great experience! The day started at the local market where our teacher Alice showed us (with great enthusiasm!) all of the different vegetables and ingredients. We then went to the cooking school which is surrounded by beautiful nature, full of greenery, and has plenty of places to sit and relax. The setting feels more like a peaceful retreat than a cooking class, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We made 4-5 dishes You can choose from each category what you want to make! We all made curry past and desert together. Alice had very good english and was really patient

Me and my husband went for the evening class. It was beyond our expectations!! They came to pick us up from the hotel, took us to an authentic amazing market and explained about all the special ingredients. The space of the cooking school is absolutely magnificent, decorated and equipped to the smallest details. The teacher (Em) brought great vibes and explained everything thoroughly and coherently. VERY RECOMMEND

We then went to the cooking school which is set in the beautiful Thai countryside, and feels more like a retreat than a cooking school. It’s very comfortable and there’s lots of places to relax during the break. Luna was an excellent teacher and was very enthusiastic and passionate about Thai cooking and make the whole thing super fun. I’d recommend this half day course to anyone - you won’t regret it!

Not only did I learn how to cook FIVE Thai dishes, but I also had the best time doing it! Our teacher, Irene, was amazing so informative and entertaining. The class takes you to the market to learn about ingredients, followed by a thorough step-by-step of each recipe. The school itself has a beautiful ambiance that made the whole experience even more fun ✨🌱🍜 Side note: Google Maps might show one of their Old Town Chiang Mai locations, but don’t plan on walking there. A bus picks you up, takes you straight to the market, and then it’s about a 30-minute ride to their gorgeous outdoor school

We did a cooking class with Alice #Wonderland this week and it was incredible! You had to option to choose from 3 different appetisers, stir fries, soups and curries as well as mango sticky rice for dessert (5 courses total). You were able to get involved at every stage of the cooking process and the meals were absolutely delicious. Alice was very informative, helpful and fun! Thank you so much for this experience and I would recommend to anyone!!!

I had an amazing experience at this cooking class! Everything was very well organized, the instructors were friendly and professional, and the recipes were delicious and easy to follow. I was in Irin’s team and she was absolutely wonderful – patient, fun, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming and I really enjoyed learning and cooking together with the group. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

This was such a wonderful experience! I love going to a cooking class whenever travelling and this one was incredible! We had a private cooking class experience with a seamless hotel pick-up to the market as the first stop. Alice was our guide & chef for our night and she was absolutely exceptional. She explained everything we would be using throughout the market and answered the many questions our group had (we're all in the food service industry in the States). Once we got to the facility, which in itself is breathtaking we got ready to start our cooking. Each person was able to choose their own appetizer, stir fry, soup and curry dish to make, while we all made Mango Sticky Rice. Alice was also incredibly patient and accommodating from some allergies in our group - gluten and rice (I know). In addition to one of our group having a broken elbow. He was still able to do the majority of the cooking with minimall help needed, but when he did, Alice pitched in without hesitation. The whole experience was so fun with music playing and dancing around the kitchen while cooking, learning and having fun. Then we got to sit and enjoy our dishes, which were delicious!!! 10/10 would recommend! Loved loved loved Alice as our guide/chef!!! She was really wonderful! She also had a helper in the background (not sure of their name) but they were also wonderful!

We had such a memorable experience at the farm kitchen with Alice! The day began with a visit to the local market, where she introduced us to the vibrant Thai ingredients we’d be cooking with—especially the unique herbs and spicy chilies that define Thai flavors. The setting at the farm was beautiful and peaceful, and Alice brought so much energy and humor to the class. We prepared multiple dishes step by step, and everyone got to cook hands-on. Thankfully, they provide a digital recipe book afterwards, which is super helpful. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to dive deeper into Thai cuisine in a fun and authentic way!
