Came in 10-15 minutes before closing to look at bed linen, but was basically pushed out. Staff kept rudely interrupting me, saying they were closing in 2 minutes—even though there was still time. I didn’t even get to see what they had, I walked out. All I needed was 5 quiet minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Two weeks ago, I returned from Barcelona with these exquisite glass tea spoons. I had the chance to use one for the first time recently, and to my dismay, it broke in half with just a gentle stir. My heart feels as broken as the spoon itself 😞 I'm hoping this isn't indicative of a broader quality issue.

This is bad. I can’t take a good and go to the cash desk. You always need to wait while the consultant finds another copy of this good. This is ridiculous and awful.

Quite possibly the worst shopping experience I have had in any retail shop. The fact that you can't find a staff member to assist you (which is required if you want to purchase anything there) the moment you do get someones attention, they would rather you be dead then provide any assistance. The arrogance and simply rude customer service there had us walk our immediately.

Easier to buy online. The staff are mostly useless as well as arrogant. I bought many things and when I returned home I saw 9 things were missing from what was packed and what I had paid for. I called the shop and I was hung up on. This is theft?
