Today we went in to celebrate my partner’s birthday and i had made the reservation for 7:30pm without realizing they closed at 8pm, but our host/server was so awesome at reassuring us that we would have enough time to eat and have a good time. We ordered dinner A all you can eat for a party of 9 and the service was so quick and delicious. One of the main highlights is the little robot that delivers food and drinks. Certainly a really fun and yummy experience! But the best of all was earning our free teriyaki chicken for eating all of our food, so worth it, definitely recommend.

Google
This place is the best Korean BBQ place I’ve ever been to. The meat quality was great and the Bingsu tasted amazing. But most importantly, the service provided by Ruri was the best! She was very kind, polite, and thoughtful that we felt so relaxed and cared. I would definitely love to visit again.

Everything was just perfect! Food was great, service was amazing. It was my birthday too and the waitress Ruri was so kind and helped make it special! Will be back again!

Google
Very good food. They have a bunch of gluten-free options and they’re knowledgeable about what contains gluten and what doesn’t. Excellent service. Everyone we interacted with was nice and professional. They brought me gluten-free soy sauce without me even asking.

Google
Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and I was a little nervous having never gone before but it was amazing, no regrets! We ordered the All You Can Eat B Menu. The food and service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We loved the robot waiter that delivered our food for us and chatted with the owner too. Lovely people lovely food! Well worth the price which was more than reasonable.

It has been two years since I immigrated to the U.S. from South Korea. I miss my hometown, and I miss my family, friends, and food. Chuseok is one of the biggest festive days in South Korea. Yummy's made me Korean holiday food of memories. Also, Yummy's mother took care of me like a son on behalf of my mother, who I miss. Thank you so much. I enjoyed the meal. I hope you are always healthy and happy. I recommend this place to others, so please visit. You can feel the culture of South Korean politics. A place you must visit if you miss Korea or want to experience it ❤️💙

Google
An interactive, cook your-own-meat style Korean restaurant. The service was fast and attentive and the dining room and restroom was clean. All sides, including four different kinds of kimchi, are available buffet style. All in all a good dining experience. The sushi, including Nigiri, was fresh and well constructed, but it is not the focus of the menu. Only a handful of rolls to choose from. The Kim pop was huge! I don't know if it was that way on purpose, but they were hard to eat in one bite. And they sell Pokemon cards, what's not to like?

Love this place! The meat is super good quality and super tasty! Service is absolutely great. Ruri always takes very good care of us. Super kind and polite service!

Yelp
Been going to Yummys in Orem for a while and during the pandemic did the pick up and it has always been good food! They always help me choose when I'm undecided on wha to get and always friendly.

Yelp
Not the best kbbq experience, very limited meat choices, lack of sauces, just salt and a soy based sauce. We did the dinner option for more meat choices and that was still underwhelming. The bar was very limited too. They had a robot delivering your dishes but that seemed inconvenient more than anything. Our grill went out midway through the meal. The saving grace was the bingsoo, that was top notch, snowy and fluffy and sweet mango deliciousness.

Yelp
My recent visit was fantastic. The service was good and the food was delicious. I love that they now have the serve yourself area. The noodles and fried rice were delicious! I love all the pickled veggie options as well. The quality of their meat is superb.the beef bulgogi is absolutely delicious and the best I've found in the county at Korean BBQ. The onion sauce and salt also pair with it perfectly! Their Mac salad is also a must try. You get so much for your money when you do the all you can eat! Looking forward to my next visit.

Yelp
This place has great food! My group (3 people) chose to do the all you can eat option for lunch. It's about $10 cheaper per person than the dinner option. There are unlimited sides that you can get from the sides bar (e.g. Kimchi, bean sprouts, corn cheese and lettuce) and the meat is delicious. We ordered the Chadol, Pork belly, Spicy Bulgogi and Buglogi and enjoyed each one. Service is very friendly. Feel free to dress casual. When we went (around 1pm on a Saturday), it wasn't crowded and we were seated right away. Would come back here again.

