"Learn about human greed, wrath, envy, and “evil spirits” as you take a two-hour guided tour of the thirty-some rooms and over 11,000 square feet of possessed objects, artwork, and displays like departed actress Sharon Tate’s eerily gorgeous wedding dress and a ghost trap from the Hollywood film Ghostbusters, which Bagans bought for a quarter of a million dollars."

I visited today and honestly, it wasn’t worth the hype. Just like many other reviews mentioned, the tour was rushed. We started about 30 minutes late and were constantly reminded to “move along & keep your feet moving,” which made it hard to actually absorb anything. Our group was way to large we had 13 people if this place really valued their customers feedback they would limit the group size and ensure their is adequate gaps in the tour time slots so groups aren't running into each other. Our group was to large we had to be split at the end because we were taking to long in rooms and they wanted us out of their ASAP. It was way too hot inside. The fog machines and strong incense made it hard to breathe, and with all the standing and walking over 2 in a half hours, I can see why people pass out. It was uncomfortable from start to finish. We also kept bumping into other tour groups, which ruined the flow. Some of them were loud as hell, making it even harder to focus or hear what the guide was saying. And don’t expect to take any memories with you phones have to be turned off completely, and no photos or videos are allowed. I expected the gift shop to have some cool stuff but that was a huge let down 😑 The poor pacing, uncomfortable conditions, and chaotic group overlaps really killed the vibe. Definitely not worth the money unless they overhaul how they run it.

I finally visited this place for my 30th birthday! My husband and I got the RIP package and had a great time and appreciated the extra spaces to visit as well as the souvenir t-shirt. The tour was the perfect length and every room was interesting and well thought-out. The way the creepy collection is displayed is amazing, there’s something to see everywhere you turn! Our particular tour guide was a bit on the dramatic/theatrical side, which was slightly distracting but the information given was insightful. The only thing I didn’t like was the room full of clowns that sometimes jump out at you. I thought it was a bit childish and unnecessary for a museum. Still, if you’re a fan of creepy things, intrigued by the paranormal and don’t scare easily, you’ll have a blast here! We still talk about it many months later.🖤

This is one of my wife's favorite shows. She got the tickets. It was not as bad as i thought it would be. There is a lot of stuff packed into the tour that is guided. You get to look at some of the stuff, but there is a lot to look at, so some things get missed. The staff is great. I didn't like some of the displays. Like I said, they have a lot of stuff. We did have the extra tour package where we got to visit more of the rooms and a T-shirt at the end of the tour. All in all if your into this it's great and if not there is still some things to learn and look at, but be warned it takes a little over 2 hrs to go through the tour so have on good shoes and eat before going. If you are feeling hungry before the tour. There are no pictures inside the tour. Only outside and the lobby before the tour starts. Have fun.

I am giving a 5 star review because the museum was very well put together and most of the staff were simply amazing. BEWARE if you plan on going and are sensitive to the paranormal. This experience will test you physically, emotionally and psychologically. I had paranormal encounters from the very beginning. It became almost too much after the Peggy experience as I developed a blood clot in my sinuses after. The clot dislodged into my throat, choking me while in the devil’s chair experience. I opted out of the demon house experience because the heavy oppression was weighing on me and I just had to leave. After exiting the gift shop doors I broke down and cried. I went to the museum yesterday, I’m back in Utah as I’m writing this and I’m still feeling the effects that the energy had on me. I absolutely love Zak and the museum was very well put together but, I cannot say with certainty that I’ll ever go back.

One of the best museums I have been to by far! Myself personally had chills throughout the entire tour some rooms more than others, I had quite a bit of jump scares as well, made it fun! There's so much to see and learn that the tour guides go into further depth. It is a must while in Las Vegas especially for those that are fans of ghost adventures, into the paranormal or just want a good scare.

Google
Place was nicely put together, tours were going often. Not too expensive. No idea how many spirits could possibly be there, but plenty of people say they have experiences. I did not. I’m just here to say that my tour guide Isaac was AMAZING. Good energy, loud, clear, and considerate of my grandpa’s slow pace. He took these photos. Thank you so much for the experience.

This tour was a great experience. We started with general admission and upgraded to the VIP passes it was well worth it for the VIP, you get to experience more rooms and knowledge about the items contained in the museum. We had a great group of people (12) however the rooms are fairly small. The only thing I didn't like was how crowded it felt ( groups of 6 might be better) and how quickly we flew through some of the rooms but that's because the museum was very busy and the staff did a great job projecting info and letting everybody who booked through. I like to read and assess everything so I wanted to go slower to do just that. Overall it was a good time we spent 3 hours learning and viewing items. I highly recommend this place as a stop while you visit. I do also recommend close towed shoes and a shower before you go big groups equals all quarters.

Google
This was my second visit here after over 5yrs and I loved the new additions to the tour like the Bobby Mackey area. The RIP upgrade was worth it. We were able to get behind the gated areas and so much closer to objects... if you felt brave! The RIP came with a very nice shirt, but it does shrink a tiny bit, so get the right size! This museum was well done. I'd imagine the BEST movie set designers had a hand in this. Also, the building looks small from the outside, but when you are inside, it seems to go on forever! How is that possible!?

