YY38 Hotel

Pleaaaase run, not even worth a penny, everything is filthy and I can not describe how awful this place is. Paid 150$ for only 2 nights Sheets, towels, floor,walls everywhere is dirty and there are no basic services . I was forced to be here by series of events and told myself how bad It could be, turned out more than I could ever expected If by any chance you choose it,you will regret that

The location of this hotel is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. There were no proper amenities, and the windows were broken, which made the stay feel unsafe. Cleaning and maintenance were also very poor. Not recommended despite the convenient location.

The bed sheets and towels were very dirty, with blood stains on them. They do not provide any amenities, which is quite disappointing; at the very least, they should offer hand wash for after using the toilet. Overall, I would recommend this place only to budget travelers. Otherwise, it's better to find another hotel.

The hotel offers a comfortable environment for guests. However, it should be noted that essential amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair dryers, shampoo, and water heaters were not provided, unlike what is typically available in comparable establishments.

Affordable pricing, good location. Especially hotel is just around the corner Ina well listed area. Unlike many others which are located dangerously at a back alley. Good service staff and helpful.

First and last. The location is strategic but the room is so dirty. The wall is so dirty and the floor tiles are full of dirt in the bathroom. You can even use the bidet to spray the dirt out of the floor tiles lines. Above the rack hanger is so dusty. Make sure to clean it before you put your things on it. Towels, pillow cases and bedsheets have foot marked on them. The curtain is also dirty. Seems not washed for quite a long time. The female wearing scarf/local receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting experience at YY38 Hotel. I stayed here last night and it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — the pillowcases and bedsheets had yellow and grey stains, clearly not cleaned. The toilet seat had urine stains on the edges. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The desk in the room was already broken when we arrived — slanted and unstable. Anything you put on it would just slide off. Yet they had a sign saying “Do not sit on the table. If broken, fine RM100.” Excuse me? It was broken before we even walked in! The photos online are completely misleading. What you get is nothing like what they show. The reality is dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. On top of that, the place is incredibly noisy. There is no soundproofing at all, and we couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise from other rooms and outside.
