Zara Tower Hotel

I enjoyed our stay at Zara Tower Hotel. The front desk was helpful and the room was clean and reasonably well appointed. It is in an enjoyable neighborhood which provides access to much of Sydney. When I had a problem with the television the hotel staff promptly fixed the remote. All in all, a good value for the price.

We had a magnificent stay at Zara Tower. We were kindly upgraded to a 3 BR which was very spacious for our 5-people group. Lovely design, furnishings with modern facilities, great for families. Staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. Kitchen equipments were complete. Unit was very clean. Close to Central station so easy access to airport and within walking distances to different transportations, Coles, etc. Gym was also well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Our apartment was clean and very spacious. Its kitchen was fully equipped with a gas stovetop , electric kettle , toaster , electric rice cooker , dishwasher etc. There were sufficient numbers of cupboards and shelves to systematically store our belongings. The hotel has an agreement with a third party for laundry of customers’ clothes at a reasonable rate. The staff at the reception is very responsive and helpful. It is centrally located with several restaurants and supermarkets within 10 -12 minutes walk. The nearest bus stops and the metro station are within half a kilometre.

Generally, the experience was very good. The first two nights of a seven night stay was right next to a construction site, I could have leant out the window and touched the scaffolding. It was the weekend so no noise. We raised this with reception and on Sunday they gave us an upgraded room away from the construction. Well done but they should have told us when we booked. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had everything we needed. It is a good location with access the city, trains and restaurants.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Zara Towers in room 703, a spacious and immaculately clean, two bedroomed apartment. The kind staff provided exceptional service and were knowledgeable about the area. The kitchen was well stocked and complementary tea and coffees were available. The hotel is on the edge of Surry Hills with easy access to the CBD, areas of interest and transport links. There are good restaurants within walking distance ( Chin Chin, Nel, Pellegrino 2000) and a great café, Basket Brothers on the corner which offered discount to hotel guests. Although we didn't use it there is a gym. We highly recommend this hotel as there is so much more to Sydney than the Rocks and Circular Quay and this was a excellent base form which to explore.

Recently spent 4 days at Zara. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Hotel is very central for public transport as Central is a short walk through Belmore Park. Also within walking distance of many restaurants (AP Bakery is a cute rooftop bakery and breakfast spot nearby as well as BL Burgers, they do a great plantbased burger). Also within walking distance to some Sydney attractions. We're just sorry we did not book our entire stay with Zara. Stayed in a 2 bed 2 bathroom serviced apartment with complimentary tea and coffee. Kitchen had everything from a washing machine to pots and pans. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms big, living spaces big enough for 4 adults to relax.

Perfect location near Chinatown, with Darling Harbour and ICC Sydney within walking distance. The two-bedroom apartment was ideal for our Christmas stay. Outstanding service—Christine was especially attentive and very accommodating with our late checkout. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a really great experience. From the first day, the staff were very friendly and even allowed me to check in early, which made the start of my trip much easier. During my stay, whenever I had a question or request, they handled it quickly and effectively. That kind of service is not something you find everywhere. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The room felt cozy and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location couldn’t have been better – everything in Sydney city was within walking distance, so I didn’t need to use public transport at all during my stay. One thing I especially liked was the kitchen and terrace. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals, and the terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy them. It definitely made my stay feel more special. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sydney. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent place to stay. Since it's located in the centre of Sydney, easy to visit the surroundings. Comfy bed and pillows which you can choose types. (e.g. memory foam, latex, goosedown, etc.) I will definitely use again. It has lovely staffs too.