Yelp
With over a decade of experience in the paranormal field, I knew what I was getting myself into when I visited here and couldn't contain my excitement. This place is definitely not for the faint of heart. You must come in strong minded and "positive thoughts", like Zak says in multiple videos within the tour. I prayed the St. Michael prayer multiple times when I was going through the building. The most active areas for me that I encountered were the basement and near Peggy the Doll. I had the RIP All Access and when we went to the basement, the spirit box down there is running 24/7. Me and another 2 members asked questions to the spirit box. I had asked something like, "What is your name?" and it replied with "Lucifer". This was corroborated by the other 2 members who were asking questions and heard it too. With Peggy, it was more personal. There was another spirit box next to Penny and the tour guide asked something like, "Can you name anyone who is in the room here now?" and it said "Scott". If you are a Ghost Adventures fan and know of Scott aka "Doctor" (what Zak and Scott called each other), you would understand they had a friendship. I have had the pleasure of meeting and investigating with Scott over the years and became acquainted with him. Well anyways, I was wearing a "PARA WHORE" shirt, which is a phrase coined by Scott aka "Doctor" and that I bought from him. Was it a coincidence that this happened? I am not sure but if Scott was there and communicating, that would be insane since technically the shirt can be considered a trigger object! Overall, it was a great experience and would love to eventually do the Flashlight tour portion of it and actually investigate!

Yelp
This review is LONG overdue as I have been here a handful of times. With Halloween being my absolute favorite holiday, and being I've seen just about every scary movie, scary documentary and it takes a VILLAGE to scare me, I was thoroughly impressed by this museum and there is SO many things that are chilling stuffed into this little mansion it may be impossible to see everything even if you worked there! It is a guided tour with the tour guides switching spots as you go along. It's well worth the tickets because there is SO much real scary things with a crazy story behind them to look at and I love how they give you a little time to check out everything in the room read the information on it etc. but don't take too long because it's very dark in there and you do not want to accidentally get left behind or lost from your group! There are some rooms that they actually will give you a heads up you do NOT have to go in this room if you are too scared because some people on the tour have been known to mysteriously pass out or get nauseous from fear. I decided to get my moneys worth and go check out any and every room. I will say picking up that energy that place is haunted as SHIT! There was only a couple rooms that gave me actual goosebumps because I mentioned before I'm hard to scare and that would be the serial killer room, and the Edward Gein room with his real cauldron that made me have an inexplainable nausea just being around it. That being said this place is NOT for the faint of heart. If you get scared easy don't even think about it but if you like to have a little scary fun I couldn't recognize it more it's WONDERFULLY done from detail to detail Zak Bagans really put his everything into making this place as epic as it is and he did absolutely wonderful and blew any other haunted museums I've been to out of the water! Tips? I have a couple protection crystals in my pocket juuuust in case on top of NOT touching anything once they open those doors and let you in and they mean it! (Hence the waiver and sign) there is also a little bowl in one of the rooms you can leave offerings so I make sure I leave a crystal just in case. I've seen people leave money, pictures, coins, random things so I do that to protect myself to not get followed home! I will absolutely return here yet again once spooky season starts it is THAT good! An absolute must see if you're a Halloween gal or guy!

Yelp
Cool Artifacts, But the Crowd & Guide Took Away the Scare Factor Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum was a fun experience overall, with lots of authentic and creepy artifacts on display. It's definitely packed with interesting items if you're into the paranormal. That said, it was way too crowded to feel anything intense or immersive. The energy was kind of lost in the shuffle. On top of that, our guide kept trying way too hard to be funny, which really took away from the spooky vibe we were hoping for. It felt more like a forced comedy tour than a haunted experience. The tour lasted about 2.5 hours, and they do offer a nighttime flashlight version that might be better if you want a quieter, creepier setting. At the end, they gave us a free t-shirt, which was a nice surprise. Good experience--but next time, I'd go at a less busy time and hope for a guide who lets the museum speak for itself. Oh and there's No photo taking inside the Museum.

Yelp
My nephews and I started watching Ghost Adventures years ago, so when my sister and I were in Vegas this week, this museum was a must. At first, we were going to just do the regular tour, but when they mentioned the extras, we thought 'why not?'. Very happy we sprang for the RIP experience. There is so much to see and they sure do not skimp on content or time. With the RIP tour, we spent over 2.5 hours there. There is a definite creepy factor in many of the rooms and some of what you see could be disturbing for some. They actually have everyone take an oath before entering the museum, because there is some pretty crazy stuff in there. One girl in our group covered her ears a few times, and a few decided not to enter some of the doll or devilish exhibits. We loved it. There is so much to see and some of the content is fascinating. There is one section dedicated to killers, which had Manson items, as well as artifacts from John Wayne Gacy and Ted Bundy. Seeing the Jack Kevorkian van was pretty neat, too. We felt it was well worth what we paid. Other tours, like Studio Tours in Los Angeles, are more costly and don't have nearly as much content or are as long and fascinating (sorry, had to use that word again) as this museum. Would definitely recommend if you watch his shows as some items were featured on them, like Peggy the doll; and if you are a fan of scary or creepy content, you'll enjoy it. No photos are allowed once you enter the museum. Sort of a bummer, because there are some really awesome items on display. Im guessing it's to keep the flow moving. We thoroughly enjoyed it and just wish my nephews could have been there to take the tour, too. p.s.One of the RIP perks is a T Shirt. I wore mine for the plane ride home today and the TSA agent asked what I thought of the tour. He's been four times!