Yelp
We went to yummys on a Saturday afternoon for **Lunch** - it's $10 cheaper than dinner for a smaller selection of meats. We LOVED it. The teriyaki chicken was a favorite at the table but I loved everything: the beef bulgogi, the spicy pork bulgogi, and the thinly cut beef. We tried all the sides and the potstickers, radish kimchi, and potato's were among our favorites. The service was quick and informative which is especially needed in a restaurant with the served buffet format. Something I love about this place is that the focus of the table is the grill in the middle so you sort of forget about the people and the noise around you. It really allows for an interactive and intimate experience with your group. Parking can sometimes be hard because it sits under an apartment complex so there is limited parking for businesses but it wasn't an issue for us.

Yelp
Holy delicious!!!! My friend brought me here and I am forever addicted!! The vibe is so good and the experience of getting to cook your own food and eat it fresh is so fun! All the staff is super kind!

Yelp
Big portions make up for the price. Food was delicious, no complaints here. Cool to cook our own food in front of us. Waitress even gave us complimentary potatoes Cool place, really nice time here.

Vai T.

Yelp
Don't waste your money!! Service was terrible! Never got a refill on my drink, food took FOREVER to come out, and all the sides were empty!! After waiting 30 minutes for the rice to come out... I basically got full off of rice. I ordered beef bulgogi and a California roll. I never got my California roll that I ordered. My meat didn't come until we were about to leave. Caught one of the cooks eating straight out of the food service line with chopsticks!! NEVER AGAIN!

Yelp
Yummys is our go-to. Always hits and never misses. We ordered the Meat Jun and the mix Mix Plate (Meat-Jun & Katsu! Mandoo and Kim Chee (cabbage). Washed it down with some Hawaiian Sun (Lilikoi Lychee). This Korean BBQ spot to me, is the closest you'll get to HI. Not as good as their Yummys but close enough. The owners and servers are always pleasant when we dine-in. I found these gimuys during covid and the owners son was doing the DYI kits for at home. They was popular on Foodie fir the Booty on FB and I can see why. I will always support these guys. Their food is bomb.

Yelp
Very good Korean BBQ! It is low-key and easy to navigate. The service is generally prompt, and the meats are yummy and fresh. I love to bring friends here who've not yet tried Korean BBQ. It's very easy to get them into it!

Yelp
Utah County bringing you some Bingsu! It's made with the finest shaved ice you'll ever taste--through a Korean imported shaved ice machine that freezes the water instantly while shaving it at the same time. It's like putting the heavenly snow in your mouth. That's a thing now. Blessed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and then topped with many different freshly made topping options. Such as Oreo, mango, passion fruit, strawberry, banana, and more. HIGHLY recommend the passion fruit mango -- real seeds in the passion fruit purée and real mango chunks. YUM! Oreo was yummy too. The food is also amazing. My favorite was the beef short ribs and garlic chicken combo plate. The spicy pork is my third choice but the beef bulgogi needed more flavor. We loved all the sides. The Hawaiian mac salad was a random yet delightful addition to the traditional Korean side dishes. I also could not get enough of the radish kimchi - new favorite.

Yelp
This was a disappointment. The first time we came here it was great. So I booked for my birthday and there were about 18 of us. The service was super long, they didn't have the other dishes like japchae.... For the price, it was so not worth it. But I met the owner so I didn't mind coming back. So we made the mistake of coming back again. The service was so bad that they took forever to serve. We had 7 people in our party all adults.,we had 2 grillers. But they brought out food just good for one table. I had to tell them to make sure to bring 2 of each kind. because their service was so slow, I didn't even want to get more meat and I just had like a small piece because the mear they brought out was just enough for the others. For an eat all you can it's too overpriced in comparison to what you get. They apologize for the show servicer since they had a server since 10am plus They said they only had 3 servers. It's a Saturday, make sure to get enough staff. For 7 people, we paid $340, so, so not worth it. Remember it's not very hard to bring out meat since these are raw and we still have to cook it. There's no reason for service to be slow. Like slow. I don't think we'll be coming back anymore. Sad to say. So totally not worth it.

