YY38 Hotel

The bed sheets and towels were very dirty, with blood stains on them. They do not provide any amenities, which is quite disappointing; at the very least, they should offer hand wash for after using the toilet. Overall, I would recommend this place only to budget travelers. Otherwise, it's better to find another hotel.

Affordable pricing, good location. Especially hotel is just around the corner Ina well listed area. Unlike many others which are located dangerously at a back alley. Good service staff and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting experience at YY38 Hotel. I stayed here last night and it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — the pillowcases and bedsheets had yellow and grey stains, clearly not cleaned. The toilet seat had urine stains on the edges. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The desk in the room was already broken when we arrived — slanted and unstable. Anything you put on it would just slide off. Yet they had a sign saying “Do not sit on the table. If broken, fine RM100.” Excuse me? It was broken before we even walked in! The photos online are completely misleading. What you get is nothing like what they show. The reality is dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. On top of that, the place is incredibly noisy. There is no soundproofing at all, and we couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise from other rooms and outside.

First and last. The location is strategic but the room is so dirty. The wall is so dirty and the floor tiles are full of dirt in the bathroom. You can even use the bidet to spray the dirt out of the floor tiles lines. Above the rack hanger is so dusty. Make sure to clean it before you put your things on it. Towels, pillow cases and bedsheets have foot marked on them. The curtain is also dirty. Seems not washed for quite a long time. The female wearing scarf/local receptionist is friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was decent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions. Cleanliness was okay, but there was room for improvement. However, the service was quite disappointing, as staff response times were slow and not very helpful. Additionally, the facilities were below expectations, lacking proper maintenance. Overall, the experience could have been much better."

the MOST scary room ever! actually last 10 years i stayed there b4. seem not bad. so this time i bring my family to stay for a nite. The moment stepped shocking me ! horrible room like for some **** ****** ?! i dunno. there are stains over the bed, the wall, table chair! and TV just disappeared. ! the towers on the bed are in dust! u can see the dust stick on it ! the bathroom was so run down and not clean that u never wanna take a bath inside! after check with 170 bucks, i forced my self to shower and just left without staying overnight ! for god's sake, never ever waste ur money for such hotel room! i mean if the room is 50 bucks , then i can understand the condition of the room, but still even for free, i rather sleep in the car ! what a bad day!

Room no air-conditioned bed have bed birds. To much dirty we change 2/3 room also same. Plesse Don't go there.

We stayed only 1 night. Dirty room and bed sheets. No service for bathroom. No tissue in the room. They charged higher than other hotels despite of their lack of service and cleane lines. Not recommended to stay.
