Zara Tower Hotel

Hotel location is great ! So convenient - walking to train station, groceries market, dining restaurant/café, shopping and various attractions. Room was clean and very comfortable with good house keeping staff. The employees at front desk (Liam, Angela, Nicolas, Kristine, Sour, Hari, Alan, Yadgi, Himanshu) are very pleasant, professional, welcoming, helpful, attentive, efficient, reliable and great communicators.|Special thanks to Alan and Hari for acting quickly (Alan came to our hotel room in a min or so after calling front desk) to put off smoke alarm due to my carelessness and oversight.|The stay in Zara Tower Hotel was by far the best I ever experience in Australia. THANK YOU!!!||Rooms|Clean and very comfortable. Selection of pillows and requests of additional blankets, towels etc. well noted by the hotel staff. Housekeeping team incl. weekends team were fantastic.|Nearby activities|Hotel in Central Business District (CBD) and easy to go to World Square, Hay Market, Museums, Basket Brothers Cafe/Restaurants, Chinatown, and many other nearby amenities which we didn't visit.||Walkability|Easy walking to nearest Museum Train Station to Darling Habour or Circular Quay (able to take ferry), museums, gardens/parks and shopping malls etc.||Safety|Hotel is safe and secured ! Only able to go up the floor level by guest card key.

We stayed at Zara Apartments and had two of the Soho suites booked for our wedding weekend. The rooms are absolutely stunning, so comfortable and enormous!! The beds were amazing, their pillow menu is extensive and their kitchen is well stocked to cook - if you wish to! We were able to use the rooms to get ready for the wedding with ease. They photographed really well too! Without question, the best part of the stay was the absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the staff. Thank you so much for all your hospitality — the team really made a big difference to our stay and we checked out feeling so much gratitude for all their service. Thank you so much!!

The apartments are so spacious and have everything we needed. The price point and location are fantastic. We had a dance group, and the students were all happy and safe. The laundry and kitchen are a major draw card - this is our 3rd time staying here and will stay here again.

We stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn't be happier. The apartment was perfect for our needs (two bedrooms, two bathrooms). Staff was super friendly and helpful and very quick in providing a bed and a high chair for the toddler in our group. We were really happy with the service provided, everything was clean and neat and the kitchen was very well equipped. The people at reception were also very nice, they gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Location is great if you want to explore the sights/ the CBD or go to nearby Surrey Hills. It's just a short walk to Oxford Street and Crown Street, same with Darling Harbour. There's a bus station right outside the door, and it's a few minutes on foot towards Central Station or Museum Station, so you really can get anywhere quickly and easily. We loved our stay at Zara Tower Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Accommodation was top notch and staff exceptional. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us, considering we were interstate visitors and had no bearing in Sydney. I would highly recommend the Zara Towers and will stay with them again on my next trip.

Located in the center of the city, Zara Tower Hotel is a lovely property to stay in Sydney. My family and I stayed in their two bedroom apartment for 6 days. The apartment was spacious, sparkling clean and had the best amenities. Liked the fact that it was cleaned everyday. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and super efficient. Zara Tower Hotel is a must-stay property when visiting Sydney.

I recently stayed at this hotel, but there was construction going on right next door, which was quite loud. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, I would recommend choosing another place. |I requested compensation due to the lack of prior notice about the noise by email. The main reason I ended up moving to a major chain hotel was due to the absence of decision-makers, leaving the staff unable to do anything. I emailed the manager about my concerns, but I never received any response.

I stayed in the one bedroom skyroom - lovely views, beautiful big deep bath, nespresso machine and the room was very modern and clean. Also the blackout curtains were great. This is a wonderful hotel, very central and the staff are extremely friendly. This is the second time I have stayed and both times, i have been very happy with the experience.

Excellent place to stay. Since it's located in the centre of Sydney, easy to visit the surroundings. Comfy bed and pillows which you can choose types. (e.g. memory foam, latex, goosedown, etc.) I will definitely use again. It has lovely staffs too.