Yelp
The point of this place is to make you feel unsettled, and at that they succeed brilliantly. The collection is huge, there must be something on the order of 5000 artifacts in here. You would probably need multiple trips to see them all if you were determined. I enjoyed the fact that we had a tour guide who guided our visit and kept us together. I don't know if I believe in this stuff or not, but I definitely needed a minute to get my composure after the tour was over. Plan on spending at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours here depending on how long you wanna look at the gift shop when you're done.

Yelp
Took the RIP Tour 6/23/2025 with so much eager and excitement, was DEFINITELY worth the wait and worth the experience for Ghost Adventure fans like myself! If you do take the tour, ask for Ashley, she was fantastic and definitely made the tour one to remember and won't be the last time I go!

Yelp
This was the most amazing, fun experience I have had, I am a big Ghost Adventures fan and this was everything I was expecting it to be. There were several clown statues outside the entrance that looked real and we thought they moved. For 2 hours, I enjoyed touring creepy rooms, with morbid and disturbing history, possessed and haunted artifacts that were real and were not replicas. There were a lot of people there for the tour and we knew it was going to be good. You can take pictures in the lobby/entrance only, but not in the museum. We purchased the regular admission tickets, the RIP tickets give you extra perks and tours in a dark basement where you can hear spirit voices. A woman in our group had her hair pulled while on the tour, she didn't stick around that long after that. The tour was put together very well, the tour guides were knowledgeable, I had asked if Zack Bagans was in the building that day, and they told us he is there almost daily, but missed him that day, bummer....we were hoping to meet him. Each room is very different, I could feel weird energy in some of the rooms like there was a spirit there, the Jack Kevorkian death van room had a dark energy, that room supposedly makes some women faint. There is a camera watching you in every room, they showed us video of some people that got sick on some of the tours due to the haunted and cursed objects. The demonic doll, Peggy, has caused a heart attack and nosebleeds, we were told not to look in her eyes. She spoke a few words through the spirit box, a few in our group with the RIP pass got up close to her face near the glass box she's incased in. The most haunted object in the world, the Dybbuk Box is here also behind glass. The devils rocking chair is hidden behind a door that flies open in a normal looking room. One of the last exhibits is the stairs and dirt from the real demon house in Indiana. There was another exhibit featuring several serial killers, Ted Bundy's bag and ski mask, bone fragments from Charles Manson, ashes and victim paintings from other bad people. Ed Gein and his cauldron are here. There are many more interesting items and a lot of rooms to go through. This museum isn't for the faint of heart, but everything was so thriling, my husband even enjoyed it very much and he's not into this kind of stuff. We will definitely come back and get the RIP tickets next time and go later in the evening.

Yelp
So, this wasn't a place I would typically go to, but the wife wanted to check it out. They don't allow pictures once inside the museum, so you will have to go and check it out yourself. There was allot of stuff to see inside, all kinds of artifacts of haunted things and serial killer artifacts. It was laid out well, and the guides were excellent. The place is much larger than I thought it was going to be. We didn't do the RIP, maybe next time. Even if you don't believe in this stuff, you probably won't want to provoke the negative energy. There were some super creepy haunted artifacts like the Dybbuk box and Kevorkian's Van. Ed Gain's Iron Cauldron, were especially creepy. Even if you don't believe in ghosts the history behind some of this stuff is just straight up creepy sad, horrifying. I almost got good scare in the clown room, where an evil clown popped out of the wall and brushed my back, however I thought it was my wife until I looked back, so instead I had a good laugh. In one of the rooms, actually a hallway in front of the basement, a lady in the group said she felt someone pulling her hair while the guide was talking. Like she got really creeped out, and then didn't want to go into some of the other rooms later. All in all it was a fun experience and I can recommend it, especially if you are into this kind of stuff. The only negative was the place was severely fragranced, a lot of artificial smoke too. They could tone that back a little. Also, there wasn't really any place to sit, so you will be standing in line then again for another couple hours inside. Just be aware.

Yelp
This was a really fun surprise for my husband. He took me here for our wedding anniversary. We signed up for the tour and my husband paid for the VIP experience . Our tour guides were great and everything in this exhibit was pretty cool . I'm not going to speak about authenticity of artifacts I don't know and I don't have any proof which way I'm from Los Angeles originally, so Sharon Tate and Charles Manson are not new to me, but I will say seeing her wedding dress in the same building of his ashes just made my heart sink. Authentic or not it did make me really sad. There are some rooms in there that are really hard to go into in stomach such as a torture rooms, but I think that's part of the draw to these kind of places The only thing I can say is if you're asthmatic like I am before warned that they use deep foggy machines in there and heavy essential oils that smell like mildew and mold or something I'm not sure I wasn't aware of how much air contaminants were in this building until I was in and had to keep stepping away because it was difficult to breathe so unfortunately for me this is a one and done thing because of my own personal health conditioning Still glad I got to see it

Yelp
This was recommend on trying when visiting Vegas. You can take the monorail to the Sahara Station but it's going to be a long walk so it's best to drive). Plenty of parking at the museum. There's no filming nor photography during the tour (however, security say if you let them know in advance...you might but not too sure) This museum is known to be haunted. A lot of people don't believe it since they can't see what they can't see. Tickets are either general or RIP and the tour ends in 2 hours. RIP is double the general admission but it includes additional perks: you get to explore more sections of the house (including the option to get close to the haunted items). There is a Ghost Tour (cost $204) where you explore the house alone in the dark and with nothing but a flashlight and device to hear spirits. First time and did the RIP. You go in a group and is given a tour guide and will switch at certain section. Tour guide is knowledgeable on explaining different items and will give warning about certain items. It's so worth it because you get to explore more sections of the haunted museum and interact with certain haunted items including (spoiler alert): narrow tunnel, Peggy the doll, haunted rocking chair and haunted box and so much more. At end of the tour, there's a gift shop. RIP gets a free t-shirt at end of tour. Overall, definitely trying out. If you are fan of horror or spooky things, do RIP. Next time would do the ghost tour

Yelp
Definitely a great place to visit, unfortunately tho during our tour it felt very rushed. The tour guides were informative and friendly. I didn't like the fact that the RIP tour is with regular tours but overall still enjoyed are visit.

