Dear Zara,,
I would like to share a very disappointing experience I had in one of your stores.
I visited your store and spent a significant amount of money on clothing. After completing my purchase and leaving the checkout area, I realized near the entrance that I could not find my keys. Naturally, I became concerned and quickly turned around to go back inside and look for them.
Before I even had the chance to explain the situation, one of your employees at the entrance started shouting at me that the store was closing. She literally raised her voice at me without giving me any opportunity to explain why I was returning. I found her behavior extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
I own several businesses in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Italy, and I can honestly say that if one of my employees treated a customer this way, there would be immediate consequences. I simply cannot understand how anyone working in customer service can behave in such a manner.
Fortunately, I eventually found my keys. As I left, I sarcastically thanked your employee for her “warm and friendly” customer service. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant shopping experience ended as a complete disappointment because of her attitude.
I am sure you can identify the employee in question through your security camera footage. I strongly encourage you to review the incident, as this kind of behavior damages Zara's reputation and drives customers away.
Customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when a store is close to closing time. What I experienced was a complete failure of basic customer service....
