Zafiro Palace Andratx

This was actually our second visit to this hotel, the first being in August when our flight home was cancelled and we were taken here. Without going into the saga, we didn’t expect any good to come of such an unfortunate situation however, the moment we arrived here we knew we’d found somewhere special.|So special, we returned for another holiday 6 weeks later.|Everything was as we’d remembered and we loved every minute. The hotel features several different pools and breathtaking views. We opted for a penthouse suite with plunge pool which was a lovely luxury at the end of the day. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need, a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage, a steamer for clothes, a beach bag… they’ve thought of everything.|We only ate breakfast and lunch in the hotel, preferring to visit nearby areas at night for dinner. All the food we ate was outstanding! |The only downside was that we had requested a late checkout. We were advised to check the day before, then the evening before, then early on the morning of…. To finally be told on the fourth request we couldn’t have it. We understood the hotel was busy and sometimes these things are not possible but feel it could have been handled differently. We felt like we were harassing reception by the end, when all we wanted was to know if this was possible or not.|Anyway, would still give 5 stars as hotel is beautiful as is the location! Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

An unforgettable stay –truly 5 stars in every way! I stayed at this beautiful resort for three nights with my daughter, and it exceeded all our expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff –every single employee we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. A flawless service –from check-in to check-out, we felt so well cared for. We especially loved the breakfast buffet –with an infinite variety of fresh and delicious goods. On the third evening we booked the OnBoat experience to watch the sunset and I can only say it was magical! I can’t recommend this resort enough –whether you are traveling as a couple, with family or solo, it’s a dream!

We write this on the our last night of our honeymoon, from start to finish this has been a fantastic experience in an amazing hotel.|The layout takes a day or so to get used to and is possibly not for those with mobility issues but the layout is worth the perseverance.|The food is excellent across the board , from breakfast at the market or veranda, the health truck, the snack bar or the buffet and Al a carte restaurants on an evening. Room service is prompt and offers a great selection of food and drinks. |What makes this hotel tick is the staff. Staff across all levels. Everyone is so happy and polite, from maintenance to cleaners, concierge, waiters, bar staff and hotel management. Staff at the Sylvan drinks truck work hard all day to keep everyone refreshed. |After delicious meals each night and great service, we head to the blue lounge bar and have been looked after each night by the wonderful Gonzalo Rinaldi. He gives great service, remembers what you like, where you like to sit and great suggestions from the menu, all with a smile and great humour.|We will be back to Zafiro Palace Andratx.

Girls trip Mums & Daughters. Fabulous hotel ticks every box. Location stunning. Well appointed rooms. Great pool areas no sun bed wars. Staff work extremely hard in the lovely sunshine. I am a returning guest & will continue while standards remain high

I've stayed at many 5-star hotels in Mallorca, but this one is by far the best. The service was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and the views were absolutely stunning. The food was exquisite, and the cocktails were beautifully crafted. We booked an all-inclusive package and had a room with a rooftop terrace overlooking the bay of Camp de Mar — truly breathtaking. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Well done, Zafiro!

I went with my son to have dinner at the buffet restaurant of this wonderful five-star hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. There was an impressive variety of food — it was an international night with dishes from different countries. The service was impeccable; the waiter came to our table several times to attend to us with great kindness. Dinner was originally scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m., but a waiter went to each table to let everyone know it would be extended by 15 more minutes, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and you can also see the sea from there. It was a very pleasant experience — I totally recommend it.

Lovely weeks stay at Zafiro Palace Andratx. Convenient 40 minute transfer from the airport. Quality 5 Star hotel which is about a mile from the coast. 3 Pools including an adults only pool with lifeguards. Swim up bar. Highlight was the excellent food and service, good size room with quality bed and shower and at this price point, good value! Would stay there again!

What a great experience. A luxury hotel with a child friendly atmosphere. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Breakfast can be a chaotic experience during peak times but the staff are incredible even during times of stress with difficult guests. Nothing is too much trouble and every request is met with a smile and a friendly chat. We will definitely stay again!