Yelp
I am a lover of all things horror and spooky so I was sooo excited to check this out. It was advertised as a 3 hour tour with no breaks so I knew what i was getting into but I still wound up getting thirsty and there's only one room to sit in, but I digress. My bf and I were back and forth about getting the upgraded RIP pass but figured it was a little too expensive. We wound up being the only people in our group that didn't get it and there are specific rooms/experiences that only the RIP people could do so we did feel a bit left out. The tour was a bit a long, I'm curious if they could do a shortened tour and then the full tour for the RIP group. I felt like while they did highlight on a lot of the artifacts, there were still a ton we were just ushered past. Our tour guide seemed knowledgeable and was nice. Their scent pods weren't great though and they were so strong, even the tour guide commented on them. Overall, it was interesting and a good way to spend the afternoon.

Yelp
This was fun! If you have problems with small spaces , be prepared. They a/c in some areas was not working correctly. Our 1st tour guide acted bored , just like reading from a script. Our appointment time was 1:30-2:00. We were on time , still waited over an hour (outside) . They have about 12 people for each tour . Some areas are way too small for that many people. It is fun and interesting, they just need to not have so many people in a group , fix the a/c and maybe not have tours every hour if you can't stay on schedule. Also need time to read the info provided on the displays . Lots of really interesting, amazing and cool things . Brittany was our last guide and she was SO amazing !!

Yelp
This is my second visit to the museum (the first being many years ago) and I have mixed feelings about it this time. There is a lot of new and exciting content, and it's definitely a more interactive experience than it was before. I also sprang for the RIP tour this time, so we got a more in-depth tour with more rooms and opportunities to engage with the exhibits. While it's abundantly clear that Zack Bagans curated his museum carefully and put a lot of thought into the presentation and content of the exhibits, I do have some complaints. Overall, I still think it's a fun experience and worth the money, but I'd like to outline some things that I really feel like they should disclose. First of all, the heavy use of scents in some of the rooms. The tour guide said it wasn't incense, but many of the rooms were very heavily scented with various fragrances. While I understand adding to the immersion and ambience, some people are very sensitive to scents and should be warned before they choose to attend. A few people in our tour group had to leave partway through the tour because they were having allergic reactions to the fragrances, and I honestly felt so bad for them because it was clear they had no idea. Second of all-- the jump scares. This isn't a haunted house, it's a museum, and I don't feel like having scare actors added anything to the tour besides anxiety. I felt unfairly targeted by three (three!) unexpected jump scares that genuinely frightened me and definitely left me in a state of heightened anxiety that made it hard to enjoy the rest of my tour. I feel that they kept targeting me because I was obviously terrified, and I wish they had stopped with one scare I could've laughed off and gotten over. Regardless of how you feel about jump scares (and I know some people love them!), this information should be disclosed before the tour so people can make their own decisions. I probably would have gone anyway, but at least I would've been informed and anticipating it. Overall, I do recommend it, but I wish that the waiver or pre-tour announcements had been more informative about the experience. I enjoyed the exhibits and the care that the tour guides took to explain them, but I was shaken and distressed for half the tour once the jump scares started. It took away from my experience and I felt blindsided on what I thought would be an interesting and educational paranormal museum tour.

Yelp
The Haunted Museum totally exceeded my expectations! This place is massive and, at two hours long, the tours are comprehensive and informative. Zak's collection is huge and each room is elaborately themed. Our group had tons of fun and left feeling intrigued and a little spooked. Minus one star due to the fact we bought tickets for a 4 p.m. tour and weren't allowed entry until 5 p.m., but after seeing how they stagger the groups, I do understand why.

Yelp
Did the RIP tour and it was so much fun. I think our guide was named Emily? I might be wrong but she was amazing very kind and interactive. There's so much to see and experience our tour took about 2.5 hours so wear comfy shoes. The scents are used heavily in this museum so be aware I suffer from migraines and it was a bit much for me as I'm sensitive to certain scents. Overall I really enjoyed the experience it was very spooky especially the basement that RIP tour members get to go in. We got our tshirts at the end as a nice little souvenir for the tour. If you're a fan of ghost adventures or anything spooky you'll enjoy this experience.

