, where local crafters and artists sell things like handmade jewelry, stuffed animals, clothing, and art for good prices. There's also a lot of homemade goodies to munch on while you're browsing and chatting to sellers at their booths and a small boutique. If Etsy.com was a retail store, this would be it. I've been here a couple gallery opening nights too, ft. local and national contemporary artists.

Edward L.

Yelp
Great place, great location. The two blocks between North and Ponce on Highland is my favorite two blocks in Atlanta; Young Blood is right there in the middle of it. Good homemade art from all over; affordable and valuable at the same time. I've taken my kids there and they liked it; the art I see there is not usually of the lewd variety; more kitsch and DYI fun. There openings are really fun! Fun is a word that goes with Young Blood on Highland.

Jasmine K.

Yelp
A very unique shop! THeir handmade jewelry is so cute but a bit pricey. I like to go in look around but I rarely ever buy anything because of the price. But I would definitely recommend this place for gifts! Last time I went, they had journals made from used hardcover children's books. They were so cute! And how can i not talk about the art exhibits in the back? Such a fun shopping experience! Young Blood really makes you appreciate the people of Atlanta and their talents!

Ryan K.

Yelp
The place is amazing. Find anything from t-shirts to knick knacks to wall art...all made by local artist. All uniquely Atlanta. Why pay more at urban outfitters for mass produced "kitschy" t-shirts when you can have a truly unique piece of local art instead?

Alyssa K.

Yelp
Such a beautiful store! I bought a gorgeous handmade necklace and two wall hangings, and wish I could have bought more. A fabulous, quiet spot filled with fantastic finds. The owner was wonderfully nice and was the one who rang us up. I'll definitely go back, and would recommend the store to anyone.

Kari S.

Yelp
I absolutely love this gallery. Their collection of artwork, jewerly, pottery, and cute gifts from local artist are amazing. Most of the items are so unique and definetly conversation starters in my house. If you want a unique gift for anyone, I suggest you check this place I've been to a couple of benefits/auctions here and they have always been so acccomadating to the organization throwing the events. They let the public come in too while I've been there for a benefit, which I think is awesome b/c it promoted the organizations that were throwing the benefit. The best thing about this place though has got to be the little 3 legged meow meow that roams the boutique.

Victoria B.

Yelp
The collection of pieces is very extensive and fairly priced. They're amazing with a minimalistic flair. Every time I come in there the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the placement of the store is great! The area needed something with a certain je ne sais quoi and this store brought it! If you're looking for unique, locally-made, long lasting pieces this is the place for you.

Stella S.

Yelp
So adorable local artists make jewelry, paintings, clothes, wallets, bags, nik naks. Almost everything is made Eco friendly. Great place 2 buy gifts!!! Good selection of cards and postcards!!!

Jay O.

Yelp
Love this place. Love it love it love it. Great finds, friendly staff...the perfect stop for gifts for friends or just a little treat for yourself.

Stephie Z.

Yelp
Why oh why have I never reviewed Young Blood? I used to stop by once a month after Highland Row Antiques basement sale. This was one for my go to spots for gifts. I stopped for awhile because I thought they were closing for good. Oh wait, they were supposed to. That is until some of the former employees pulled together and bought the business. I only realized this the other day post Highland Row Antique sale when I realized the sign was still up. They still have a lot of great artists, but the selection has gotten smaller. One of the owners told me they were building their selection back. There are still a lot of pretty things to covet.

Yelp
We came to Youngblood to see the 1000 journals project documentary. They had set up the gallery in the back for the movie, but we were able to check out the shop in front while we waited, and I...fell...in...love with this place. A lot of gorgeous and one of a kind local art/craft - jewelry, stationary, t-shirts, accessories...anything you could think of. I'm definitely going back to shop for gifts. Buy handmade (: Oh, they have a blog too if you want a sneak peek of some of their amazing things: http://youngbloodgalleryandboutique.blogspot.com/
