The location of this hotel is very central and you can walk everywhere. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we didn't use it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did a walking tour with Ibrahim and it was very good, I would recommend it. Hotel was good value. There were a few options for breakfast and there was plenty food. There are about 30 steps up to the property which can be awkward with suitcases. The fan in the bathroom is extremely loud. On the second night someone on the room next to us kept turning theirs on and off and on and off every few seconds (would be on about 30 seconds and then off for 30 seconds and then on again) which was extremely annoying. The hotel in general is very noisy at night and also early in the morning, people talking and laughing in the corridors, children crying, and of course the fan in other rooms.

We had a last minute change of plans and ended up back in Amman earlier than we had planned. We booked 2 nights at Zaman ya Zaman and we are happy we did! The only problem the entire time was the hot water was not turned on when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious with good options, the room was quiet and comfortable, one it is well located—we ate breakfast and looked out at the Roman amphitheater, then took a 20 minute walk to the citadel. It was just a few minutes to everywhere!

We stayed at the hotel twice during our last trip to the country and we had a good experience. The hosts were very kind and helpful and we felt at home. The location was great and our rooms were fine. The hosts were flexible and friendly and they made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again at our next visit.

Amazing Experience at Zaman Ya Zaman! I had an incredible stay at Zaman Ya Zaman! The staff—Amer, Khalid, Mary, and Hamam—were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, supportive, and respectful, making me feel so welcome throughout my visit. Their wonderful vibes and warm smiles truly enhanced my experience. We faced a problem with the heater and once we were informed they fixed it immediately The location of the hotel is perfect—everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether you’re exploring or simply relaxing, this place is ideal. I can’t recommend Zaman Ya Zaman enough and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights before flying out of Amman. Lovely and very helpful staff, great breakfast served on the roof terrace but the best bit was the location which is opposite the amphitheatre and close to everything in downtown Amman. Fairly basic rooms which can be a bit noisy due to the location, but very good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

If/when I visit Amman again, that's definitely the place I'd stay again. Rooms are pretty good but what makes this hotel special is the people like Khaled, Maen, Marry and the housekeeping girls. Always ready to ask you any question, help you and make your day. Great professionals but also people. Choose this hotel and won't regret

Our rooms did not have windows, apart from one overlooking the corridor. This was because the buildings here are constructed next to each other, and our hotel is located within an adopted building. We didn't care about it because we returned late, just to sleep. My daughter found a cockroach under the bed, so the staff moved her to another room. They said that insects are descending from the Citadel Hill, where there are lots of shrubs. The hotel's best feature is the restaurant terrace with its incredible view of the Roman theatre on the other side of the street. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this perfectly located B&B for sightseeing tourists, but it's not ideal for those who want to spend their time in a hotel spa.

This hotel is very central and opposite the large Roman amphitheatre. It is on a very busy street and parking and driving was not easy, but we found a spot across the road and there is a car park fairly near. Due to the central location it is possible to walk to the citadel, Rainbow street and souks easily. Lots of taxis around to get to other places. The room was basic but clean. The breakfast was traditional and nice, with plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good budget hotel if you’re looking for a central location with no frills.