Yelp
Zak Bagans The Haunted Museum, I can finally check this off my bucket list. We did the VIP tour so it gets you through a few more rooms. This has been somewhere I've been wanting to visit for years since it opened up I've been watching ghost adventures since October 17, 2008 when they came out. This museum has so many haunted objects and artifacts, things from serial killers and more to see. I don't know if anybody else felt anything, but I sure did walking through certain rooms and places my name was even called in the basement, which was a little frightening. All the haunted items gave me some sort of feeling I felt nauseous and dizzy the entire time. I definitely felt presence within certain rooms that made me feel very uneasy, but not in a bad way, in a way where I could definitely just feel something. I might be a little sensitive when it comes to these things because I've been haunted since I was a little girl. I've experienced so many supernatural things so I've always been very fascinated by the supernatural and how serial killers can do what they do and hurt people. It's just mind boggling. I highly recommend coming here if you are interested in these type of things or just curious. Certain rooms and different objects that really made me feel something. I could feel some sort of evil spirits and presence around definitely in the lower areas of the tour. Ashley was our first tour guide, she was awesome. All the tour guides were amazing and explained everything, they had TVs with Zak explaining the object and things that happened. Each room was very unique and certain rooms made me feel very weird. In the presence of the demon chair, I definitely felt drawn to it like it wanted me to touch it same with the Dybbuk Box. Even though it was protected and safe within a glass box and another glass box with protection writing, I still felt like I was drawn to it. It felt like it wanted me to touch it or like it certain items were watching me. I've had a lot of scary experiences as a kid and growing up seeing supernatural things and things that's happened to myself and my family. So it's something I'm drawn to and fascinated by. Always been interested wanting to understanding the supernatural. Coming here was the most amazing experience for me. You can't take any pictures inside, so I only got the pictures on the outside. Even if you're not into the supernatural, this place is very intriguing to walk through and see all the different artifacts and things that's happened around the world with serial killers or our history of supernatural things that's happened. At one point I haven't felt like I was gonna fall over my legs were giving out from pain, but I made it through. It's a very long tour, but so worth it! I really wanna come back here again. Ghost adventures is my all-time favorite show. I watch it every night religiously I know that sounds ridiculous but I love this show, sometime's I also can't find anything I haven't seen. If you've never seen Ghost Adventures. I highly recommend you check it out on the travel channel, I've watched every single episode more than once. Zak thank you for opening up this incredible museum for us all to visit and see. I wish you and your crew were there so I can thank you and tell you how much I appreciate your show and this amazing museum. Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley, you guys are awesome and my absolute favorite show ever. I really enjoyed my tour. Thank you so very much and your team is amazing. Have the most beautiful supernatural day, share kindness to everyone :) Had to edit sorry lol Aloha

Yelp
Alison was our tour guide and for her working there for only 3 months, I must say she did a wonderful job! You can tell how comfortable and compassionate she is with her job - which I highly respect especially working at an environment like this. The tour started later than planned (more than 40 minutes) because we were waiting for 3 other guests to come but only 1 guest arrived and because it was the last showing of the night - the other guest wouldn't be able to join the next group. The experience was pretty cool. I love all the background stories of the show cases they got on display. None of the other guests nor myself felt anything or experienced anything out of the ordinary - I guess we got very lucky! They need to chill on the smoke machine - that thing was over whelming with smell and heavy on the lungs - which caused both me and my friend to feel light headed in the hallways. I wished Zak Bagans was there on July 4; that would've been an amazing opportunity to meet the founder of this museum. Would've been an honor listening to him live in person narrating everything.

Yelp
This place is weird and creepy and fun. You need to come with an open mind to explore and experience this museum of haunted oddities and historic artifacts. Your guide takes you through various rooms of interesting and unique items and tells you fantastic stories. This is a good 2 hour experience. I want to come back and do the VIP tour next time as there were some items they hold back from the regular tour. Awesome experience.

Yelp
This was my second time visiting the museum. My last time visiting was six years ago and it felt like an entirely new experience. This time there were so many new exhibits and artifacts. I sprang for the RIP tour and it was well worth the extra money. I cannot say enough good things about this museum. It is filled with not only oddities but history, even if you aren't into the paranormal you will enjoy this museum.

Yelp
Wow went to the the haunted museum today and I'm speechless. I mean... there's some really really scary, creepy stuff in there. Is not just a fascinating and scary place but it's also a feeling. Being in there you feel things. There are many great exhibits and rooms, he really did a great job collecting historical artifacts and putting it all together. Warning... this is not for the faint of heart... just going to leave it there. Do I recommend it?... yes , but be prepared, it will send chills down your spine. There's not photos or video allowed pass the lobby (which I showed) so you'll have to go and experience it in person. The museum is located in DTLV, has plenty of parking, and the staff was magnificent!

Yelp
If you're into the creepy/occult and all things horror, and if you're a believer in ghosts, superstitions, and mysteries, you're going to love this place. My husband is a skeptic (seemingly the only skeptic in our tour group), but he was still entertained. I'm not sure if I believe in ghosts, but I definitely don't NOT believe in them. I felt so spooked during this tour and I had to sleep with the lights on in my hotel for two nights afterwards lol, so it got me good! The house has a dark history as it was used for rituals in the past. And it's filled to the brim with artifacts with scary or grim associations. Some of the coolest rooms were the room with Dr. Kevorkian's death van, the room with Peggy the Doll (the sound of the EVP machine in the room was SO SPOOKY), and the Dybbuk box room (from all the hype about it being the most cursed object). I think the general admission was a really good value because the tour is over 2 hours long. There was so much to see in the museum and I was impressed. We were the only two in our tour group of 13 who didn't opt to upgrade to the RIP tour, but we personally didn't feel we missed out on too much by not upgrading. There are a few more rooms you get to go into with the RIP tour pass (e.g. the basement where rituals took place) and a couple of things you get to get a closer look at (e.g. the rocking chair), but all in all the RIP tour group were exploring on their own for only like a minute each time and maybe 5 minutes in the basement. So don't think you won't be able to enjoy yourself without the upgrade! I don't think I've ever been to anything quite like Zac Bagans Haunted Museum. I've been to the Museum of Death in LA, the Queen Mary, and the Whaley House, and this definitely has the biggest collection and most thorough tour. Very glad I decided to spend an evening in Vegas here, because it was an unforgettably unique experience.

