We visited Yunnan Noodles a few weeks ago after one of their staff members, Sangam, recommended it and wow, she was absolutely right! We came all the way from Niagara Falls, and it was 100% worth the drive. The noodles were packed with flavor, and the potatoes were just perfect ; soft, well-seasoned, and so comforting. Every dish felt fresh. A special shoutout to Sangam for her amazing recommendation and for representing the restaurant so well , you can tell she genuinely believes in the food and the place she works for. And even the other team members were great too, I don’t remember everyone’s name but yes Nitesh and the supervisor too. They were amazing at their service.. If you love authentic, flavorful noodles, this spot is a must-try. We’re already planning our next visit!

This establishment in Toronto is famous not just for its authentic Yunnan-style rice noodles, but also for its unique solitary dining concept. The Experience: It's often called an "introvert's dream" or a solo-dining restaurant, modeled after popular concepts in Japan. You sit in your own partitioned booth, allowing you to focus completely on your meal without social pressure. Ordering and service are handled efficiently with QR codes and a call button, minimizing staff interaction. The atmosphere is generally described as quiet, calm, and cozy, with dim lighting and soft jazz music. The Food: The menu centers on rice noodle dishes with rich, slow-simmered broths and customized textures, inspired by the chef's hometown of Kunming, China. Must-Try Dishes: The House Signature Braised Beef Noodle and the Slow Cooked Garlic Pork Shoulder Rice Noodle are popular mains. Star Appetizer: Reviewers consistently rave about the side dishes, especially the Hot & Sour or Five-Spice Street-Style Crispy Potatoes, which are often cited as the highlight of the meal.

Super yummy dishes and great value for price! I got the braised beef noodles and they were around $16 and so delicious I almost didn't finish them. The service is great and very friendly, the atmosphere is also perfect for a solo date or a one-on-one dinner. I wouldn't recommend groups as they don't have convient group seating arrangements. The food tastes great; the broth is light, beef is seasoned perfectly, noodles are a bouncy texture and the spice is a lot less than it looks.

First time going to this place and it so perfect for solo dinning. As I'm and introvert myself very perfect. Place is cozy. Service is fast and staff are very friendly. Food of course is really good. Very tasteful. Price is reasonable.

Coming back the second time around! Food, Staff, and the ambiance of their shop is amazing! I would definitely bring my friends and recommend you guys to come and try their noodle soup. Also, the BBQ Skewers is so so good! me and my friend always order it to pair with the noodles. Comfort and for chill vibes definitely would recommend! 💯

I usually come here for the desserts, but this was my first time trying their wonton noodle soup. It turned out to be the perfect comfort food: soft jazz playing, rain outside, and a warm bowl of noodles that instantly lifts your mood. The service is attentive, and everything from the tea to the food is carefully prepared. Their Chinese sweet soup, especially, is on another level: rich, layered, and unforgettable. One of my favourite spots in Toronto. Thank you for creating such a lovely place.

Visited for the first time. Started off nice, and so was the server until a few things happened. Food is extremely salty or bland. ordered like four dishes and fried rice for example had way too much pepper and salt that got tongue dry over time (wondered if they accidentally poured pepper bottle on the fried rice). Also ordered dry noodle that was bland. Then I had unfinished food orders as takeout and they took the food away, gave it to me as a stapler sealed paper bag which I thought was a nice gesture until I came back home and realized they didn't package one of the ordered noodles which was more than half remaining. The whole experience felt very sketchy and walking away with some bitter taste.

It was a pretty interesting experience. You have a private area to eat on your own and there was everything you need at the table, I think it’s a perfect place for introverts to eat out. I tried the pork rice noodle soup, and the taste was pretty much what I expected. The service was pretty inviting and makes you feel welcomed by explaining everything to you when you first get there. It was just very loud with lots of talking in the background, but maybe because I visited during a busy time.
