Not even 1 star it deserves. I never come here and needed to get some item. The queues are INSANELY long, worst shopping experience. Every employee looks miserable bc most probably they don’t even get paid enough to care. More than 1h long queues just to try clothes and more to pay. Laugh to not cry.

I am once again standing in a never ending line, and I just overheard the workers at the desk say all their systems are broken. I feel like no matter the day and time this store is stuffy, chaotic and there's a line.

store has only half a floor (women's only) until end of October - nothing wrong with that, but would be nice to put this information on your website, or even better, Google Maps!

They make returns extremely hard. Only 1 counter and ridiculously long lines. However to buy there are 4 counters open. Very rude management as well when told about the situation. The middle eastern “manager” lady says that it’s “store policy” and to read the sign. Nothing else. No attempt to add more staff to the return counter. Any management at the store should pay attention. Please be nice and kind to customers. It’s just basic courtesy.

The worst staff ever! Rude and disrespectful! Today, 11 of Fabruary 2023, 17:38, in walking street in Copenhagen Zara. Workers of the shop, closed all fitting rooms 22 min before closing time and didn’t allowed to try 2 pieces of clothes. Even it was not crowded in the shop. They called manager (she didn’t want to say me her name but I have a picture of her attached to my review) and on my request to show me the rules where written that they are allowed to close fitting rooms so early, she started threatening me that they would call the security and throw me out from the shop. I was in shock! Ridiculous!Then they started to speak between each other in spanish. Our mood was destroyed. Hope top management can esucate them better how to act and treat the customers. Super negative experience.

ZARA offers a stylish and trendy collection exclusively for ladies at the moment, as the kids’ section is temporarily closed due to renovations.

This two worker on the left side. They are very so slow each customer takes 5-6mins. Everyone in my line staring at them why this so slow and they don’t care at all, moving the hand like a slow motion. that’s make us very bad mood. I was waiting 39 mins to reach the cashier. I have been many Zara shop so good they are quicker even we see there is many customers. I will never return to this shop again. Thanks to understanding for customer feeling.

Unbelievable that men are not allowed in the fitting area for women. Workers are not smiling and looking tired.

All clothes in this place are DIRTY. Smudged in makeup. When shopping here, you are basically buying second hand.

This is really such an amazing Zara. I have been to Zara's all around the world, including Zara in New York City, Barcelona, and Amsterdam, and this is one of my favorite Zara's! This Zara is huge, it is has four different floors with one of the floors being for kids, one floor for men, and two floors for women. Since this Zara is so big, I can always find a new piece of clothing here! Last time I was here, I got a new off the shoulder pink top, off white jeans, and a denim skirt! I am obsessed with everything I have recently bought here! The prices at Zara are amazing! The clothing is pretty cheap and that is very rare in Copenhagen. Also, even though the clothing is cheap, the quality is amazing! I have never had any issues with the clothing I have bought here. The employees are also great here and give real advice and opinions on the clothing you are trying on! The only reason I am not giving this Zara four stars instead of five is because the store is pretty messy. People are constantly picking up pieces of clothing and then putting them back in places they do not belong. Therefore, it can be difficult to find sizes you are looking for! I love love love this Zara and go here all the time, and you should too!