Yelp
I'm a non-believer, but I love everything spooky and eerie, so I was excited to check out this haunted museum tour. It ended up being one of the longer tours I've ever been on at just over 2 hours. The extended time was likely due to the crowded night from the October rush. We had to wait around in several rooms while the group ahead of us finished. What was great about this place was that it was like stepping into a massive curio cabinet filled with oddities, all of which were gifted, purchased, or collected by Zak. The spooky vibes were definitely on point, with everything from possessions to serial killers covered. And the house? So much larger and more maze-like than its unassuming exterior led me to believe. Now, onto a few things they could improve: * More seating, please! There was only ONE room with chairs at the beginning talking about possessions, but for the rest of the tour, we were standing and walking for over two hours. For anyone in the group with knee or back issues, this was rough and extremely painful. * Get better scent pods! They've got "signature" scents for each section of the museum to help enhance the experience, but honestly, the whole place just smelled like a giant funeral home (which I guess works in that sense). Those "popcorn" and "cigar" scents? Not even close. The scent pods were so strong they stuck in my nose for the rest of the night. My dinner that evening with parsley just smelled like the museum. * Tour guide consistency was lacking. Different guides handled various parts of the tour, which disrupted the flow and made it feel less personable. I'd prefer a more seamless experience with one guide throughout. * They offered an "RIP" VIP experience, which we didn't opt for, but most of our group did. It wasn't an extended tour, just a few extra rooms to explore while the rest of us peasants stood around the same room waiting for them. It felt like an elitist class separation moment. Why not extend their experience later and keep the rest of us moving? I know I'd be disappointed if I'd paid extra for how they handled that. * Lastly, while there were plenty of oddities, a lot of it felt like random antiques with no real backstory or significance. It would've been nice to have more context instead of just filling corners with "creepy" objects. It was an overall fun experience, but the spookiest part of the evening was the back and leg pain I felt leaving the place. It's worth a visit, but be ready for a long walk and some overpowering scents.

Yelp
Ok! So let me start by saying I am not a fan of horror. I feel I would be remiss to the readers if I left that part out. So please by all means if you are indeed a huge horror fan take this review with a grain of salt. I want to be provide a fair review and limit my personal bias. So here it is: The Positive- It was clear to me that there was a lot of time and resources but into the design of this home and some rooms of the home were very high end. There was a lot of information, not sure how much was actually real but hey that for you to decide for yourself. The Negative- The biggest thing for me was that our tour started late. I mean very late, like 2 hours. This was a major problem for our trip as some of our group had other things planned. Some people lost money as a result. As you can imagine this put a damper on things from the beginning. Not great! I think you guys should really find a better way to manage the timing of groups. It's not fair to paying customers and can be a major problem in a city like Vegas. Also, I was not expecting the tour to be so extremely guided the way it was. I just wasn't a fan of the formatting, again a personal thing on my part. This is a LONG tour, in fact some of our party ended up having to leave the tour about half way through just because of the unexpected length of the tour, and not to beat a dead horse, but when you start multiple hours later than planned, yea you get it! All and all, I honestly would not recommend this experience to anyone I love and care about. I know it is highly liked in some circles, and I say great more power to them. It's just a "no" for me. I'm good love, enjoy!

Yelp
My friends and I LOVED the museum!!! It is worth every penny. It's a long tour too. About 2-2.5 hours. So many amazing things to see and hear about. The tour guides were fantastic!

Yelp
Zak, you are a marketing genius. The Haunted Museum is a vibe. I've been watching Ghost Adventures since 2010, so this museum was super enjoyable for me and my group. The dim lighting throughout threw me off. Take note if you are unable to see very well in low lighting. The museum is a thoughtfully designed experience. Your tour guide moves you from room to room. Some exhibits have a video introduction, some do not. We ultimately decided on GA access and I felt like it was worth the money. The full tour took about 2.5 hours or so. They move you through quite fast so you're unable to read all the memorabilia captions and stuff. There are some creepy items throughout. They have a crystal chair at the end of the tour that you can sit in to cleanse you of bad energies or attachments. I will say as much as I enjoyed the museum, I was l a bit disappointed in the quality of items for sale at the gift shop. For the money, I would've liked to see higher quality merch (I.e. shirts that used higher quality & soft fabrics) or at least merch with better designs.

Yelp
What an experience! So many amazing pieces of literal history in one place. The room designs were gorgeous! I wish I had more time to gawk at every haunted artifact. Highly recommend the RIP package. Scariest part of the tour was the funhouse (I detest clowns) but it was made better by (SURPRISE) seeing John Shaw perform an especially creepy trick! Will definitely be back for the flashlight tour!

Yelp
If you have 3 hours to spare, I'd say take the tour! I won't go into detail but the museum has so many cool and spooky items in there! You can stream the show "The Haunted Museum" on MAX and it will tell you in detail the story behind many of the items that are featured in the museum. I highly recommend watching before or after your visit. It's quite interesting! At the end of the tour there is a crystal chair you can sit on to cleanse any negative energies that may have attached to you to ensure you don't bring any spirits home with you! ;)

Yelp
First time ever doing anything like this and I can say it was a thrill from the beginning to end this spot leaves you terrified and thinking of all the scary things that happen. I'm a big time scary movie fan from slashers to possessions I enjoy them all and I can say I was a little scared in here especially when my phone turned on by itself in one of the rooms that really creeped me out also feeling a push on my shoulder while in the room with the devils rocking chair. I think next time I will be doing the RIP just to see what I missed 10/10 if you're into this kinda stuff.

