Travelled solo chosing an unknown hotel after 15 years of Bali visits in 4 or 5 star hotels.|This hotel exceeded my expectations. |A hidden world.|Set in the centre of Kuta, two mins walk to beach. A fantastic Balinese style hotel with private quiet gardens. Beautiful vegetation with meandering pathways between villas.|Villas newly renovated and clean. Good WFI|Pool area not huge but never full. Choice of sun beds or Bali hut. Children's small pool. |Yulias kitchen resturant attached to hotel amazing, clean, attentive staff, food best I have experienced in Bali. Coffee to die for!|Whisper quiet, fantastic friendly staff. Amazing food and service. Value for money|Travelling solo it was important to feel safe. |Many solo guestsThis hotel certainly exceeded my expectations.

Title: Great Value and Location – Warm Staff, Minor Issue with Hot Water I stayed here for a night and had an overall positive experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. It’s perfect for travelers who want convenience without spending too much. The staff were very warm and welcoming, always happy to help with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, though the hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent and sometimes switched between hot and cold. That was the only downside. Still, it’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a good place in a prime location. I would consider staying here again.

This is the prefect place for me - short trip and budget. Location is good. Room is simple, clean and Toliet has hot water. Has kettle and 2 bottles of mineral water. Comes with pool right at the door step. Price is reasonable too. A few minutes walk to the beach and Beach walkway is round the corner.

Back to our favourite base in Kuta for the last two weeks of our holidays. Room 805 a great location adjacent the pool, spacious, adequate facilities and amenities for our stay, excellent daily services, friendly staff. Kudos to Novi, Seri and Diah. Comfortable bed and peaceful solitude. Looking forward to our next visit.

I stay here every time I visit Bali. The staff are absolutely amazing and caring. The rooms are simple and always extremely clean. Highly recommend!

It’s like staying with family, my husband and I wouldn’t stay any where else. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and the bed linen is changed each morning. Yulia’s Kitchen has beautiful food that’s not too expensive and the staff are lovely. It’s also in a good position not far from Kua Beach and has Smart massage parlour across the road with the best Massages In Kuta. And last but not least Yulia and her husband do everything in their power to make sure you have a memorable stay. I highly recommend Julia Bein as a place to stay. 🥰🇦🇺

Stayed for 3 nights and got a free room upgrade as a solo traveller. Perfect location close to everything, very helpful staff, extremely clean and quiet.
