We are very disappointed, nothing like this had ever happened to us in London. Me, my wife and our two children had problems from the beginning on the lift since it was a priority for the staff and to use the lift as cloths store. After waiting a long time to go up to floor 2, an employee wanted to get in before us, removing the priority as a customer. After having bought everything and paid on the 2nd floor we wanted to go down and another person with a baby and the lift I was for 10 minutes on the 1st floor, I had to go down to close the door myself and take everything out to be able to have access.. finally we were looking for the manager they went to look for her and no matter who we were and she didn't even look at us when she spoke in Spanish she said rudely "wait, Let them wait ” and then while she walked away she said "I'm sorry I will be back" then there I understood that if the manager is like that all the staff doesn’t matter even. We have to adapt to the country not to bring bad habits here
