The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is also very fr and can speak in English well. We book 4 rooms only one night advance and when we arrive there, they got no room left for the type we book so they even upgraded 2 rooms free. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was good but small. As we were here for meetings, I needed a place to work in the evening. There was no chair or desk in the room so the only option was to sit on the bed. There was also no common area that was open to use between 8pm and 7am. I got up early and had to sit outside and work so as not to wake my spouse. So it depends what you need. A place to sleep? Great. But no place to sit and work.

Negative review for the air quality. I'm normally not sensitive, but I woke up with a horrible headache and inflamed sinuses after running the AC at night. I think there must be mold in the AC. Horrible experience, feeling really sick. Aside from this, the place is fine. Rooms are much smaller than they look in the photos (the pics are a bit misleading). But all fine, and very nice staff. But wow, never slept anywhere that left me feeling so unwell.

Staff are friendly, the cafe is not bad and not expensive. Restaurant doesn't have a great variety of dishes, but at least is satisfying.Rooms are basic and very small. The bed is extremely hard, very isolated so if you want to sleep quietly is great. A little far from restaurants(besides the Big C and other cafe's around) I do not recommend using their taxi service because is very pricey(200TBH). One thing we notice about the rooms is that they have a muggy smell, but at least the rooms are clean.

The one night stay is a real good deal, we booked for one night and stayed for two. The apartment homestay is really big, comfortable and convenient for family of five. ||||There is a café in the reception lobby, no Thai breakfast available though, only international, which could be a plus for others. ||||The place is safe with the security system in place. The area is properly maintained and very clean! ||||The area is supposed to be in front of the city centre in the map. However, there is a city highway in between which requires to several kilometers going the other way before U-turn to the city centre. It is, however, very close to a familiar local mall, so very easy to get back and forth local tourists area. ||||We would have considered to stay longer for weeks if we didn't have other destinations to explore.

A 20 minutes Grab ride from old city. Conveniently located near the bus terminal that connects Chiang Mai to Bangkok, if you have an early bus, or arrive late. The place is OK, clean enough. Location or view from the room is nothing to mention, basically just a small place to spend the night. Breakfast was ok. All in all I would recommend, but just as a practical location near the bus terminal.

This was nice place. The room we paid for is nice and comfortable, the A/C works fine, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the odd one does not speak English but that was fine we managed fine. We were close to a super market, a huge shopping mall and a little bit out of the city, however we were a little too far out. For what we wanted to do we worked out we could save money on getting transfers and tours if we just moved closer to the centre of the city. I enjoyed my stay here, thank you ZAK residence.
