This hidden little gem of a museum shows the sculptures of Ossip Zadkine (1890-1967),a Russian sculptor and major figure in the School of Paris.
The pieces are very well displayed in what used to be the artist's studio and house, the glass roof allowing plenty of natural light. You can also see a few of the bigger sculptures in the small garden.
The visit does not take long but is lovely. The place is very peaceful and private, you'd almost forget you are in the middle of Paris.
The museum is not too far from the Jardin du Luxembourg and can be the starting point of a nice walk.
Entrance is free, no excuse not to visit!
