Unfortunately it was not really pleasant stay...
Opening Hours of the restaurant are changing each day, depending on stuff which decides if they will open for 1h or 30 min or close whenever they want (like at 19h), as the kook decides that there is no food for customers to serve anymore... It's unprofessional service and feels more like kindergarden and hostel is runned by children which have no clue how to do correct their work. Every day different stuff which pass totally different information to the guests than the previous day. Drinks are given on the bar without glasses and service on the table is not provided (bar has got also each day different opening hour's). As we noticed kook is choosing for which customers he will cook and servers his favorites to the table... never saw treats of guest this way - unbelievable. Stuff sits when is spoken to, ignore customers, talks and laughs (even kissing) together....
We could notice that a lot of customers where not satisfied.
Workers should have training to know how to work with people/customers in services provided by hostel. Basic behavior and culture towards clients is a must. They give impression like it's theirs holiday and not working place.
By check-in not all information where given and check-out happened without receptionist.
Restaurant space should be more often clean, as there are a lot of flies and wesps, having a meal is not pleasant.
All over the place you can smell Marijuana, inside and outside, in the rooms and corridor.
At 5 o'clock falls alarm went on. There was nobody to call to or check. Calling reception desk phone was not transferred to someone on the duty. This is very dangerous and irresponsible in case of real big emergency. We slept only few hours and children were very tired and scared.
No parking for customers - parking near by as additional cost per day.
Unpleasant stay with poor service provided and sleepless night instead of rest.
