⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ A lively spot with a classic street food vibe and colorful décor that captures the Levantine spirit. The hummus is smooth and flavorful, making it a solid choice for a quick bite. Prices are reasonable, and RTA street parking is available nearby, adding to the convenience. Featured in my Dubai Food List — check my Maps profile for more local favorites.

Dined here on a dinner time and the restaurant is clean, has a lot of available seating with free wifi and to access the onlineQR menu. Temperature is very comfortable even for an enclosed outside setting restaurant. We were thrilled to savour the specialty food and was very excellent especially the cheese Fatter and the dynamite chicken which has a very flavourful chicken meat. Affordability is somewhat ok if on a group or depends on your order. Employees are polite, accomodating and friendly but not enough to cater the guest all together as only a couple are serving the food. The downside is the service is very very slow. I notice the online delivery has a lot of drivers waiting outside a seperate window to pick up. It takes a lot of time for your order to arrive one after the other and not served all together. You will be full by the time your next order arrives and end up taking out the remaining food. We waited for an employee to pass by but decided to wait outside the kitchen door/employees only for someone to come out so we could ask for some storage plastics and for our remaining food to be packed. They took the remaining food on our table and brought it to the kitchen for take out, we billed out and waited. We waited again thinking the packed food will be given to us just like any other restaurant that they will bring you your requested packed take out food but we decided to go to the kitchen door again and asked for our packed food, There it was waiting in the kitchen and we asked for it and went home. We understand the restaurant is very busy and the employees are doing their best but it would be much better if they could communicate with the patrons and more crews will be added to have a faster effective service time. A couple of weeks after we were craving for the Fateer as it was so good and ordered online. We decided to try the one we ordered before the Kraft cheese and added the meat one. It did not disappoint as it was an excellent meal. A well recommended specialty of Zaroob. Alongside we ordered Falafel as well but no sauce was present and it was not a complete savoury experience. I don't know if they forgot or no sauce is available but hopefully it will be rectified in the future orders as the falafel sauce/dip is a partner to the food cravings. But a free marshmallow pack was added for free for dessert. Overall, in my point of view a good food experience with Zarob but the resto needs some improvement with their service time as it is their week point in customer service. Thanks guys.

Probably the best Lebanese restaurant in town, serving truly authentic food with a lasting taste. The grilled chicken is juicy and flavorful, complemented by good service and a pleasant ambience.

I’ve been here twice and really liked the food. The service is good. Today I was served by a girl — I think her name was Catherine, if I’m not mistaken. She gave great recommendations and explained the dishes well. The first time I came, I ordered way too much and could only finish half. Overall, it’s the kind of place I want to keep coming back to!

A mixed bag at Zaroob - amazing food, but the service needs work. My friend and I decided to try Zaroob on Sheikh Zayed Road last weekend, and honestly, it was one of those experiences where the food totally saved the day. We ordered their mixed platter to share, and wow , every single bite was incredible. The flavors were so authentic and fresh, you could tell they really care about their ingredients. We also ordered some tabbouleh. I'm absolutely not exaggerating when I say it's the best I've had since moving to Dubai. It was so good that I'm already planning my next visit just for that dish alone! :) The restaurant itself was cozy, nothing fancy but alright ambiance - lots of colors and energy that makes you feel like you're getting the real Lebanese street food experience, just elevated a bit. Plus, being so close to the metro made it super convenient for us to make it to the restaurant. The only downside was that we were not offered water automatically, perhaps it's cultural? And we waited quite a bit for the bill. What really caught me off guard was when we asked for water and found out how pricey it was ... like, it's just water, you know? And then seeing that 10% service charge automatically added to our bill felt a bit presumptuous, especially given how long we'd been waiting around. I would've preferred to decide for myself how much to tip based on the actual service we received. This aside, don't get me wrong - I'll definitely be back because that food was just too good to pass up. I just really hope they can sort out the service side of things. With food this amazing, the whole experience could be absolutely perfect if they just paid a bit more attention to taking care of their customers.

Zaroob serves incredibly fresh and flavorful Levant street food. The breakfast was delicious, the ambience lively, and Ms. Shaima’s service was excellent. Highly recommended!
