There's too much of a gap between the presentation pictures and the actual place. It feels very cheap, even though decently clean. The room I stayed in had what resembled an acrylic 2-way mirror, with blinds that were broken and not covering the entire window. I mean, everything else aside, no matter what you're into, you do need privacy in the bathroom. Why in God's name you would want a view from the bed to the toilet at all times, is beyond me. Other than that - the roof view is not quite a roof view, if you see only the top of the building in front, the "free" coffee is incredibly bad, and limited, there's a very steep price for an additional towel (5euros... seriously?!?), toiletries are very small and don't include a body lotion/hand cream, the soap was already open in the room, and so on and so on. The breakfast is a joke - not fresh fruit, all of it made with dairy, the bacon was very greasy. It seems to me like it's a general lack of care for the costumers that is perpetuated. The room was decent, but all those tiny details - I mean even the award and trip advisor sign by the front desk is crooked ! - just make it not worthwhile. Seriously, not worth the price, unless you can go in prepared for a decent laugh at things done backwards and half-assed.
