I want to start by saying that the location is the best thing about this hotel — it’s very convenient and close to many attractions. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The noise level at night was unbearable. The rooms next to us were extremely loud, and we could hear everything because the hotel’s windows don’t close completely. As a result, we couldn’t sleep at all for three nights in a row. When we reported the issue to the front desk, the only response we received was a simple “sorry.” No action was taken to address the noise or ensure guests could rest.
In addition, our toilet wasn’t working properly. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that wasn’t possible. We were on the top floor (third or fourth), and there’s no elevator — which makes it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage to access the rooms.
There was also no air conditioning in our room, which added to the discomfort. When I asked if I could cancel the remainder of my stay due to these issues, the staff informed me that they don’t offer refunds, even under these circumstances.
If I could rate this hotel lower than one star, I would. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations — this hotel does not value guest comfort or satisfaction.
