YY38 Hotel

the MOST scary room ever! actually last 10 years i stayed there b4. seem not bad. so this time i bring my family to stay for a nite. The moment stepped shocking me ! horrible room like for some **** ****** ?! i dunno. there are stains over the bed, the wall, table chair! and TV just disappeared. ! the towers on the bed are in dust! u can see the dust stick on it ! the bathroom was so run down and not clean that u never wanna take a bath inside! after check with 170 bucks, i forced my self to shower and just left without staying overnight ! for god's sake, never ever waste ur money for such hotel room! i mean if the room is 50 bucks , then i can understand the condition of the room, but still even for free, i rather sleep in the car ! what a bad day!

I decided to leave not long after i stepped into the room. The hallway reeked of strong chlorine that seeped through the rooms. The beds and linens are self explanatory from the photo. Thats the general idea of the cleanliness of the room. No towels were provided, even if they did i wouldnt dare to even touch it. When i decided to checkout there were other people in the lobby that complained as well. I didnt even bother to complain or request my room to be changed. No amount is worth the price to stay here please avoid.

It has a good location in Bukit Bintang.. The outside of this Hotel is very good but the inside it’s make me upset.. Not clean, Not big room, not AC working.. Nothing is good inside this .. I don't recommend you .. At the same price you will get so many good hotels nearby this place..

The room was good, but no electric kettle, No hair dryer ( can be found after depositing 50 MYR), No glass to drink water. Place is nice. Recommend.

Never ever book this hotel, rude management and staff. Poor cleanliness, bedsheets smell like hell, when you complain they you get this for what you paid. No parking, hotel location is shady does not looks like a hotel. Worst experience to stay, spoiled my holiday.

I believe you get what you paid for the price you're paying. No real complaints. The location is great. Convenience stores less than a minute away. Room cleanliness could be better. The shelves were dusty, TV had no remote. There is no bathroom/toilet mat. No toothbrush given. They didn't refill the soap dispenser for showering either. Can see alot of rubbish by the window sill, littered by previous guests. Will probably stay here again given the budget.

Location is very good. Many restaurant, easy to find nice food. A good place for nightlife.

The bed was dirty on the first day and the matress was not changed. The staff tested the fire alarm and did not warn us or apologize at all. We were very shocked. The air conditioner was leaking and the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom door was broken.