Yelp
Every time I'm in town, this place is a MUST for delicious food and phenomenal service! With the AYCE you have a wide selection of flavorful accompaniments, my favorites are: marinated potatoes in a sweet sauce, slightly sweet macaroni salad, assorted kimchee, marinated bean sprouts, bean paste, sushi roll (they're all yummy) and Meat Jun (thin beef covered in egg batter and sautéed)! As for the meats you'll be cooking- pork belly marinated in a sauce used for kimchee, spicy/sweet pork Bulgogi, Chaddl (thin beef brisket). I suggest- first cook/ "season" your grill with the pork belly before you cook the other, thinner slices of meats. All around, this is by far the best spot to share authentic and delicious food with your friends and family!

Mitch P.

Yelp
Yummy's is a wonderful Korean BBQ experience. Having lived in Korea for some time this is the most authentic in Utah County hands down. The service was excellent. We only to the all-you-can-eat every time which proved plenty of food.

Yelp
I took my sister here when she was visiting from out of town since she is a fan of all things Korean. She loved this place. She is a worrier about sanitation and she thought this place was so nice and clean. We had fun cooking our food and chatting over lunch. The server was attentive and informative. I surprised by how much I enjoyed the sides particularly the Potato Jorim, and the cucumber kimchi. If you want a lunch that is also a fun activity then this place is for you.

Yelp
I always love this place and their service is getting even better. Joanna was busy but she was a really great server. If I haven't said it before get the mu chae and oi kimchi and mandoo. Those sides are great. The sushi is not the best but the meats are really good.

Kristy M.

Yelp
I wanted to come here for my birthday with our kids. All I wanted was Korean bbq, we made reservations, got there 5 minutes early, didn't get acknowledged for over 5 minutes, waited for another 20 minutes, took 25 minutes to drive there and finally just decided to leave. Now we are headed to SLC for Korean instead because the waitress was running around trying to help everyone, several customers that were already seated were standing around waiting to ask her for something and she was trying to pack a DoorDash order too. Yummys is good and all but not worth the problems due to understaffing. It's such a let down and a shame.

Yelp
I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but there were a few components that dropped the rating for me. My friends and I weren't feeling too hungry so we didn't get AYCE, but we wanted to try both the kbbq and sushi. We ordered the bulgogi, rainbow roll, and dragon roll. The waitress asked us if we wanted to cook the bulgogi in the kitchen or at our table, and we said at the table. I was expecting her to leave the plate and let us choose when we wanted to cook each piece of meat, but she just dumped the entire thing onto the grill so we had to cook it all at once. We couldn't eat as fast as it all took to finish cooking, so we had pieces just sitting on the grill while we ate. The 2 sushi rolls were really good, though I would've enjoyed having some soy sauce with it. The banchan was also great -- I especially liked the cucumber kimchi and potato.

Yelp
Here are MY TIPS for ALL YOU CAN EAT sushi lovers like myself: For starters DO NOT COME HERE!!! Food: The quality of food was actually phenomenal here, and is the absolute only reason I would consider giving a 2 star and not a 1. But there's no way this place deserves any more business. Service: Our waitress was fast on our first order, which was great, but as soon as it came to ordering any more we were consistently reminded of the "1-4 rolls per order" rule. It wasn't just a reminder either, it was more of a concerned question she asked as if she didn't want to bring my order to the kitchen. And on top of that it took AT LEAST 25 minutes between rolls coming out, so there was no way I could eat as much sushi as I normally do. Overall my experience here, as well as my party, was a 2/10.

Yelp
This restaurant is closed. It no longer exists at this location There is now a reception hall there. I'm sorry. I stand corrected. Is the address on Yelp correct? We spent about 20 minutes looking for it. When we found Ste 102, we walked into a wedding reception. We would love to try it.

