I really enjoyed our stay here! Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, as well as shopping. Our room had a cute little terrace that overlooked a market street. we were worried that it would be noisy in the morning, but it was actually very peaceful, even for a weekend! Staff was very nice, and the entire hotel was spread out. We hardly saw anyone else there. They also offered parking that had 24/7 security, which was really nice. My favorite part was the BIG WIDE french doors that opened to the tiny little gated terrace. The room itself is pretty nice! The bathroom door in our room was behind the main door, and was small - just like the rest of the bathroom. However, it had everything that was needed. It just was small and no frills. Would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed for one night. Left my wedding ring on the nightstand. When I realized and went back they said they never saw it. There is a young man there that goes into the rooms before you check out. I thought it was weird that he went in there and took the controls before I got to the front desk to check out. When I confronted them about it they changed their story saying she had called the man to check the room. How can that be if I wasn’t checking out yet. He admitted to going in our room as soon as we left and before we got to the front desk. Patricia the manager won’t answer my calls. I asked the man’s name and they wouldn’t tell me. They stole my ring! Either the guy or room service. BEWARE of this place. There is a thief there and manager won’t do anything about it. If you absolutely have to stay there don’t take your jewelry and be ready for anything.

They stole my Diamond ring my husband gave me when my son was born. I forgot it on the nightstand and when I realized I went back it was gone. They claimed that they didn’t take it but a man there goes into the rooms before you check out and he admitted to it when I questioned him. Manager Patricia didn’t do anything about it. She said she was going to investigate and they has been avoiding my calls. The front desk covered the man’s story when he switched it. They stole my ring and I was so helpless. BEWARE! It was either the man or the room service people. Or maybe they all are aware and split it. Who knows! Just sad that this things happen to tourists. Stay somewhere else or don’t take your jewelry. Bathroom was not working but that was the least of my concerns. There is a thief there!

Good location , the girl at the front desk was rude, night shift bad attitude. The girl who helped us check out was really sweet !

The front desk needs more training. They fail to inform the customer on what kind of room they have. They expect you to know if the rooms are with or without AC. Housekeeping gives better information than the front desk. I will not recommend it to anyone , go somewhere else.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were not swept or mopped, we had to wipe the counters and furniture and it was black! The bathroom toilet didn’t even work so we had to use the bathroom by the pool. That bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper or hand soap. When we spoke to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything that we had to talk to the morning staff. They wouldn’t give us a new room or a refund. We spoke to the day staff and same thing, they didn’t want to help us but they gave us a number to call. The lady that answered said all she could do was offer and apology and talk to the staff so it wouldn’t happen. I would not recommend staying here. Don’t let the outside fool you. 0 stars.

The hotel is well located at the downtown|There’s parking spots, so you can walk everywhere. Felt pretty safe there.||The room was below expectations. No windows, coil mattress not very comfortable, quite noisy from the outside, but clean.||The “continental breakfast” had only cereal, milk, artificial juice, and hot water-choose instant coffee or tea.||I just recommend for the convenience of being in a good location.

Plenty of hot water, next door bar is loud from 8,30 to 2,30 am.just go and enjoy, I'm talking about weekends, lot's to do do! Great choice of dining, from fancy (steak house prices in US, to great places to eat for 4.oo dollars, per person.or hit the street vendors, ask the locals, they know the cheapest cleanest midnight corner to go!

Yelp
I give the hotel a three because its okay. The location is amazing because you get out and you have next door a pharmacy and different restaurants to choose from. Also if you don't feel like driving you have the taxis right across the street. Typical charge its around $40 pesos. The hotel inside is a bit dark and could use a little more lighting or find a way to introduce natural lighting into the rooms. It can get noisey also which is not good if you're a light sleeper. Luckily I can go deep into trance. Lets just say this hotel makes you feel like you are staying over at some Tias house and gives you that homey feeling. The mattresses are ok and could do better. Also the bathrooms need to be check and sealed because when I took a shower it felt like I was flooding my entire room. Would I come again? I would because with all the quirks and imperfection that the hotel has... it also has lots of historical value.
