The property launched its All-Inclusive Redefined concept in 2023, so guests should ensure they select the all-inclusive option when booking; features include kids clubs and a pillow menu and the hotel complies with Spanish accessibility regulations. Zafiro Palace Andratx Mallorca All-inclusive Hotel Review

"This five-star, modern resort (built in 2020) is a calm, well-designed retreat ideal for couples and families, with 304 suite-only rooms featuring king beds, rain showers, in-room coffee, minibars, Wi‑Fi and balconies, roof decks or private pools that capture Mediterranean sunsets, mountain views, or golf-course privacy. The property sits alongside an award-winning championship golf course whose signature 6th hole, “The Green Monster,” is a 666-yard landmark, and it’s an easy walk to Camp de Mar or a short ride to Port d’Andratx and Palma (about 45 minutes from the airport). Dining options include five on-site restaurants (steakhouse, Italian, chef’s table and a surprisingly strong sushi spot), pool bites, a smoothie/healthy-food truck and the flexibility of a floating breakfast; the resort’s all-inclusive “All Inclusive Redefined” package is highly recommended for its value, personalized concierge services, and plentiful, high-quality drinks — the Aperol Spritz was a particular standout. Facilities emphasize relaxation and choice: a cliff-built luxury spa (The Gem by Germaine de Capuccini) with saunas and plunge pools, seven pools (including an 18+ adult pool with Bali beds and a swim-up bar), a high-end gym, and full concierge programming that arranges excursions (from vineyards to nightlife VIP access) and provides complimentary electric scooters. The resort feels full-service without oppressive scale, built into a steep hillside with multiple levels but accessible ramps and elevators, attentive 24/7 staff, dietary accommodations (including vegan and nut-free), and participation in sustainability efforts such as Spain’s Carbon Footprint Register — overall a restorative, high-touch option for travelers seeking relaxation, exploration, and top-tier on-site golf." - Red Fabbri Red Fabbri Red Fabbri is a marketing exec and gear-obsessed dad who writes about everything from traveling with kids to setting up your kitchen with the right equipment to getting the most out of your luxury trips. We stayed here as a family and had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming — taking care of our luggage and making a great first impression. Everyone we met was happy to help with anything, which really made a difference.||The hotel facilities are fantastic — beautiful pools, great bars, and plenty of space to relax. The restaurants were excellent too; the buffet had lots of variety, and the à la carte options were a nice way to mix things up each evening.||Our son has a food allergy, and the hotel handled it brilliantly. They even have an app that lets you filter meals by allergens so you can see exactly what’s safe — such a great idea and really reassuring.||We had a room with a plunge pool, which was a lovely touch. It was a bit cold (probably due to the time of year) but perfect for a refreshing dip!||Overall, a brilliant stay with friendly staff, great food, and a lovely atmosphere. We’d definitely return!

Zafiro Andratx is a large hotel located in a very nice Camp de Mar village. Hotel has its own parking, which was providing enough parking space even if you were arriving late in the evening. Reception is very nice, spacious, with the friendliest personal of the whole hotel. People there are real professionals with the right customer-orientated approach. |The hotel itself is a set of numerous (I think 9) separate buildings, connected with numerous stairs, ramps, elevators, and sidewalks. You will become well-orientated after first day, but I wouldn't really recommend this hotel to people with reduced mobility, or elderly as some of the distances you have to make are considerable, and mainly in hot summer months, it is simply not a pleasant thing to do for everyone. In addition, I faced several rainy moments during my stay, and most of surfaces became really slippery, so be aware of that! |Room cleaning is overall on a good level, although I cannot accept that the cleaning team left my terrace window fully opened on one day. On the other hand cleaning of the corridors, sidewalks etc. is not as perfect as I was seeing rubbish on the ground in the evening in the same spots where I saw it in the morning. |Breakfasts in the "Market" restaurant were great from the food quality, and the variability of its selection. Nevertheless, the level of some of the waitress is not perfect , and despite the place being very empty at the time I was being there, I faced situations when dishes were not taken out for considerable time. Also, none of the cooks were able to greet you when you were passing by. This is absolutely wrong in a 5-star facility. Also, the maintenance of some of room (and not just room) facilities could have been better. My room had a loose door handle, shower was dripping for an hour after being used etc. |To sum up, Zafiro Palace Andratx is a very nice hotel, rooms with a sea view have fabulous views (I stayed in a penthouse, in block no. 6), with enough space, great terrace, spacious bathroom, and comfy bed. The hotel also offers lots of swimming pools, equipped gym, good breakfast selection, and Camp de Mar location is also one of the best on the south-west coast of Mallorca. The beach is perfect, close (but you will go to a decent hill), and close distance to airport (ca. 30 minutes). What I didn't like is some of the staff which missed the professionalism of the place where they work. I should also point out that the hotel is a perfect place for golfers as it is surrounded by Andratx Golf Course, and many others are in a close distance. |Final comment would go as an advise for potential future visitors. As I already said, be advised that there are really lots of stair (yes, you can use elevators, but at busy time, it is simply annoying to wait). Also, at the time when I was there, hotel was full of families with small children, so if you want a calm, quiet holiday, rather look elsewhere.