Yelp
First timers @ Yummy's this evening. Absolutely awesome experience!! The owner served us, and his wife actually cut the meat for us! (Wonderful people) The food was excellent! We decided to order specific entrées instead of AYCE. Definitely did not disappoint! Kalbi beef, Katsu Chicken, teriyaki chicken, and Kimchi were very flavorful. We will definitely be back!!!
google avatar

Olivia T.

Yelp
This place is super hyped. The food is good but the sushi is eh. I love that they offer more options. We liked the katsu and the AYCE meats offered. Seems family oriented so they were super nice to us and my toddler. My issue is how small the tables were and how (maybe only if you're married to a Polynesian bc the haoles leaving reviews don't have this issue) they seem to limit how much you can order but also the time in between when you can order again is hella long of a wait especially when we're on a time limit of when we need to leave.

Yelp
Serena served our table and she is the bomb.com. We had three people, all you can eat option A, and she had all he best recommendations. It was an absolutely delightful dinner early on a Friday. The food was delicious, service at Yummy is an absolute delight.

Jay T.

Yelp
From the owner walking around looking @ everything & everyone like we're stealing somethin , I've got to say this experience was HORRIBLE. Do not order the Dragon Roll , I took one bite & it was Sooo salty I couldn't eat another piece. The food we ordered came out so late after we were full of rice from the appetizers we had to get up & share with the everyone else that was dining there. So if u didn't get in on the first rush of people you'd have to wait a good 10-15 minutes to get an appetizer , THATS RIDICULOUS!!!!! Having to wait for appetizers to eat with ur meat that's already cooked. Raw meat they brought out wasn't bad , but when you have the workers eating out of the appetizers with her chopsticks & then sticking them back in to mix around is absolutely disgusting NEVER AGAIN YUMMYS

Angie U.

Yelp
I give this place 0 stars. every single food item my family ordered was disgusting and so salty that we couldn't even eat it. We didn't get our food til like 45 minutes after we were seated, had to get our own refills, all the side dishes were always gone, and then when we were close to leaving then they finally brought out allllll this food. They then had the nerve to add a $22 tip to our check. I argued to get the tip taken off because I was not paying it. if you want to pay 135.00 to eat white rice with a side of salt, and drink watered down soda then this is your place! We will NEVER go back there again.

Yelp
I would recommend going in for the lunch ayce before trying the dinner options which are a bit more expensive. I do love all the options and side dishes, but I was a little concerned if the vent was strong enough and the lighting is a little dark for my preference though would be good for a date! There seems to be quite a bit of smoke despite the very cute ambiance of the restaurant which concerned me a little bit. I loved the galbi pork the best, my daughter loved the spicy bulgolgi, and the garlic chicken you don't have to grill yourself was also very good, I expected longer noodles for the chapchae, and my salt solidified for some reason in my sauce plate, but but my four stars is due to the off set up of the restaurant with the restrooms having a sink that opens directly to the dining room which made me feel odd while waiting in line listening to conversations of people listening.... Staff was very friendly and attentive and food was good and came out fast, and my favorite is wrapping all my meat in some lettuce! A fun spot but I'm gonna try the ayce lunch next time because it can get pricey with gratuity and pricing if you have a bigger party.

Yelp
This is our go to restaurant when people come to visit. There is something on the menu that everyone can enjoy, including children and the ambiance is unique. We love the service here because everything is clean, attentive, and timely. Like I said we usually take out of state or town guests to this restaurant because it is dependably good, memorable, and delicious.

Ella C.

Yelp
Loved the food. My favorite was the beef bulgogi. Also, had the mango shaved ice. It was delicious, super creamy. The mangos were not ripe, but still delicious.
google avatar

Bernice C.

