The location suited us next to the open space and lake of The Greens. The staff were very friendly and professional without any of the stuffiness of some 5 star hotels. The room was excellent with a good bathroom and the air conditioning was just right and easy to control. We used the pool which was spotlessly clean. We also used the outdoor restaurant LahLah which was very cool with great food and good contemporary music with a DJ at weekends. Good choice at breakfast and you can order eggs any way you like from the staff.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for the New Year holiday, and we had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast in particular was excellent — rich, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles every morning truly made our days brighter. We would especially like to thank NikhiI Gupta and his housekeeping team, as well as Janith Sir, for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout our stay. They were always supportive and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would be happy to return again.

We had a great time at Zabeel House. The service was very good, breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh food. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was great. The location is perfect and the surroundings are very green. I wouldn’t say that it is the best hotel for families but they are very accommodating and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Celestin and Nikhil Gupta. I highly recommend this hotel particularly for the location, the Lah Lah restaurant , the team and the lovely breakfast.

I have stayed in this hotel over the last 3 years 3 - 4 times every year. I love the fact that every time I stay most of the staff are the same - I’m hoping that’s because it’s a great culture to work in! They’re always happy, helpful, smiley and efficient. The pool guys Shamim and Sohel are great! Mehta in Social Company and all the others who I haven’t named but appreciate always! The rooms are nicely cleaned and the beds are super comfy. The location is great for us for meetings and easy then to get to other places despite the traffic 🤣 please keep doing what you’re doing as it works! I’m looking forward already to my next stay! Thank you 🙏

Great stay overall in a very convenient location with easy access to key areas. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the gym is well equipped for a solid workout. Breakfast was decent but with limited options. Good value and pleasant experience overall.

This is a great hotel, really comfortable but not ostensious. Great Gym (booked personal trainer!) massage (great teams and great areas such as pool and paddle!! etc. this is my third stay (I have stayed every yr for past 3 yrs) and this time took an apartment for 3-4weeks. Great place, staff were excellent paritcular the room team. Aminul, Bigyam, and Prasant. Thank you for excellent service with a smile and great politeness and care. You are highy recommended.

This is a wonderful city hotel close to all the interesting places in Dubai. But the most important thing is something else: it's very welcoming and friendly, and all requests are fulfilled almost immediately. Believe me, there are many comparisons, including famous resort hotels. I love this hotel for its excellent treatment of guests, the delicious cuisine in both restaurants, and the fact that any questions I may have are resolved promptly. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times and will stay again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!