I forgot to review this trip after we got back so I hope I can remember everything!|We loved this place. The hotel is pretty big, it took us a while to get our bearings and work out the quickest ways to get to pools/restaurants but you get there.|The pools are amazing - we took it in turns between the family pool and roof top one. Views from the roof top one are beautiful. Lots of sun loungers - no scramble for beds at all!|Food is so lovely - we were AI and lunch in the main restaurant was delicious. We tried all the a la carte restaurants - loved them all but the Asian was probably our favourite - so much choice. |The views from these restaurants are also beautiful. |Short walk downhill to the Camp de Mar cove and beach - you can watch all the superyachts come in. Beiber, Dua Lipa etc were all there when we were. They all go to the restaurant in the cove - we didn't try to get in as apparently you can't!!!|Went on a boat trip to Sa Dragonera island - well worth it.|And also a taxi to Port D'Andratz - great little port with bars and restaurants.|Our room was lovely - with a hot tub that we didn't use - cleaned well and nice and quiet. |The only thing we found was that it was quiet in the evenings - the entertainment was not great I'm afraid, and once you've eaten i think most people seem to go to their rooms. It might be a early season thing but we would have liked a bit more to do post meal. Its a minor thing though.|Loved the hotel, food, drinks and location!

This was our second visit to Zafiro Andtrax. The first time we stayed was May Half Term - it was busy but we could usually get sunbeds. This time round in August it was much busier and at times there was nowhere to sit by the pool and going for breakfast was not a relaxing experience. |We witnessed several arguments over the sunbed situation and when we complained to the management they’re said they would introduce signs and a policy to stop people reserving the beds but by the time we left there was no evidence of this. Meanwhile the newer ‘club’ area has plenty of empty sunbeds.|The situation is exacerbated because they don’t have a towel station or bin to put dirty towels in so when people leave their beds they leave their towels and it’s hard to tell whether they are coming back. The adults pool is more serene but it doesn’t have views and most beds there are doubles and hanging beds. The hotel should reconfigure this area to create more spaces for single sunbeds and create more privacy as it’s near the lift so there’s families with kids walking/running past.|The staff were nice but customer service is patchy and getting drinks from one of the vans near the pool can be tricky.|When there are issues the staff don’t know how to resolve them quickly.|The rooms are a decent size and beds comfy. Our air conditioning only worked on one side of the bed and was freezing cold even though we turned it down. The balcony was tiny and overlooked the dining hall so we kept our curtains closed at all times. There was not enough space on the balcony to dry clothes.|We ate out every night - we would have felt a bit trapped to have evening meals there. The quality of breakfast is really good but there were too many people and it takes a long time to get a drink.|This is a nice hotel but when it’s at full capacity they struggle to cope and they don’t have enough space or staff. It’s not a five star experience.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday. This hotel offers a true 5 star experience. From the moment you arrive you are looked after and nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff, without exception, are a credit to the hotel...bar men in the Blue Bar and chef Txema in the evening buffet particularly stood out. My partner snapped his sunglasses in transit from the airport and the concierge arranged for them to be repaired by one of the hotel's technicians...above and beyond. We were AI and found the food to be outstanding...breakfast was amazing and the evening buffet was also first class...much better than the Steakhouse and the Italian in our opinion. Another guest recommended us to book the Illeta restaurant via the hotel and we weren't disappointed...we had the best table. Rooms were spacious, we were in Block 10 with sea views as well as the mountains. During our stay....there seemed to be an abundance of babies and small people...we would have preferred an adults only bar...but that's just our preference! Camp de Mar is only a small place...not many restaurants or bars, but we ventured out to Port d'Andraxt and Palma for more choice. Thank you to all the staff at Zafiro Palace...you have been awesome.

