A Truly Unforgettable Experience! We had an amazing stay at this hotel — everything exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking view, the delicious food (especially seafood, fish), and most of all, the exceptional hospitality made it a perfect getaway. A special thanks to the three wonderful Mehmets on the team — each one of them went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm smiles truly made a difference in our experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you for everything!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. During my stay, I asked for better service regarding a simple request, and instead of being helpful, the manager was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a condescending tone and treated as if my request was unreasonable, even though I was polite throughout. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of basic courtesy. Hospitality should start with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent customer service.

Rooms are dirty. General areas unmaintained, broken stuff are in guest areas, 8 out of 10 things in menu are not available. Very bad breakfast, for this price range to offer 1 fried egg per person is less than poor offering, no other warm meal for breakfast service is offered other than cold served french fries! Filling the table with tasteless jams does not make it a good setup. Ordered tenderloin was dry, they changed it and the second was nicely done but when i gave my feedback to the manager at check out she insisted that the meet wasnt dry! However the second was good which proves the first was dry. Would never ever go again and wouldnt recommend to anyone. There are much better places next door.

Honestly, this place just isn’t worth the money. The rooms are subpar, poorly maintained, and missing basics like soap or working AC. When you ask for anything, it takes forever or just never happens. The food is crazy expensive for what you get, and there’s no entertainment or anything to do onsite. The service team struggles to communicate (very limited English), and it’s obvious the management doesn’t support them or care about the guest experience. Electrical issues were constant during our stay, and when we tried to politely bring things up, the manager was rude and completely unhelpful. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices and get such low-quality service. Also, to the hotel: stop pasting the same response to every bad review. Own up and do better. Added as response to the hotel: And now you’re shamelessly accusing us of lying. Unbelievable. Whether you believe us or not doesn’t matter. We’re speaking up to warn others and help them avoid staying at your awful hotel.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Price We paid $240 for one night and it was an absolute rip-off. The AC wasn’t working, the drainage was clogged, and overall the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. When we politely informed the manager about the issues, instead of helping, she was rude and dismissive, telling us, “If you don’t want to stay, you can leave.” That’s not how guests should be treated—especially at this price point. The attitude, lack of basic functioning amenities, and outrageous price make this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

The worst hotel I stayed! I booked this hotel thinking it will be an amazing experience but it wasn’t . First of all to access the hotel was quite an adventure ! Then when I reacted the room I quickly noticed that I paid way too much for what it is. Ac is not working properly, when I took a shower , the water was not flowing properly , no amenities which is kind of basic when you pay a certain price … Some insects are coming inside as you can see that the isolation of the room is not well done . But the worst ! The lady at the reception. As soon as I told her I was really unhappy with the hotel compare to the price I paid, she told me “if you are not happy you can leave !” The worst manager ever ! I think she should learn how to treat customers. Then she came to check the problem but made fun of me and said that I’m lying . I uploaded the photo and video to prove it 😒 And on top of that there is not phone In the room. If you need anything you have to go all the way to the reception… then the lady told us : of but I gave you my number ! Nooo my dear you didn’t ! I stayed in countless hotels due to my work as I’m flying right and left all the time but this experience was really horrible !!! Stay away from this hotel !don’t be fool by watching the view of that place cause this is the only good thing.

Stunning Views, But Completely Ruined by Poor Management. We stayed here as part of a 23-day trip across four countries, staying in several hotels — unfortunately, this was by far our worst experience. While the view from the hotel is undeniably beautiful, the management, particularly Sabriye Hanım, completely overshadowed it. My wife reached out to her in advance via WhatsApp to arrange a small birthday surprise — just a simple dessert and message like other hotels graciously provided. Instead, we were sent a $130 sunset dinner setup not including food. When we clarified that we only wanted a small gesture, we received no response at all. Upon arrival, rather than welcoming us, her first comment was questioning whether we booked for two or three guests. A close friend had surprised us in Turkey and joined us at check-in. We were immediately told we needed to pay $75 extra for the additional guest. We agreed, but their card machine wasn’t working. The issues didn’t stop there: • Wi-Fi never worked, and despite asking Sabriye Hanım multiple times, she ignored us. We had to ask a bartender for help, but it was never resolved. • Room issues included non-working lights, which required us to be issued a new key, and a bathroom full of ants and bugs, which we didn’t even complain about. • The hotel is poorly maintained considering we paid $320 per night — expensive by Turkish standards. • Communication was extremely difficult, as almost no one spoke English, and we had to rely on Google Translate constantly. • The food was terrible. My husband ordered a burger, and the meat was inedible. Breakfast on checkout day was disappointing: a few pieces of cheese, three scrambled eggs, some tea, and jam. When we asked for one Turkish coffee and extra eggs, we were told it would be an additional charge and that this was their “standard breakfast.” Finally, during checkout, Sabriye Hanım again pressed us for the extra guest payment — even though we had asked multiple times for an extra bed and never received a response. Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. She is running this beautiful place into the ground. Unless there’s a major change in management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the manager was incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and clearly had no interest in customer service. When I politely asked about basic amenities, he rolled his eyes and responded with, “You get what you paid for.” Well, apparently, what we paid for was nothing. No Wi-Fi, no air conditioning, no toiletries, no functioning TV, and not even a bottle of water in the room. The room itself felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks — dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a bathroom that smelled like sewage. There is literally no service or hospitality at this place. When I asked for extra towels, the manager barked, “Use what you have,” and walked away. I would’ve left immediately if it weren’t already so late and we weren’t so tired from traveling. Do yourself a favor — stay anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to. This place is a nightmare and should not even be allowed to call itself a hotel. Total waste of money.
