Zatopek book cafe

Was in need of a peaceful and quiet environment where I could get some work and writing done - Zatopek ended up being EXACTLY what I was looking for and more. Highly recommend ☺️✨ and don’t even get me started on the service - such beautifully kind staff 💓 ps: these pictures don’t even do it justice, the inside looks like what dreams are made of but you will see that once you go there to take a peak yourself

They were also using new bottles, which really amazed me; the quality was outstanding. One of my favorite hangout spots in Athens. It has a very cozy atmosphere and an exceptional environment. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their coffee is truly delicious and their cakes are fantastic!

This might just be my new favorite hangout spot. As someone who adores a relaxing and serene outing with a book in my bag and perhaps some good company, this is the perfect place to visit. You can sit and eat with your date for a romantic evening in a sophisticated venue, or perhaps you’re a student studying for your courses and you need an inspirational atmosphere to concentrate in. Forgot to bring a book? Don’t worry, the cafe sells books! As well as their own stationary which are very cute. The food here is simply delicious and appears to be of excellent quality. I thoroughly enjoyed the jasmine tea, the tea with the mixed red fruits, and the homemade brownie. I highly recommend this place to my fellow uni students!

Have been a regular here, always taking the Evening Maple Oolong tea which is divine. My favourite café in Athens. Excellent service always with friendly staff - you can tell they enjoy working here, the best atmosphere, open early and late, I couldn't ask for more. The cakes are incredible too - carrot, red velvet and brownies especially. Mint lemonade great too. Sockets for laptop work, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, bookshop. Even there was live music one time. Highly recommend.

How i missed the chance of discovering this place before, I have no idea. Place is totally book cafe. It has enough place inside and outside for people who would like to read a book or work in silence or drink coffee and enjoying time. They have menu which has huge variety. I got instant coffee and taste was quite well. I could easily focus on my book because especially inside, most of the people are related with reading books or working from laptops and also music was slow or jazz. Therefore, less of distractive things helped me to focus more. Prices are quite affordable. Service team are firstly respectful and then helpful and friendly. Decoration of cafe is so compatible with place atmosphere. I strongly advice you to give a chance this cafe.

Zatopek ticks all the boxes for being the ultimate cafe/bar. The menu serves both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The cafe space is beautifully lit, surrounded with books which customers could purchase. The staff are lovely and gentle. An ideal place to chill.
