I order bubble tea and flan from grab and it was a really bad experience. First, the store called me to say they are out of stock on flan even though it was only 10:30am. Then they didn’t take the flan off my order. The driver return the money back to me in cash. The boba was really hard, like it wasn’t soaked in the liquid for a long time. After the driver delivered my order, I took it inside and realized my straw was broken! They use a hard plastic straw and it’s not even packed! I understand that you guys want to save on waste, but given the circumstance of Covid, I don’t believe it’s safe for driver to hold the straw with bare hand and for the straw to be exposed in the open air when the driver is driving around to deliver. The spoon and the lid was also not packed/ covered. I looked up the phone number for the store and I tried calling them twice directly but no one picked up. Horrible experience