Yelp
We ordered the spicy beef, kalbi and beef bulgogi for takeout. Unfortunately, the sides and rice were not up to our expectations. The potatoes were not coated with any sauce and tasted very plain. Also, the japchae did not have much flavour. All you could taste was sesame oil. The rice was also hard for one of our takeout boxes, and seemed like it was leftover rice from two days ago. Overall, I am quite disappointed at the quality of the food during this time. I hope that this decrease in quality is not due to the Covid-19 situation. And if so, that it will pick up it's previous standards once things return to normal.

Viviana B.

Yelp
You definitely go to Yummy's for the experience. I will say that the food is really good. We ordered the all you can eat menu that includes everything (even comes with a little dessert) and tried most of the meats as we went in a big group. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. In fact, everything was delicious. The only problem I had with the whole experience was how dirty it can get (even more if you go with a big group). Since the meat is cooking right there and the tables are not super wide, the splatter from the meat goes on the table. We also tried the sushi, we got a spider roll and a California roll. Both were also very good! The Ahi Poke Bowl was probably my favorite one. It's honestly pretty big and I would've finished the whole thing if I hadn't had more of the other food. The service is fantastic. Everyone was super nice and the food came out very quickly. I will say, it's a pretty pricey place to come eat if you're someone who doesn't usually eat a lot. The all you can eat menu is pretty worth it when you go with people who really like to eat!!

Yelp
A true Korean food experience that filled us up and was entertaining too. We had excellent service and helpful advice on how to cook the meat, sauces, sides and even tried something new to us that is apparently a well known street food and delicious - rice sticks! The price is right for an AYCE meal with tasty sides like kimchi, glass noodles and Mac salad and sushi rolls. Chicken katsu was a double order for us and the unique roasted salt pepper combo we got for seasoning was so good and you can buy it too to take home. Even the owner came to talk with us and we told him that we will be back with friends. We were too full on our meal to enjoy the specialty dessert so definitely trying that next time!
google avatar

Jennifer Q.

Yelp
We've been to Korean restaurants all over the country and this place is definitely one of the best we've been been to. Don't be fooled - this restaurant may look understated but the food here is super high quality and made with the utmost care. Everything here was SO good - the brisket melts in your mouth, the spicy pork is just right. I'm usually not even a fan of chicken katsu but theirs was the best katsu I've ever had (it was the right tenderness and crunchiness) Service here was the friendliest. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food. The chef guided us through the meal, recommending great pairings of sauce/rice, what meats to eat first, etc.

Yelp
I was in Colorado and missing Hawaii when a search found a Yummy's Korean BBQ in Orem, UT. We made it a stop on our summer trip and drove from Victor, ID to Orem, UT arriving about 30 minutes before closing to have some great food! YAY for the 2-hour parking spaces for retail customers! It's an interesting area that looks like there are apartments on top of retail spaces. How convenient! The staff was super awesome and friendly! We ordered the beef bulgogi and chicken katsu which came with all of the sides. We also got an appetizer order of japchae and some Coke Zeros. We couldn't eat it all AND have dessert, so we got a to-go box and ordered the Ho-Teuk Ice Cream ~ a cinnamon pancake with ice cream and chocolate. It was all delicious. We didn't go for the cook at your table option (which is such fun). There's an all-you-can-eat option, but ... we weren't up for that, but please eat all the things for me and post how yummy they were! We met the manager/owner and talked about living in Hawaii, that she was also a math teacher, and that we all love to travel. We showed her photos of our trip, which included Mount Rushmore and she showed us a picture from Zion National Park. We haven't been there, yet! She also shared that some of the artwork in the restaurant is over 100 years old and the piece in the entryway was painted by a happy customer. They have 3 new locations listed as coming soon. I liked that Groupon has a sushi making class deal. They also have a Korean language class at the restaurant! (The only thing I'm good at is saying thank you in Korean.) While we were talking, she mentioned that they have a food truck that goes to Colorado ... how do we find that?!? Inquiring minds want to know! (Hawaiians Living in Colorado Facebook Group) UPDATE: Whoops! No food truck to Colorado. Sorry! I can't edit all of the posts! There was a Pokemon Go gym within easy reach of the restaurant.