Yelp
Experience overall was good. It was neat learning about the artifacts and the history behind them. It was not scary at all AND I am prone to paranormal activity.

Yelp
This haunted museum is AMAZING! This tour is worth every penny! We upgraded our package to All Access pass so we got an even longer Haunted tour and received a Zak Bangan's T-shirt. All the haunted rooms were very detailed and our tour guide KJ was so friendly and informative on everything we were viewing. So glad my family and I checked this off our list of "must dos" in Vegas this year.

Yelp
This museum is spooky, well scripted, and executed superbly. I was happy with the theatrics and wide range of different storylines. Yes, it can feel a bit jumpy when it comes to theme and even heavily marketed but hey.. I'm not one to knock an entrepreneur especially when it comes to the spiritual & paranormal realm. Kudos to Zak for hitting a haunted nitch. I was thoroughly creeped out and needed a good smudging before and after my visit for my mental health ;) There were many rooms that hit the mark. The Dybbuk Box and Demon House exhibits definitely instilled some fear in me but the one room that really sealed the deal happened pretty early on in the tour and that was The Basement. If your not into this type of thrill or if you're a huge debunking skeptic, then this might not be up your alley. There are plenty of other shows on The Strip you can go to. However, if you like a good scare and enjoy basking in its elements.. well, my friend. Cough up the dough for the VIP package and have a blast!

Yelp
If it's obscure, haunted, creepy or weird, well then it's definitely on my list for places to visit. The Haunted museum is definitely one of those places. I highly suggest obtaining tickets online with a timed entry as they do sell out. If you are not able to get tickets they do have a stand by option but the wait could be very long. They do have different ticket packages, the RIP tour allows you access to more rooms (some include a hidden tunnel), as well as merch included. Now if you don't get the RIP tour and get the basic tickets it's still worth it as this tour is about 2 hours long with of course exiting through the gift shop. No pictures or videos allowed inside. I will say this is not for the faint of heart or children whatsoever! You will be exposed to demonic possessed objects, serial killer graphic photos, dark rooms and it will leave you feeling unsettled. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute here thanks to our wonderful tour guides. Now time to sage!!

Yelp
When looking for daytime fillers for things to do in Vegas this should be at the top of your list. The guided group tour takes you thru a variety of rooms filled with spooky paranormal artifacts and treasures. There are a lot of haunted items that one would recognize if they are familiar with his show. We opted for the VIP tour which came with a few extra rooms to explore, a lantern and a shirt. The upgrade was not necessary, in my opinion, but a fun add on. If you are not a VIP, they have you wait outside those extra rooms. I didn't see any ghosts. Which I was very disappointed in. I did have fun. The tour guides give a pretty history lesson. No pictures allowed once inside the rooms.

Yelp
I hadn't thought much about visiting this place until a girl who does my hair absolutely raved about it one day. My husband is a complete skeptic, but to quote one of my favorite fictional characters, "I WANT TO BELIEVE". So long story short, I booked us to RIP tours and away we went. First off. I was shocked to hear that the tour was upward of 2.5 hours. I thought the guide was effing with me. It really is around that long but if you're into it, it goes fast. I went into every exhibit with an open mind. I was surprised by a few, to be honest. As a strong proponent to euthanasia, I really enjoyed the Kevorkian items. Also, I live very close to where James Dean had his fatal accident so the piece of his car engine and accompanying stories gave me the shivers. When we walked by the spirit box in the basement it clearly said the word "Heff" twice. My husband's name is Jeff. The young guys that were with us also thought they heard one of their names. I don't like jump scares so I was not impressed with the clowns. The Dybbuk box gave me the creeps. So did the haunted rocking chair (my back hurt in that room - probably from all the walking - but it's the first time I noticed it). We left the tour with a lot of questions and curiosity. Could something like the haunted museum actually make my skeptical scientist husband rethink a few things? Doubtful, but even he admits he had a great time and that it was well worth the money. For me it was a 10/10.

Yelp
Got cussed at in Spanish because I said "no thank you" to volunteering and giving out my name for one of the acts that they had in the museum. Pretty sure he called me a bitch. I have every right to say no. All he had to do was move on but he didn't so instead of saying "no thank you" once, I had to say it three times. He also made a comment on how my parents must have hated me. That's cool. They pump scents into the rooms in the museum and it got progressively worse. It really bothered my sinuses so that was not enjoyable. Not my type of attraction.

Yelp
So I was in Vegas for ISC West and had some down time after it ended on Friday- I bought the tickets in advance and went with the RIP All Access- hubby and I were the only two for this extra bonus tour. 1- as a sensitive this place is loud and busy for the brain and senses 2- if you can overcome the oddities of stuff, and the stories behind them-- I mean there is A LOT of stuff, you will be fine. 3. no fun house jumping out at ya, just objects with a lot of connections I went into the basement where they have a voice box. that you can talk to and hear thing- very loud and not sure who D David is, but he wanted to talk lol It was in my opinion worth every penny, yes they have a shop to buy stuff and we did- I am a huge fan of Zac's show and have been to a few of the places the show has been too, so it was a great experience. I think if you go expecting to have something happen, you are missing the whole purpose of the experience. Just go, have fun, read, listen and experience a different kind of museum.

