I invited a group of friends for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything, from the service to the food and drinks, was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the ambiance. However, there is a noticeable strong smell of frying oil when you enter the restaurant, which was a bit off-putting. I had noticed the same during my visit a few days earlier for the reservation.

If what you are looking is to try Mexican food here is a very good option to try different dishes. The staff is very friendly, the place is big enough if you want to go with a big group of people. Prices are fair and the quality of food and drinks is good.

Food was very good. Had the Al Pastor tacos and Mole tacos. Started off with the queso fundido. The portion was smaller than expected but the taste was delicious! Ordered two spicy margaritas, the first wasn't spicy enough so I asked for the second to be way spicier. It was! I also started off with the Yumas mezcal flight and all mezcales were very good. Finished off with the lemon dessert and it was also very tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine!

It was our first time at this Mexican restaurant. We had diner. The menu was in English also. The food was tasty and we enjoyed a lot. We liked a lot the nachos we took as starter. The Barbacoa burrito was great! Staff was helpful and kind. The place is located in a nice neighborhood close to metro. We will go again :)

Lively place, went for dinner on Valentine's Day and were surprised by complementary frozen margarita shots as soon as we arrived, they were very tasty and we immediately got into the mood! The music is generally nice Mexican music but I do feel the decoration could do with some more color. The food was tasty, so were our drinks. Also, we got tequila shots for free before leaving so we were very 😁 the only thing that bothered me was that my chair was often getting hit by the larger waiter as he had more difficulty passing through the narrow space left between the chairs. Not his fault, but still, it bothered me. Otherwise service is great!

Absolutely loved their mixed appetizer and Barbacoa (family and I ordered variations of it). Coconut Frescas was amazing! Of all the desserts we ordered though, I was very disappointed with the Tres Leches. The cake itself was dry and didn’t seem like it was soaked or infused in milk at all. A sponge cake with cream on top is not tres leches. Service from the kitchen was slow but our waitress was amazing. Definitely going back but will pass on the tres leches.

Yelp
Kiddo loves nachos with guacamole, so after his successful dentist appointment today, I suggested with stop by Yumas for such an avocado/corn-based snack. We ordered nachos with avocado, guacamole and hot salsa. Our verdict was: Hmmm.... just OK. The nachos were store-bought (- they literally opened the bag in front of our eyes) but tasted OK. The guacamole contained too much lemon or lime. It overpowered everything. Other spices were really lacking so I ended up adding some salt at the table. The salsa was alright, but I would not call that hot. It was also lacking some flavor/depth. The interior was quite spacious and nicely designed. The service was friendly and efficient enough. I don't regret coming here today, but I doubt that this place will see me again.

Yelp
Very nice place! If you looking for Mexican food you will find it here. It is not a star restaurant but the service is great. My wife and I both loved our meals. Try the beer on tap, it is from a small brewery from Bad Homburg. My tastebuds say that it matches the food. 8-) During lunch time the place is packed, thanks to the offices in the area. During dinner time, the place looks empty at the moment. PLEASE do not let that discourage you, try a bite. It is not a typical restaurant, here you order at the counter and the food is brought on plastic trays to your table. The restaurant is clean from the restrooms to the dining area. The price is fair for Frankfuter standards.

Yelp
Still love this place and eat here often. Ate here tonight- i always order their tacos because they are so tasty and delicious! One piece of advice PLEASE get some shredded lettuce for the tacos instead of the whole leaf-life lettuce.. It does not taste so appetizing when you have to stuff your mini taco with a leaf ; ) Thanks

Yelp
I went to Yumas with a group of people from my organization. Half of us made the mistake of ordering the all you can eat tortillas....The concept is great, you get small tortillas and each person fills their own with the sauces and fillings that come. BUT, what happened after the first round was just UNACCEPTABLE. The waiter that was taking care of our table (not the owner), instead of asking what else we would like to repeat, he would say things like "Satisfied? Done?" and things alike which made us feel we were not welcomed to repeat, even though it was ALL YOU CAN EAT. Every time we asked for another round or to repeat a dish (we were 6 people) he would look completely annoyed. It was also reaaally hard to order, it was like all of a sudden our table was being avoided like the plague. It was obvious they were trying to keep us from ordering more, though each round had tiny portions. At some point, we said we would like another round, and he asked what we would like to have exactly. Then my friend said "I would like the chicken", and he immediately ran away from the table and told the kitchen to bring more chicken, while the rest of us were like....."what about the rest of us??". We were all appalled by the way he was handling our table. As this wasn´t enough, he kept whispering to another waiter near the bar and looking straight at our table as he was pissed we were ordering more food or making fun of us. Never experienced this in my life in a restaurant. UNACCEPTABLE. It´s really a pitty because their guacamole, mole and spicy sauce are delicious! But, to be mistreated this way and feel like you have to beg for food, no, thanks. Never again. PS: The owner replied to my review on trip advisor saying he never offered the conventional all you can eat concept (wha...?!), and basically blamed the whole table for their poor service that night, implying we ate too much. A-p-p-a-l-l-i-n-g.

Yelp
Really good food this place has a nice vibe and is probably better than Chipotle. Had the Mexican burrito bowl with chicken the taste was pretty authentic or Chipotle like do the mild corn salsa the spicy one is really hot. Will definitely be back.