Yelp
Food is tasty. Tables could be a bit larger especially for groups and using the table top grill. For family style meals individual plates need to be larger and individual rice bowls would be nice. It was difficult trying to get a good portion of food on an appetizer sized plate. We had shared entrees, however, for multiple dishes, only one serving of ban chan and one bowl of rice was served. Have to ask for more, each entree doesn't come with its own sides? Overall the service was friendly and prompt. For a group of five it would have been a more pleasant experience if there was more room to enjoy the variety of dishes.

Yelp
My favorite location so far is the Yummy's on University. I really enjoy Yummys as a franchise. I have eaten there many times before. I'm not big on spicy things and so I get the 1-3 in spice and it's very good. I had the Ugly Bop and I ordered the Korean style chicken with the noodles. It was really tasty and delicious.

Yelp
The service was fast and friendly. The food was yummy and felt that it was good quality.

Yelp
Coming from Koreatown in Los Angeles, CA, they tasted NOTHING like the Korean food back at home. The only thing that was okay was the sushi( America and dragon) but still nothing compared to back at home. The service was okay in the beginning but you start noticing many empty tables with stacked dishes. The taste of the food was "blah" which needed more seasoning, which included the side dishes and all meat. The thing my husband liked the most was the friendly service from the manager. Yummy(?)... don't think so.

Yelp
My wife and I were visiting from SoCal where we eat a lot of Korean BBQ. Yummy's is by far the best Korean BBQ place in Utah and was better than anything I've had in California which is saying a lot. Service was great. Ambiance was great with the Korean music playing. Meat was amazing and the side dishes are the real deal. Make sure to try the Korean shaved ice dessert (팥빙수). This place is a must whether for a date night or with a big group of friends.

Yelp
I had the all you can eat for both lunch and dinner and for me lunch was 5 stars and dinner was 3 stars. Lunch The selection of meats is pretty generous for the price and if you go in off hours, like during the week, the servers are very attentive. I paid for the sushi add on and I think though the sushi wasn't the best I ever had it was pretty good and only $4 to add all you can eat so that was worth it. Dinner We went on a crowded night and the service was really, really slow. Like we'd ask for raw meat and it would take 15 minutes to get it kind of slow. We ordered some stuff that never even came after 20 minutes so we took off. The up sell for the dinner was not worth it for the most part. The spicy pork belly was tasty. No complaints there. The kalbi ribs (biggest item on the upsell IMO) were the only ones I've ever had that I didn't like much- lots of fat on the meat. The Las Vegas sushi roll was really good and the best thing I had at this meal hands down. The nigiri sushi was maybe the worst nigiri (tuna) I've ever had. It was chewy and just nothing about it was good. The dessert that it was included with the upsell was like milky icy otter pops and I think I'd rather have no dessert included than that. So yeah overall I would definitely recommend the lunch all you can eat. The dinner all you can eat price is not justified in my opinion and I hope then the owners consider ways the dinner offering can be modified to provide more value to customers. I personally would suggest taking nigiri off the menu, and getting different kalbi cuts if possible.

Yelp
Overall very good Korean food and outstanding prices. To find good quality meat and overall food for a price of only 28 a person is unheard of when eating Korean food these days. As a self proclaimed aficionado of Korean barbecue I would say the only thing keeping us from five stars is not having the "steamed egg" and a few other more traditional dishes. No really how much can I complain being in the middle of Utah and enjoying great Korean barbecue... Let me say that when I return to the Provo area I will be back and I would highly recommend that when you're in town to give them a try it is totally worth it. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. I hope in the future they add some of these dishes that pair very well with Korean barbecue and I believe the local population would completely embrace.