The Zafiro Palace Andratx is a stunning hotel, the perfect location for relaxing, with breathtaking views and for those looking to explore the area, is ideally situated. Every member of the team take exceptional pride in their work, with the sole aim of ensuring guests have the finest luxury stay. The team are professional, courteous and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The team genuinely make this hotel a luxury and special experience. Our suite was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We didn’t use our in suite hot tub as we were happy relaxing by the main pool. It was refreshing and welcomed to receive fresh towels in the evening and a turn down service. Our bed was a haven of comfort, where we slept soundly every night. We stayed on the half board basis, our breakfasts were taken in The Market buffet - excellent variety of choice, freshly cooked. We really appreciated the choice of A La Carte restaurants for our evening meals, which surpassed our expectations in terms of quality and variety of cuisine. Service was outstanding too. The addition of A La Carte restaurants the Zafiro Palace Andratx offers is unique and makes a difference to a holiday. Of course should you wish, there is also The Market serving gourmet buffet dinner, freshly cooked cuisine is also available with an excellent choice of accompaniments. The Market restaurant is perfect for a luxury, relaxed dining experience. We predominantly relaxed by the main pool all day, enjoying daily juices and smoothies from the Fresh & Healthy truck - a fabulous & fun concept. Occasionally after breakfast we walked the short 6minutes to Camp De Mar beach, an easy walk, however for those with limited mobility I would recommend asking reception to book a taxi. The sea was warm, clean and inviting, as was the beach. For golf lovers, the esteemed Golf de Andratx is an easy 2 minute walk from the Zafiro Palace Andratx. Attention to details is paramount at the Zafiro Palace Andratx, every area within the hotel & perimeter were spotlessly clean. Every evening all sunbeds were cleaned! We loved our holiday at the Zafiro Palace Andratz, we returned home feeling refreshed and relaxed. As a past regular visitor to Mallorca, we are very pleased to find a 5* hotel offering a true luxury experience in every sense and whose team take exceptional pride to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. We have already been recommending this stunning luxury hotel to our family and friends and will definitely be returning for a holiday in 2026.

We've just had a lovely week in this hotel. From check-in to check-out the experience was flawless. Whether it's the warmth of the reception, the attentiveness of the maids or the efficiency of the kitchen/waiter staff I cannot praise them enough. The facilities are also excellent and well maintained. We used room 3212 with the private plunge pool which was a beautiful, comfortable sanctuary from the heat. I also used the gym which was perfectly adequate for any type of cardio or strength training. The restaurants were also impeccable. Locally - Camp De Mar is a beautiful little beach that's just a short walk away. There's also a local shops, pharmacy and restaurants if you like to venture outside. Thank you to everyone at the Zafiro Hotel and I hope to return soon.

We returned here as we do every year. The hotel is quiet, well positioned, with great restaurants. The staff are fantastic from arrival to departure.|Most of the staff have been there for the 5 years we have been going, they remember you which is nice. It’s a short walk to the beach where you can find nice tapas bars and a fabulous fish restaurant on its own island in the bay, with a small bridge to access it. |The golf course is a stones throw with a great restaurant. Highly recommend
