Yudof Hall

Having now lived in other, off campus housing, I have to say that I miss the pleasant living experience that Yudof was. It is in a prime location for accessing campus buildings, has different common spaces that were convenient to use, the nearest dining hall was a two minute walk next door, my room was bigger than any other one I've had, and the trash room was conveniently located near my room. As an upperclassman, I also got to choose my own room which was nice. It's certainly nothing fancy, but they don't really claim to be, and it is a perfect stepping stone from dorm to off campus apartment. The full-time management was wonderful as well. Some of the desk employees were better than others, but I understand that they are all students. Happy to recommend this hall for students looking for an apartment on campus.

This place was disgusting, the trash room was never taken out and EVERYTHING kept breaking. The bed was broken, the washer and dryer, the sink, all of the cabinets, the tub wouldn’t drain, the ac was on non stop. Not worth the money I heard nothing in Wilkins was broken and that building is older. They fixed some things but stopped after a while. Not worth almost 6,000$ for 4 months. Find a different place to live.

Nice place if it wasn't for the fact that at the end of the year they will genuinely put their tenants at risk by leaving the heat on and not having the thermostats do anything. Its not fun trying to pack to move out, much less sleep and study for finals when the room is above 90 degrees with the vents still blowing hot air into the room

Terrible management, had issues with appliances, which were detrimental, and ended up causing hundreds of dollars in damages to personal belongings, the most I got out of requesting for appliance changes was management telling me there was nothing wrong, and I had to fix the problem if I thought there was one.

I stayed in this apartment for most of my undergraduate study. Great place for study and close to every building in UMN. I want to highly recommend this place.

The room is decent but I would expect, given how much I'm paying to live here, that I wouldn't be able to hear every single sound my neighbors are making when they have sex

Convenient location on campus. Close to light rail, near Coffman Union, near the Mississippi River

lived here 3 years of my undergrad, great place.