Yelp
We were dropping off our son at BYU and decided to feed him here before checking him in to the dorm. To be honest, coming from So Cal, I wasn't expecting much. I doubted any Korean restaurants could be as good as the ones in Los Angeles. I WAS WRONG. Koreans can tell if the food is good or not by their kimchi. If the kimchi is good, you can be assured the rest of the menu is good. Oh. My. Gosh. Their kimchi tastes just like the best homemade kimchi! I was pleasantly surprised by their kimchi, side dishes, pancake, and stew. Their BBQ? As good as any other authentic Korean restaurants! No wonder it was busy on a weekday. The servers were attentive and we're so glad our 'last' dinner together was so good!

Yelp
If I could eat here everyday I would! The selection of food is wide and there's something for everyone. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. Service is everything to me and they met my expectations with how attentive the were.

Yelp
The bulgogi was the stand out tonight. Chadol - not so much - as it was chewy and a bit gristly. The side dishes (panchan) were perfect and plentiful. The sushi rolls were definitely on the sweet side and took a really long time. All in all a pretty good meal - especially for the price. Just wish I would have halved the chadol and doubled the bulgogi. Oh well - next time!

Yelp
We made reservation a head of time because we have a big party. I got a call from Yummys verifying our reservations the day before to make sure we have 25 people & I asked her if that was ok and if they will have enough staff. She assured me there was going to be a server for each table and they will have plenty of food & quick service. She also includes that 7:30pm reservation is good because they close at 8 and more help can assist with our big party! Also I asked before hand their prices and they said $25/buffet! Well they failed to mention that everyone on the table has to get the same buffet either dinner A $25/pp or dinner B $35/pp. one or the other you can't split or have option for some to choose A or B! So those who wanted dinner A had to get dinner B! So confusing & very expensive! We get there and they only had one server & not enough chairs so 5 of our party had to split up because the room they put us in only seated 20. I wish we knew that ahead of time! I had to get up multiple times and check up on our other guests that was separated from us. Half of our group got our drinks and the other half didn't get drinks until close to being done. When we asked for drink refills some of us didn't get refills. Then they tell us they "RAN OUT OF RICE" We had meat cooking on 4 stoves and bowls of meat waiting to be cooked and the waitress tells us this. Prior to this we only got 2 bowls of rice that was only filled half way it wasn't even full & some of us didn't get rice! We have to eat our meat with rice!! My daughter was standing near the cashier and overhead that they will not make a new pot of rice since it was past closing time! We asked the waitress since they ran out of rice can we take the meat home she already brought out after we cooked it home and we can make our own rice and eat it with our own rice and she clearly said "yes that fine!" she handed us to go plates and we started to go and she tries to stop us after she said we could! Then she remembered she gave us the Ok! Then!!!!! I get a bill for $599.xx with a $91.xx Gratuity!!!!!!! We did NOT get good service worth $91!!!!!!!!!! That still upsets me still the service was horrible!!! - did not get refills - half our group didn't get drinks until the end - ran out of rice after only giving us 2 bowls and after they tell us they ran out they seated a couple across from our separated party and gave them a full bowl of rice - waited forever for food - we had to ask multiple times for napkins and straw - we were separated from our party because the room they put us in ONLY sat 20 and reservation was for 25! I communicated day before when they called me to confirm and the lady I spoke with assured me we will be fine! With the 20 in that room is still very small and stuffy! - very Smokey, I wish they had vents like ombu or umami to help with the smoke when cooking - sushi is horrible! Was not tasty Do not go to this place if you have a big party they will give you horrible service and then slap you with an expensive gratuity!!!! And they are VERY OVER PRICED!!!!!! Go to Umami!! It's way cheaper for better quality food & way better and it's buffet style (you go and choose your own meats & sides) you don't have to wait for food and they never run out of rice!! They also have better options and fresh meat!

