Zabeel House The Greens

This is a great hotel, really comfortable but not ostensious. Great Gym (booked personal trainer!) massage (great teams and great areas such as pool and paddle!! etc. this is my third stay (I have stayed every yr for past 3 yrs) and this time took an apartment for 3-4weeks. Great place, staff were excellent paritcular the room team. Aminul, Bigyam, and Prasant. Thank you for excellent service with a smile and great politeness and care. You are highy recommended.

This is a wonderful city hotel close to all the interesting places in Dubai. But the most important thing is something else: it's very welcoming and friendly, and all requests are fulfilled almost immediately. Believe me, there are many comparisons, including famous resort hotels. I love this hotel for its excellent treatment of guests, the delicious cuisine in both restaurants, and the fact that any questions I may have are resolved promptly. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times and will stay again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Amazing gym facility. Special thanks to Jubayer. Polite, helpful and honest service was 10/10 you should be proud to have somebody like this representing the business. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire team for the exceptional support provided during our year-end gathering event. Despite last-minute weather challenges that required our outdoor event to be moved indoors, the team handled the transition seamlessly and professionally. Special thanks to Chef Shashi, Selva, and Hafeez from the Stewarding team for their outstanding service; Alejo and Mary from the Events team for their coordination and responsiveness; Ram from Housekeeping for ensuring the space was perfectly prepared; Emmanuel from Engineering for his prompt technical support; and Johnson from the IT department for ensuring everything ran smoothly. A heartfelt acknowledgment to Mohyi, Ilene, and Mansi for their close attention to detail and for ensuring all our needs were met, even with quick changes at the last moment. Their flexibility, teamwork, and commitment truly made a difference. Overall, the professionalism, adaptability, and dedication of the entire team contributed greatly to the success of the event. It was a pleasure working with such a capable and supportive group.

This is a pool experience that is difficult to duplicate. Smthecservice that I get from Shamin, Jubayrt, and Sohel ( please forgive the spellings if I’m wrong.) is consistent and this has been a refuge from the Dubái crowds during the holidays. The weather during my holiday allowed me to relax and also get work accomplished in serenity. I am grateful for the team at ZHouse. They make me feel right at home. 🙏💕 Hapoy New Year 🥂

The Hotel is located in a very strategic location, 6 minutes walk to the nearest Red line station. The staff were great and very friendly. Breakfast was great that it gave you a good reason to wake up in the morning. Amenities in this Hotel are available but i haven't had the chance to try them out. the rooms were great, i really enjoyed my stay in Zabeel House.

i stayed in this hotel during a business trip to Dubai. To be honnest this was my very first time that i stayed in this hotel. When i arrived i was positively surprised by the welcoming experience, the positive attitude of the personnel, and the ammenities. I used only the breakfast but overall it was very nice. the bed was a bit short for me because i am 1.92m tall, but in general i was very pleased. If i was to travel with the family, i would stay there again

It was a great stay. Facilities are good , particularly the pool and the LahLah restaurant. Special mention to the service people (Srivinas) who helped me with laundry issues. Also Mamadou & Mohamed, lobby ambassadors did great to bring a nice vibe to the day !