Yelp
The tour guides are amazing! This is not just a tour, it's an experience. I love that they gave audience the choice in certain rooms, it really allows you to test your own fears by deciding what to take on and what to avoid. i.e CLOWNS! Thanks for that one! But I am so glad I did it. We upgraded to RIP tour and it was worth it. Heard some words coming from the spirit box that went along with a conversation we were having with the couple in front of us! Too funny. If you are considering the RIP, just do it.

Yelp
The amount of things you get to see and the service/friendliness received from the staff are worth the price of admission. The tour itself is not for scaredy cats. I don't consider myself a scaredy cat generally. But I'm good with slasher films and serial killers as opposed to exorcisms and demonic possessions. Side note: if you are afraid of clowns, there's a whole room full of them and it's a very tight path to walk through. With that said, they do let you step out of any room (or not enter a room at all) if you don't feel comfortable.

Yelp
We loved our tour. The guides were funny and informative. The museum was very creepy, just as promised. The exhibits were easy to see and you could spend more time on the RIP tour which I highly recommend.

Yelp
The museum was lots of fun! We had a tour at 1:30 and finished up around 4:00. The tour was informative and it was nice having videos narrated by Zak in each room that tells you a bit more about the artifacts. Do be prepared to be on your feet for about 2 1/2 hours. Our tour guide was awesome and all the staff members were kind as well. We ended up upgrading to the RIP tickets and I would say it was worth it, especially since we're visiting from out of state and probably won't visit again for a while. Definitely recommend as a stop if you're in Vegas!

Yelp
Not for the faint of heart. Let me start with, it takes a LOT to scare me, and I'm very skeptical. I'm always pushing boundaries to see if something will finally scare me. Mission accomplished. I've followed GA for years and been to many of their locations. I've even stayed over night in a hotel they investigated and slept in the tub that a former brothel worker took her life in. I was so shocked by some of the things they had in this place. Regardless of if you believe in any of this, it is still incredibly intriguing. We did the RIP pass and I think it was worth the upgrade. Also our tour guide Alexa was fantastic. She had such a fun personality and really fit the part. Also was great at filling us in on the cool history behind things. Probably one of my favorite things in Vegas I've done so far!

Yelp
The coolest place in Vegas. I went with my best friend twice now and have had the craziest experiences. the staff is absolutely amazing too! Our guide Andrea was so cool and really gave us such a great experience. Victoria was also so sweet and helpful. even the security is incredible. Especially James who was so sweet at check in and got us hyped for our tour. As well as the other security guy JQ who was so helpful and nice!!!! couldn't of asked for a better place to visit on our first (and second) trip to Vegas together and we will be back every time.

Yelp
I was in very excited to go to Zack Biggins, the haunted mansion. I'm all about things creepy, and scary ghost and ghouls. We got the rest in peace tour, which was more expensive than the regular one for a few extra experiences inside you can't take any pictures or do any videos, I don't understand that's the rules. It's very crowded in there. Lots of stuff to look at , I felt it was pretty rushed, so it was kind of hard to look at everything and take it in It's a little cluttered. I didn't have any personal experiences. some of the stories were pretty interesting. I felt like if it was more exaggerated for the experience, our host was pretty friendly . Honestly, I didn't think it was worth the price that it was, but it was fun to go while I was in Vegas, but I would not do it again.

Yelp
Phenomenal experience! Tour guides are extremely kind and informed. Upgrading to RIP is not worth it in my opinion, but if you want a few extra rooms it's about $30 extra. Perfect for tourists or a non traditional date night!

Yelp
My family and I have been to the Zak Bagans Haunted Museum several times in the last 4 years. The museum experience does NOT disappoint. Each time we went there was something new. Our last visit was at the end of May 2024. We purchased tickets early that morning for the first tour of the day. When we arrived there was plenty of free parking and no line. Our tour guide was awesome as always making our experience one to remember. A few of our favorite things are visiting Peggy the doll, who sometimes speaks through the spirit box. The dybbuk box room and the basement.

Yelp
This was truly such a fun experience. Of course, you have got to have an interest in the spooky, strange, unexplainable and of course all things haunted! Beware, you must be ready to walk, stand, look, and try not to touch! The tour takes a couple hours to complete. Our tour guides were awesome, really taking the time to explain the sites and make sure no one gets left behind. I totally recommend. You might as well get the R.I.P. access too, you are already there!

Yelp
The place in Vegas to go if you like everything spooky & macabre. This was my third time visiting and this time I brought my partner along with me, we got the RIP tour pass and in my opinion it was very well worth it for the extra $30. We got 7 extra rooms (it's a great time to go because all of the construction is done!!) and a free t-shirt at the end. We haven't watched the show, but even without the context of the show it's really fun, I wouldn't say you need to watch it to enjoy. You could honestly spend hours looking at everything, but it's all condensed into a nice 3 hour tour. Our tour guide Ashley was the cutest, and great at answering all our questions and keeping an upbeat energy to the group! And if you're lucky you might have your own experience with the ghosts, my previous experiences I definitely did...

Yelp
This place is super fun! The exhibits are really well done and the collection is eclectic and interesting. It's well worth it. My only complaint is that there is a weird, kind of gross scent pumped throughout that at times was so strong it was uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to heavy perfume or fog machines it would be bothersome.