Yelp
We have been to Yummy's numerous times and we always love it. Yummy's isn't very visible from the street, but inside the store is clean, organized and very inviting! The menu is fairly large with a lot of variety. Something we love about Yummy's is that you can cook some of the food at your table like the beef or pork bulgogi. However, if you want to cook it on your own make sure you ask the server, otherwise they will bring it already cooked. The servings are a perfect size at a reasonable price. For a group of four, we ordered 3 entree's we ate everything we ordered with no leftovers but were completely full! We had a server who was extremely on the ball and was consistently filling water and checking up on us. When they were really busy in the kitchen he took the initiative to help cook one of our entrees so it would get out to us faster! There is so many good things to say about the taste. This is by far the best Korean BBQ restaurant in Utah. The garlic chicken on the menu was pefectly crispy even though it was completely coated in their garlic sauce. Every meat item we ordered was tender and delicious. Also we can't get over their Mac salad. We don't even like mac salad but are obsessed with Yummy's. Overall: 8/10 This place is a must

Yelp
Decent Korean BBQ, not worth the hype....or wait.... To preface my review, I'm born and raised in California, and grew up close with a Korean family so needless to say I have had some of the best K-BBQ there is. The meat isn't terrible, but it's not the greatest. The selection is decent, but they are often times out of some of the items, so it really limits your selection. The meat at times has been bland, so not the greatest quality either. The sides are fresh and good, but you don't go to KBBQ for sides. Don't expect to be served like you would expect if you have been to KBBQ establishments in California, or Las Vegas for that matter, because you will be in for the wait. Our first time was great, but since then we had to wait a VERY LONG time just to get served our drinks. I've been here on multiple occasions and things have gotten gradually worse every time. We came back expecting things to change, but it never did. Every time I have been here with my family we've waited longer and longer, until today which was the last straw. A couple came in 10 minutes after us, were seated and served drinks while we continued to wait. We got up, left and aren't turning back. We took our hunger over to Ombu just up the street, which was fantastic! Better quality food, and half the price. Sorry Yummy, gave you a shot but you let us down. Giving 2 stars for the decent food, but I'm inclined to give 1 because of how horrible my experiences have been time after time.

Yelp
I love eating at Yummy's and have been coming here to get my Korean food fix for a long time. While I am normally very impressed with their food I was slightly disappointed when I received my delivery this time. My favorite side to get is the potato Jorim; however, this time the potatoes were way too soft and there was not enough flavor. The rice was also inconsistent in texture as my father's meal came with rice that was so hard he had to steam it again himself. Overall the meal wasn't bad but I think that I have definitely had better here.

Yelp
You just need to stop by and get your Yummy on! If you need more, continue to read. This is a mix of traditional Korean, Pacific Island Korean, and Sushi! This takes the best of Korean dishes and turns it up a few notches, all from years of honing and refinement. This is hands-down the best designed Korean restaurant I have ever seen (and among the best designed of restaurants, period). Everything has a well-thought-out personal touch. Even the hidden drawer with utensils and napkins, that is hidden under each table, is cool. With the option of ordering either individual entrees or all-you-can-eat, they will aim to satisfy. Order some of the marinated meats to BBQ at your table, but don't shy away from some of the other traditional meals. Bul kogi, Chap Chay, BiBimBap are popular as is the Kalbi, but my all-time favorite is the Korean Garlic Chicken! I am afraid it may be addictive. I seriously dream about their Garlic Chicken. It is lightly fried, generously portioned, chicken coated in a sweetly tart garlic sauce that may make you cry when you realize there is no more in your dish. This would be a great reason to go with the plentiful all-you-can-eat option. The complimentary side dishes deserve a shout-out of their own. The bean sprouts, marinated potatoes (YUM!), and varieties of kimchi (cabbage, radish, and cucumber) come out with island-friendly pasta salad. These are some of the best Korean side dishes. And as you discover you have cleaned up those side dishes, do not despair, they will bring you more with a smile. Don't see a Korean dish on the menu? Ask if they have it off-menu. They do prepare and serve a great fermented kimchi stew that will take you right to the Land of the Morning Calm with your first bite. So, like I said, get down there and get your Yummy (and satisfied smile) on!
